Kick back and relax on the living room leather sectional as you watch movies or gaze outside. Catch some zzz’s as you sleep in one of the six bedrooms (please read further about the 2-bedroom suite). Play cards, board games or snack on goodies as you sit around one of the two dining tables and reminisce about old times. Have a little work or virtual school to do? Find a spot on the lanai or at the dining table where you can get it done in between having fun!
Perfect for traveling with family or groups of longtime friends because it sleeps up to 12. It is our hope that guests will feel at home for their time in our place, and that they will love their time in beautiful Marco Island!
Guests may bring their dog. One friendly, currently rabies vaccinated dog, up to 50 pounds; there is a $150 pet fee. Please indicate in your reservation if you are bringing your pet. Thank you in advance for being neighborly and following city ordinance & cleaning up after your pet & also being sure your dog does not disturb the neighbors. Collier County requires that dogs be leashed when walking outside for their safety. Although Marco Island Beaches do not allow dogs, the Canine Cove at Mackle is a nice spot to take your furry friend.
Although our home is great to gather family or friends, it is not a party house. Please do not book our home for parties or oversized groups; only twelve overnight guests are allowed, including children, babies and infants. Oversized groups are against city ordinance and can get very noisy, and it is imperative to be respectful of the full-time residents who surround this home. Please do not book this home if you wish to have a party during your time in Marco Island. Large gatherings typically disturb the neighbors and often break the noise ordinances, thus resulting in fines from the city. Sometimes, a guest's music may inadvertently get too loud, and we will receive a noise alert from the Noise Aware system. If this happens, our management company will let you know in order to simply lower the level, so you avoid receiving noise violation fines. We are local, and so should your group need something, we are happy to help!
Please note that all payments are required to go through the VRBO website payments. No payments may be made outside of VRBO per VRBO policies. A rental agreement will need to be signed upon the receipt of the second payment. Once your booking is finalized, our management company agreement will not match the VRBO quote because VRBO collects a service fee that does not go to us, and they collect the 7% required State Lodging Tax that is remitted by them by law.
We have two exterior Ring cameras for the security of our home, especially when it is vacant. One is above the garage and the other is by the front door. We are local and so this allows us to know if we have deliveries or service workers needing access to our property. In addition, we have a NoiseAware monitoring system, which measures the noise risk level inside and outside of the home. One is inside the main living area and the other is on the lanai. If the exterior noise level goes beyond the allowable levels based on the Marco Island Noise Ordinance, guests will receive an alert via text messaging. (Unfortunately, it can't discern between human noise & thunderstorms, so guests may get an alert during a storm). We request that guests keep within the allowable noise levels, especially in the evenings. This way, our guests can avoid incurring fines from the city and we can keep good relationships with our neighbors. Please do not tamper with NoiseAware equipment; this helps keep guests from getting fined. Please do not tamper with the cameras; these are here for the safety and well-being of our property.

we had a great time at this home on Marco Island. The house was very well equipped with linens, towels, kitchen wares, everything our large group needed. its great location of Collier, close to grocery stores, close to the beach. we used golf carts to get around for the 2 weeks, and it was perfect. tons of seating in the lanai which made it great for our large group. the room setup was perfect for us to split families aross the space. the only draw back on the house was the small seating area around the pool. there were tons of bikes, beach toys, beach chairs etc, in the garage for us to use. we have already booked our stay for this same house again next year!

My friends & I celebrated our 50th birthdays here. Loved the proximity to the beach and all of the water toys & bikes in the garage! Overall the house & landscaping lack some polish. Things are more worn than in the photos. And the back bedroom & bathroom were very warm. Thank goodness for the box fans in each space. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! The bikes, kayaks and pool were awesome! Our Colorado family had a great time exploring the island, beach and waterway! The manatees and dolphins near our kayaks was the highlight.

This was the perfect place for my family of 10 with 3 generations. The house was lovely, wonderfully outfitted, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for us to spread out. We really appreciated the security measures so our little ones couldn't get out to the pool or out of the house without us. We also loved all the towels for our use, kayaks, beach equipment and fully equipped kitchen. During our stay we had a few questions for the management company and they were prompt, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for a group looking for a fantastic Marco Island experience.

