Very comfortable, clean and organized townhome. Excellent location and great communication from the property manager. The kids loved the little playroom under the staircase. It was a wonderful experience for all of us visiting from Hong Kong, Texas and Ohio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property and the service from the owner were a delight! Clean, comfy, every detail thought about to make our vacation simply wonderful! Book this place if you want to hike the Arches National Park and enjoy the downtown Moab shops and restaurants!

This is the second time we have stayed at Sarah and Scott’s place while in Moab and we will return here every time when we are with the whole family. We have kids in their teens and early twenties, and they all have plenty of room to themselves in the house. The pool is just a few steps away, so it’s perfect for the times that we have a couple of free hours in the afternoon. They also love to take the bike cruisers into town for frozen yogurt or shopping! My husband and I can grab trails from the house to MTB if we want, or throw the bikes in the truck for trails a bit further away, but really have a ton of options from the house. We absolutely love this place and have made a ton of family memories here!

We spent almost a week in Moab, mainly to visit Arches and Canyonlands. We traveled with 3 children aged 1-5. The house worked out great for the entire family. Check in process was great… as was the customer service. House is excellent and in great condition. Terrific pool and spa. The whole experience earned my very high rating
