• this house has three parts, upper level, lower level and guest house. Everything included, except the guest house (tenant stays in the guest house, it is a separate unit /w separate entry).
• each part has its own separate entrance and all three parts are not interconnected.

PARKING: 2 free parking space available at backyard. Extra Yard and roadside parking first comes first serves.

Guests will have access to the entire home except the guest house, few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 08 guests $25 per person, per night.
To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!
