Location was good as we had a car. Size of living area was good.
Shower was dirty with hair in it. Sofa bed was dirty. Two of us staying and not a couple so Messaged and asked where the linen was for the sofa bed and even though staying two nights never got a response. No microwave. No table and chairs to sit and eat.

Nada . Todo fenomenal

Clean rooms, carpet everywhere, heated floor at toilets. There is folding couch, its big plus. Washing and dry mashines are functional, there is some caffe in the storage. We couldnt open an kettle, but you can still put water inside by the throat and its functional. You can hear noise from stairs, or your side (up) neighbours but its very normal and there was not loud people.

It was almost in the center of the City, next to the city lake. Just 2 blocks aside. I like everything there, it was all necessary kitchen stuff, even guide book. I really appreciate easy access to the keys.
A little dirty bathroom, but it's okay, due to the apartment being not so fresh. And that the apartment is located on the hill so you need to climb up for 10 mins to get it. But anyway there were everything we need and it is so Scandic.

Nice apartment with everything needed for a short stay, located short walk from train/bus station and the heart of town. All the sites were within walking distance. Easy to get keys and into apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.
The hike up a very steep road for two blocks in order to reach the apartment. This of course has nothing to do with the apartment itself but letting others know what to expect in order to reach the apartment.

As a Receptionist I believe I do have a roughly fair idea how hotels and accommodations should work and this place is a prime example for it! Looking at the reviews here on Booking.com this place is way too underrated! I would like to start with how the place was really nice and clean! Entering the place at 10 pm in February I was really happy to see that the heating was already running and the room was nice and warm more than I can say about other places. The heating unit is exceptionally powerful I was able to dry all my wet cloathing within 10-20 minutes which is really handy after hiking during the winter! Regarding the facilities there was notjing I had to buy except food and drinks. There is baking sheets, cutlery, dishes, salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc. prepared for you which is in my opinion way more than I was expecting! Usually after a long day it is good to watch a movie and the tv in the living room is not a standard low budget one it is a really nice and serious piece of tv. The bed and the sofa are both exceptionally comfortable and clean however that could be different for everyone based on preference however the bed is not too hard or too soft it is somewhere in the middle which is perfect! In the living room under the tv there is a guide book with realldy helpful information about the tv the policies of the place and recommendations for local things. The bathroom is really nice and clean and it is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer!
Daniel who is the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times even during late evening!
However I wanted to leave the best two things last! The first is the location of the place. The apartment is located in probably the best place in Stavanger! The grocery store is roughly about 5 minutes walking distance as well as the bus and train station! The touristic district with the restaurants and shops as well as the parks are located 8-10 minutes from the accommodation!

The location is near to the bus terminal. Walking distance. Easily accessible. A quiet environment. Host is easily contactable and give a quick response when I had to add one more guest in last minute.
The water pressure on the shower was a bit low.

great location and good facilities in apartment
Lock box was slightly confusing at 1am in morning when arriving in the dark

close to the city center
could use a thorough cleaning, not enough towels, the spare bed cover looked rancid

Everything you need in one place! Kitchen, washer and dryer, separate bedroom and couch folds out to a bed, too. Spacious bathroom with shower, fridge, hot water kettle, coffee maker, bowls, cups, etc. Clean and bright, too! It's within a few minutes of the Stavanger bus terminal and walking distance (within 15 mins) to most of the areas one would want to check out in Stavanger.
Neighbors can be a bit noisy and there are benches across the street that people smoke at throughout the day and night. If you like to open windows, the smell can be bothersome. Located on the second floor with no lift, if there are mobility issues. The apartment itself is great though!
4.1
Spacious and comfortable flat (for 1 person), at good price in a great location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Stavanger. Tons of storage and cupboard space.
The neighbours upstairs occassionally liked to play loud music for hours on end. The wooden walls are thin so sound from neighbours and the street is not insulated well. For the same reason the flat gets cold quickly if you switch the heating off. Cooking smells also move readily around the building. The kitchen lacks a microwave, which would be so useful to the typical resident. The sink in the bathroom is small to the point of being unusable.
