Nice Place but can use. Few tweaks

The locations is a plus near shopping center and the highway. The rooms were clean and nice size

The wifi is horrible I work from home and I notice early morning and during the day it stops working and the connection is spotty that was annoying I had to use my own hotspot alot . The fire alarm went off 3 times still not sure why Not sure why we have to pay for the basic that comes with all extend stay locations such as cooking ware etc

It was overall ok for one night.

The room was clean and fresh, the kitchenette was nise. I felt comfortable staying there.

I didn't like how hard the bed was. I also didn't like how loud other doors were to where it echoed into my room.

The worse hotel accommodation

The pictures and the location.

The room smelled like mold, the hallway smells like water has been sitting. Room smelled like smoke as I asked for a non smoking room. Lastly the power has been out for over an hour and my room is extremely hot. This was the most unpleasant stay this property. I hope they plan to accommodate their guests because ppl pay too much money to these properties to not be accommodated for something that they work hard for. Affiliated with the BBB and I am not pleased with what I paid for on this property.

Awful

The rooms being clean was the only good thing I can say about the place.

They messed up our reservations. Beds were uncomfortable. Phones didnt work in the rooms. The site says Queen beds but I believe they are full size

My stay was excellent in will stay again

I love the location. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and cleaned.

The only thing is if I wanted dishes I had to pay $25 for them. The remote to the tv didn’t work neither did the rim telephone. But that l those were minor issues. Nothing to give a bad review on.

Disappointing

The smoke alarm went 2 times in the middle of the night. The room was very humid. We hung our used towels up after we used them and they were not dry after a day of hanging in front of a fan. The room was cool or actually cold but very humid. Not sure if there was something wrong with the air conditioner. We also had to cut our trip short by 4 days and they would not refund our money.

When I asked for more pillows because I have a breathing condition they were unwillingly given to me

Location was great no breakfast

The pillows the stove and I was without water for about 10 hours they didn't give me no money back no compensation for that

I would not stay at this hotel again. Roaches!

The scenery was nice.

I traveled with me and my boyfriend and upon arrival to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was extremely rude and had an attitude when we came in. We received no type of greeting and after getting our door key, she did not even help us with where to go to get to our room. Then when we entered our room there was a dead roach laying under the sink. later that night, the lights in the hotel continuously shut off in our room all night. this is unacceptable from a hotel which I expected had higher quality than the raunchy motels elsewhere.

location was good

our room didn’t have curtains on the window, no iron or ironing board in the rooms, no blow dryer, no maid service, the bed looks and slept like it was a pull out air mattress, two pillows on the bed, I needed at least two pillows more on the bed, my head was to low, the socket was not working near the stove to plug up a cell phone :(.
