Superb first floor apartment of villa in a quiet neighborhood and just 5 minutes walk from the Regla Beach. The house, sunny and bright, has air conditioning throughout the house, wifi, garage and a private terrace with an awning and garden furniture

The quiet town of Chipiona, is located northwest of the coast of Cadiz, on the Costa de La Luz, just 52 km. Cadiz, the capital of the province is the oldest city in the West (3,000 years).
The origins of Chipiona goes back to Roman times. The most emblematic monument in Chipiona perhaps its lighthouse, which dates from 1867 and is built at Punta del Perro, in the same place where Quinto Servilio Cepión, the tower was built in 140 BC.
We can also see the Shrine of Nuestra Señora de Regla, with its Moorish cloister of the XV century and the image of the Virgin (twelfth or thirteenth century). The Parish of Nuestra Señora de La O (XVI century), the Castle was probably built on another of Arab origin around the year 1295 and the Fisheries Corrales (believed to be Roman).
From Chipiona, you can visit the wineries, the School of Equestrian and the Racing Circuit (in Jerez), the horse racing on the beach (in Sanlúcar de Barrameda), or to the Route of the White Towns in the Sierra de Cadiz, north of the province. The route enters the Grazalema Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve, a must for those who enjoy active tourism and rural tourism.
And not far away, across the river, another natural park, the Doñana Natural Park.

We have had a wonderful holiday in Chipiona once again and our stay at Caracola 4 was sensational. The apartment is located just 8-10 minutes walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area, with a convenient food store located round the corner. It is very well equipped and very comfortable to live in for a vacation. It has aircon in the living-room and two bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and rooms and terrace are spacious. The owners Mari and Antonio are very kind and generous, and always attentive to solve any issues and make our stay comfortable. Thank you so much Mari and Antonio once again for your hospitality. Het appartement is voldoende ruim, bijzonder net en goed uitgerust. Er is bovendien een ruim gezellig terras aan de zonzijde met een voldoende grote tafel en 4 comfortabele zetels. Je kan volledig afgeschermd van de omgeving zitten. Tijdens ons verblijf was het zeer rustig zowel in het gebouw als in de omgeving. Je merkt nauwelijks dat de eigenaar beneden woont. Om een uitgebreidere keuze winkels te vinden, moet je wel rekenen op een stevige wandeling. Positief was ook dat er voldoende badhanddoeken en lakens ter beschikking lagen."

Wir haben uns im Hause bei Antonio und Mari sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, aber doch zentral, d.h. nicht weit vom Strand, guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Antonio zeigte und erklärte uns bei der Ankunft alles in der Wohnung und ließ uns für den Rest unseres Aufenthaltes gänzlich ungestört. Für Fragen steht er jederzeit zur Verfügung. Es hat uns so gut dort gefallen, dass wir den nächsten Aufenthalt in 2020 bei Antonio und Mari schon gebucht haben.

Die große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss über dem Haus des Vermieters. Antonio kann zwar jederzeit um Hilfe gebeten werden, aber er mischt sich nicht ungefragt ein. Sehr angenehm! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine schöne Terrasse sowie zusätzlich einen Freisitz auf dem Flachdach.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe sind genügend Geschäfte und Restaurants. Während der Weihnachtstage war nicht alles geöffnet, aber wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Chipiona liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Cadiz, Jerez und Sanlucar liegen fast nebenan; selbst nach Sevilla und Gibraltar ist man recht schnell mit dem Auto.Der Strand von Chipiona ist sehr weitläufig und schön, mit weißem, feinen Sand-ideal für Strandspaziergänge.Im Ort selbst ist das Museo de Moscatel auf jeden Fall einen Besuch (mit Verkostung) wert.Leider verging unsere Woche über die Weihnachtstage wie im Flug. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Kleine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, alles sehr einladend, alles sauber, für 4 Erwachsene absolut ausreichend, für 6 Personen wäre es meiner Meinung nach zu klein, da nur 1 Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Parken vor dem Haus, Parkplätze sind rar... Die Vermieter hat man ganz selten zu Gesicht bekommen, sie ziehen sich absolut dezent zurück.

Wer in einer unaufgeregten spanischen Kleinstadt eine nette Ferienwohnung mitten im spanischen Wohn-Quartier sucht, ist hier richtig. Alle Angaben stimmen so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Buchung ist (auch mit deutschen Vokabeln) problemlos und korrekt, die freundlichen Vermieter sprechen jedoch nur Spanisch (und ein ganz bisschen Englisch. Sie wohnen in Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
In der Vorsaison ist es sehr in Chipiona ruhig, weil die spanischen Inhaber der Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäuser mit Ausnahme des Wochenendes abwesend sind. So wird man in Restaurants, Tapas-Bars und Geschäften sehr individuell bedient.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Diese Wohnung im Obergeschoss, mit wunderschöner, großer Terrasse und Morgensonne, hat alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in landestypischer Atmosphäre. Chipiona ist -jetzt in der Vorsaison- wochentags sehr ruhig und viele Lokale sind oft nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Der Playa De Las Tres Piedras, ein paar kurze Autominuten entfernt, war für uns ein Highlight. Relaxen pur... mit den vorhandenen Liegestühlen und dem windfesten Schirm aus der Wohnung, optimal. Sehr nette Vermieter, auch ohne eine gemeinsame Sprache zu sprechen... unkompliziert.
