Thank you for considering our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront condo for your getaway. Situated w/in the prestigious Ocean Place Resort next to the Ritz-Carlton on beautiful Amelia Island. Our unit located on the 6th floor in building #2. Nestled within the gated confines of Ocean Place Resort, our expansive 1995-square-foot condo offers a home-like ambiance with tasteful decor, ensuring your utmost comfort while providing the unmistakable sensation of indulgence in a luxurious resort setting.

Ocean Place 61 is situated within the prestigious Ocean Place Resort, adjacent to the renowned Ritz-Carlton, occupying the sixth floor of building 2.

Spanning a spacious 1995 square feet, our meticulously decorated condo provides a homely atmosphere while exuding the ambiance of a lavish resort. From the master bedroom with its king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, to the secondary bedrooms boasting their own comfortable accommodations, including a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed with twin beds, each equipped with private bathrooms, every detail is designed to ensure your comfort and relaxation.

Positioned in the north corner of Ocean Place Building 2, our condo boasts breathtaking ocean views from multiple vantage points, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and master bedroom. Step out onto the oversized balcony to soak in panoramic vistas of Amelia Island's pristine beach and the vast expanse of the ocean.

We've thoughtfully provided amenities such as TVs in each bedroom and the living room, plush towels, high-quality linens, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with essential appliances and a variety of coffee options. Additionally, we offer beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials stored in our condo's storage closet for your convenience.

As our valued guest, you'll have access some of the amenities of the nearby Ritz-Carlton, including restaurants, shopping, spa services, and discounted rates for golf at the Golf Club of Amelia Island. They do not allow our guest to use their tennis courts, pool area or work out facilities.

Condo was clean, pleasantly furnished and well equipped (although we didn’t cook). View is gorgeous. Balcony is a great space for relaxing, meals, reading, chatting. Pool is lovely. Easy walk along pristine boardwalk straight out to beach. We appreciated the supplied good quality beach chairs and towels. Quiet area (Labor Day weekend). Our group of 4 old friends hopes to be back! Only minor negative is that the condo (aside from recently renovated master bath) is showing some age and slight wear if you’re the type who notices these details. Two sensitive sleepers in our group felt their mattresses were nearing replacement time.

We so much enjoyed your beautiful condo on the beach. It was perfect for our group. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the tide rise and fall. I hope to bring my family back for another visit.

The property was great! It was clean and very well-equipped. The beds were comfy and the space was well-suited for our needs with young children. Having three bathtubs was very nice! Easy access to the pool and the beach. Bathrooms at the pool were so convenient and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return to this property. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions prior to our trip.

We really enjoyed our time. The beach was close and the views were amazing. The listing was exactly what was displayed on the Vrbo. Property manager was very informative on the property details and was in touch in case of emergencies. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Location and view wonderful. Large porch is best feature. Couple things would need to see if were to rent again: Unit needs to replace sheets on all beds and tub did not drain at all in back left bedroom's bath BR with 2 beds)

Overall room as in pictures and room was clean. Pros: Games in the room and a few toys helped us enjoy our stay. It was very nice having a pack and play and seat for toddler to eat at. Nice bath towels. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler worked well as did renting from Sunsetters. Cons: Balcony furniture very worn down and not the most comfortable. Pool towels are very thin and would recommend bringing extras (we had 7 people and actually went and bought two extra pool towels). Pool deck was not cleaned and had what appeared to be chocolate on it the whole week and one elevator was down for over 5 days (these are reflections of the property though and not the specific unit). Overall we had a nice time though and had a nice family vacation in this unit.

Great stay with our 2 adult children. View from balcony to ocean could not be beat. Beds were very comfortable, and It was very nice having a bath for each bedroom. Also very nice having beach chairs, umbrella and towels for use. The Kitchen was well stocked except for wine glasses…plenty of drink glasses but only two stemmed wine glasses. The only disappointment was not being able to book a tee time at the Amelia Island golf club as we had hoped. The rental information states that guest of Ric Domnitz get a discount when booking a golf round. However, when we tried doing so, we were told he is an inactive member so we could not play there. We were able to play Amelia River Golf Club though which was great. Had a wonderful stay.

We always try to go to a different beach this year and chose this over Destin because we were able to drive. We were very happy with the condo, the beds were comfy and the view was amazing. The weather wasn't the best in the evenings which limited our outdoor activities a couple of times but we did have a great time. We loved the beach, not crowded at all and the sunsets were amazing. Right next door to the Ritz at a fraction of the price. Beautiful unit, perfect location, exceptional management. Amelia Island used to be a well-kept secret... Not anymore. But Ocean Place is still a place to enjoy the pure beauty of AI without the frat-party crowd that's overtaken other sections of the beach. I will definitely return.

My colleague was very pleased with the condo and I can't say enough good things about working with Michelle. She was so easy to work with that I booked for my colleagues’ trip next year before they departed this year! You will not regret booking with Michelle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is clean and roomy, and well stocked with everything you need to make it home. We loved the balcony and views of the beach. Also, the proximity to the Ritz Carlton is incredibly convenient, as my wife was attending a conference there and walked next door in under 5 minutes. Overall, a great stay for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

Great condo and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I will say, the TV, was our biggest complaint (which was referenced in the info we received). The AT&T U-verse is extremely difficult and the master bedroom TV went out mid-week. Not a huge deal for us but could be for other families - especially with younger children. Overall, great condo and visit!

Ocean Place Unit 61 was incredible! It had amazing views of the ocean and perfect for those early mornings while sitting and drinking a cup of coffee. The evenings were great too while chatting and drinking wine. Michelle was the manager and she always kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was truly appreciated. We will definitley be going back to visit Amelia Island and this unit.

We have stayed at Ocean Place many times in the past, and this condo was perfect for our family trip. This unit provided a lot of room for everyone, and the view is stunning. Watching sunrise on the balcony is spectacular!!! It has a very large master bedroom with huge walk-in closet, perfect for hiding luggage, etc. The second bedroom, with ensuite bath, also has large walk-in closet. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pans, etc. The balcony provides an array of seating and dining options including bar height stools for an unobstructed view of the beach. Would highly recommend this condo.
