Value for money

Best suitable for 6 family members. It is a 2BHK flat (attached bathrooms) with fritz, induction stove and necessary utinsils. The hall is very big with V shaped big sofa. One can feel like a home. The price is also reasonable. Location of the property is very near to Railway station, important temples and Alipiri walking way to Tirumala. Really we enjoyed our stay.

Property may think of recruiting boys in addition to office staff (at present only one office staff is available) to provide still better room service though there were no complaints during our stay.

True Life Home Stay

Rooms and Washrooms are very clean and hygienic, and I will surely recommend it to friends and family. Refrigerator, Kettle and an Induction Stove with all vessels are available and they will provide complementary milk, tea powder, coffee powder, sugar. The location is also very good. Overall a perfect stay for families.

Overall an excellent property for the families and friends visiting Tirupati and Tirumala

One of the best properties in Tirupati. Very good for families visiting Tirupati and Tirumala. The access to the property is really easy and a silent location without and hustles. Really appreciable. The staff were very good and polite and provided all the necessary things for our stay. Keep doing the good work.

Location of the property hardly 4kms to Alipiri Gate which is good and the Tirumala Hills View is awesome from this place!

Entire flat is loaded with Naphthalene Balls which is horrible to breath inside the flat and bathrooms. Human hairs are abundant on sofa and haven’t been vacuumed for a long time! House lizards can be seen moving around on floor which is scary sometimes! AC’s to be repaired since they don’t cool enough though you set to any low temperatures! Ample dust and mites to be cleaned up near fan and fan cables! Ambience around the apartment is poor!
