Clean and Comfortable

Clean, well-appointed rooms with coffee, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, white noise machine, phone, clock, USB ports, fridge, and microwave. 24-hour pool and hot tub. Great breakfast!

Housekeeping didn't come into our room to take our used, wet towels and didn't give us fresh towels, and didn't empty our trash. We didn't expect a full-service room cleaning, but did expect that our towels would be replaced.

Great location and wonderful staff.

The location was perfect for us to get on the road out of town easily in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The sports complex nearby was a beautiful place to take an evening walk.

We would have liked one additional side chair to use at the desk in the room.

An enjoyable time.

Very nice breakfast and the location was perfect. I met my sister there for a “mom getaway” and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very nice property grounds, great location, not deep cleaned and staff not accountable.

The property was warm, bright and inviting. The color schemes of the first floor were modern and appealing to look at to the eye.

The room looked ‘clean’ but upon further inspection, with little ones you further inspect everything—the room was not thoroughly deep cleaned. The coffee table had smudges, fingerprints and what I can only assume was grease spots on it. The couch arms were brown, the couch was blue—this was obvious. 2 of the 3 bottom cushions had liquid marks on them. I wouldn’t even let my twin toddlers sit on the couch. We also experienced a “misunderstanding” between the front desk and housekeeping. We were eating breakfast and had relocated most of our items to the car, with full intent of going back upstair, run all kiddos through the restroom once more and grabbing our refrigerated drinks for the ride home. Both my husband and I discussed this with a different employee and there was no apology or offer to replace our unopened beverages that were simply thrown out. This was really disheartening and uncalled for. An apology can go along way!

Loved it, beautiful hotel

Breakfast was more than enough. Only thing I didn't care for was the meat, but there was so much to choose from, it didn't matter.

The lock to my room didn't work. But they were able to immediately get me into another room!

Clean, comfortable quiet rooms in a fairly new building

Very clean, updated rooms. The motel is not very old, and in a quiet area. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of different choices.

The staff was nice and helpful. It was clean, well cared for and walking distance to restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Loved the option of strawberry waffles, and mini waffles

The value and location could not be beat. Cleanliness, pool, and overall look was excellent.

Convenient location. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Safe neighborhood. Late checkout. Pool open 24 hrs. Large breakfast area and breakfast had good options. Great place for a family stay.

If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that the pool could have been a bit cleaner. It was fine but could of been better.

Clean comfy and affordable

Clean, parking lot was well lit, the room was exceptionally clean and all the electrical things were in working order. The ac unit worked well with keeping the room at the set temperature and the thermostat was easy to use, the bed was extremely comfortable and the price was reasonable with what was available locally

New and stylish, in a convenient location near highways and hospitals. Huge (laughable) suite. Nearby restaurants.

Clean,beds, PILLOWS , style. The size of the room ,and a sofa.

The remote on the t.v. was difficult to navigate.never found the station i needed.(ABC). Bathroom hardware is a bit chintzy.

Will not be back.

No shampoo in the shower soap dispenser, It was a must need after the horrible amount of chemicals used in the pool. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, couldn't brush teeth without it filling all the way up, had to wait 4 plus minutes for it to drain.

Breakfast was good, variety of options. We very much enjoyed the pool. Even tho it was close to the highway that didn't affect our sleep. We.liked the closeness to Walmart and eating places.

Great value and good location close to freeway for an overnight.

Pool is 24 hours. Rooms are larger than average and have a nice sized couch. Good location right off freeway for an overnight stay.

Breakfast options were good but not great. Hot items were just waffles, sausage, and scrambled eggs.
