Schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat gleich in der Nähe eine U-Bahn. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Der Online-Check-In vor der Anreise war etwas mühselig, jedoch konnte man telefonisch jederzeit eine Mitarbeiterin erreichen, die einem hilft.

Perfekt für einen Besuch der Allianz Arena

Tolle Lage zum fairen Preis. Zimmer bot alles, was man benötigt, sogar eine Küchenzeile.

Die Dusche benötigt eine andere Abtrennung. Mit der vorhandenen ist das gesamte Bad nach dem Duschen nass.

La ubicación y el contacto con el personal fueron bastante buenos. Si se requiere ir a Garchig conviene, pero hasta ahí llega lo bueno.

La limpieza y el estado de la habitación no eran buenos. La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba llena de humo de cigarrillo, a pesar de ser una habitación para "no fumadores" y de tener un letrero de "prohibido fumar". A pesar de eso, a habitación estaba preparada para nuestra llegada. Una situación de pésimo gusto. Luego de pedir una solución, nos dijeron que sólo podíamos irnos o pasar la noche y que la limpiasen nuevamente. Sólo al insistir nos dieron otra habitación, que era "tolerable" ya que estaba llena de moho por la humedad acumulada en la habitación. El olor era insoportable, y al pedir que nos dieran una solución, sólo limpiaron un poco más que no cambió en nada la situación del olor. Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido quedándome en un hotel para el precio que piden (aprox. 100 euros la noche). No le recomiendo a nadie quedarse.

Stylish hotel conveniently located in the quaint town of Gärching by Munich.

Location was great! Well designed.

tutto perfetto, ma alcune cose migliorabili

-insonorizzazione dalla strada/parcheggio incredibile -tv grande -cucina attrezzatissima -tavolino spazioso per cenare o pranzar -vicinanza al supermarket e alla metro (esattamente sotto e di fronte))

-doccia con scolo acqua "esterno" quindi bagna parte del bagno -gradino in ingresso in bagno -letto non comodissimo -armadio no presente, solo un'asta sospesa con le corde al soffitto molto delicata -sarebbe utile una spiegazione per i turisti per quanto riguarda i parcheggi (ad ore come funzionano e dove) e quelli a pagamento o gratuiti dove trovarli (nella loro app ci sono delle indicazioni, ma non aiutano a comprendere le scritte sui cartelli perché in tedesco e devi arrangiarti con un traduttore che non sempre aiuta)

Straßenverkehr vor dem Fenster recht laut. Tisch war schmierig und schlecht geputzt.

Praktisch, gut, mitten in Garching.

Eine komplette Küchenzeile sowie Wasserkocher und Nespresso Maschine sind vorhanden. Super, zur Selbstverpflegung. Es handelte sich um eine Suite (einfaches Zimmer). Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Der Treppenaufgang außen zu diesem Wohnblock war immer verschmutzt.

Top für Stadionbesuch

Sehr gefallen hat die Lage. Mehrere Bäckereien, Einkaufsmarkt und Restaurants waren sehr gut Fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausschlaggebend die U-Bahn-Anbindung. Gleich neben dem Appartement und nur 2 Stationen zur Allianz-Arena.

Nicely located apartment, although a bit small and without elevator.

The aparment's position is very strategic, next to the UBahn and in the middle of Garching. Nice restaurants are only a few steps away. The room and the bathrooms were nice, overall. The service is extremely responsive and fast at replying any query or request.

The lack of an elevator and the steep steps made it a bit tricky to get around with our stroller. The room was a bit small and crammed by the (necessary) table and chairs.

Dont book - get a proper hotel around

No arrangements of regular cleaning. There is hotel soulmade next door which does everyday cleaning of room and sheet change at actual slight less price than this fraud

It was overbooked and they provided a good, instantaneous replacement. Ok you go thru the hassle of rebook but otherwise the process and refund was smooth.

Excellent stay

It ticked all our boxes, we’ve stayed here for the 2nd time.

There were some issues with the sink in the bathroom, it got full of water only when washing the hands, for example, water was not flushing, we would recommend to fix it 😊

Good location with subway, restaurants and cafes very close by. Self check-in pretty smooth.

Parking is rather difficult, only 2 hours parking at the surrounding blocks. Parked my car on a side street 800 , meters from the hotel. The room was very small.

a comfortable stay. wish it was on the ground level, as we unavoidably had luggage to carry up to the room

the location was excellent, walkable to both sushi dinner and morning boulangerie. we were right over a public place where townspeople gathered, so there was some noise with the windows open.

Everything, it's on a really nice spot. There's a shop and bakery in like 50 meters from the hotel. And the underground too.

good deal for your stay in Garching.

The location is really practical, close to the Garching center and U-bahn. There are a supermarket and a bakery tens of meters away, and restaurants. The bed was comfortable.

The supermarket can be a tad noisy (loading/unloading of trucks) - they offer complimentary ear plugs in the room 😉 In my room the Wi-Fi was a bit slow (probably it was far away from the router), though overall acceptable.