Nice place, great location!

The home was well equipped for outdoor activities(kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, floating toys, beach toys, bicycles, beach towels, coolers)...a real plus! The living space was very functional and allowed for spreading out. Kitchen was well equipped and there was an extra refrigerator!
The location was perfect for getting to store, going to beach, and putting the kayaks into the water.
The heated pool was a real plus when the temperatures decreased.
Overall, the home has much to offer and we would certainly recommend its use for other groups.

Big house with great outdoor space
This house has plenty of room to spread out! Our favorite part of Marco is being outside. The screened in porch on this house is very large. The pool is definitely the biggest out of the houses we have rented there before. On the water which we love for fishing (we left 3 fishing poles in the garage) and having the kayaks right there was great! Rental company was extremely helpful and accessible with any questions.

Family celebrating 50th Anniversary
House and location were perfect for our needs , 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, lots of space. Easily access pool and lanai
Construction in process , unfinished work in one bathroom, tripping potential on tile floor

Big house with awesome pool and lanai!
We had a great stay at this property. It had lots of space to spread out, well maintain pool and large lanai area to relax and enjoy the sun. Plenty of amenities and features - kayaks, bikes, floats, towels, pack n play, all the kitchen stuff you’d need etc. The only downside I can even think of is that noise in the house carries - so if you have young ones I would just bring a noise machine if the adults will be up late / early in the main living area. The property management were in touch throughout the week to make sure that we had everything we needed and to remind of us about the trash pick ups, pool service etc (which was helpful!). Can’t wait to come back again!

Family Vacation
IThere was plenty space for our group to spread out! They ample bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful, and second fridge was very convenient. The home was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, an umbrella and the added bonus of bikes and kayaks. The location was central to everything the island offers. It was a wonderful time with family. Thank you for the opportunity to vacation at such a lovely home.

Fun times
The house was spacious. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and pool area. It had six bedrooms but one of the bedrooms had to be accessed through another bedroom. It wasn’t a problem but for some, they may not like it.

Fam reunion at Marco Island
We enjoyed staying at this property with my family. Plenty of space indoors and wonderful view of the outdoors. The amenities: kayaks, bikes and pool paraphernalia were a boon. The areas of dissatisfaction were: 1) the pool was not really clean (cloudy and can't see the bottom and in front of you as you swim so you'll bump your head as you swim) and2) indoor cleaning was not up to our standards. There were towels haphazardly left on one of the beds that made us think that they were not clean. Cleaning towel left (sl soiled) by the coffee machine. Sticky gooey white streak on the couch in the living room. Unfortunate adult activity wrapper left in one of the bedrooms. We had to strip the beds and wash the linens due to this incidents. The cleaners came back but the impression was that they were not thorough (we are in a pandemic).
The property is located close to the entrance of the beach but you have to walk half a mile to the ocean. It was walking distance to the catholic church, cold stone creamery, winn dixie, eateries and the burrowing owls!!!
We would visit again!

Marco Island Family Vacation
Our family had a great time in Marco Island. This house was perfect for our group. It was clean when we arrived. The house had plenty of amenities which included, cookware, 2 refrigerators (huge!!!!!) grill, coffee pots, kayaks and bikes. All appliances were modern (washer, dryer, dishwasher.) Very spacious which was important for a group of 12. We never felt crowded. Salt water pool was large enough for us as well.
It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood which was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Grocery stores were less than 5 minutes away. Public beaches were a short drive away. I highly recommend this property for large groups and for families who need a relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property & beaches!
The space in this property was great. There were so many bedrooms so everyone was able to spread out. The view from the back of the house was amazing. We loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards and the beach was just a short drive. A great place to stay and the owner, Teressa, was so responsive.

Great house for our fly fishing group of 6. Would also work well with two or three families.
Highly recommend. Very roomy home with 7 separate beds

Beautiful property
The house is big and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the island has an extremely strict noise ordinance that starts very early.
