Listing Description:
The property is 7 bedroom 5 and a half bathroom home has a hot tub, a ping pong table & a swim spa downstairs, with three covered porches to overlook pristine Norris Lake. The dock has one covered slip with up to 1 more uncovered slips to take care of all your boating needs! Please note there are 2 residences on the property with the owners living in the other one!
The Space:
-We have several pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate.We deliver them to the house as well!
Rates are as follows:
90 HP - $275 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance
115 HP - $300 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance
115 HP - 16 passenger pontoon - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance
-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished!
-This is a custom home, elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It comfortably fits multiple families, and is situated nearby to Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina. Norris Lake is 125 miles long, with ~850 miles of shoreline. You can spend 2 weeks on the water, and only see 1/2 of the lake. It is deep, with many inlets and creeks that allow GREAT watersports, like tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.
-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker & a keurig, dishwasher, 2 fridges upstairs, 1 downstairs, & another at the dock, stove,microwave & much more! The
home also includes a hot tub & indoor swim spa, ping pong table, weber gas grill w/ an additional grill at the dock with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung Smart TV’s throughout the entire house as well.
-To access the dock, you are free to walk down to it OR you can drive down the gravel pathway that loops around the house all the way to the dock.
-Please note you have access to one covered slip & one uncovered slip. Several of our pontoon rentals stay at this locations & our staff may be by to occasionally move one or bring one in.
-We recommend launching prior to going to the property as it is a curvy single lane road to get to the property. Beach island marina has a launch or you can use the free launch called Judge Willard J. Brogan's TVA Boat Ramp. The address is 5697 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825, USA. This is probably the easier one as it is right by the property by water & does not cost anything to put in. We have several options for keeping your trailer for the duration of your stay! You can contact the marina where you put in at (please be sure to contact them to confirm), we have a gated warehouse about 10 mins away that you can keep it at, or you can drop it at our other property a few mins away in the large field to the left of the house. Please just be sure to get in contact with us if you would like to use either of our options!
-Please note, this part of the lake has year round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months.
Guest Access:
The entire house is available with no more than 5 cars allowed at the property. The left side of the dock is the owner's side. The right side is available for guest use. The top deck of the dock is off limits.

-Please note that traditional GPS does not find this property. The only one that does is WAZE. Please be sure to download to find the property. I will send instructions upon booking.
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-5 Car MAX limit as this property shares a steep driveway with our other property there.
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.

-Nearest grocery store is Food City which is 15 minutes away.

The best house on the lake!!! We definitely will return!!

This is a great place for a large group to stay. The house sits up on top of the hill with great views. There are deer on the property every night and morning. The dock is enormous and has a refrigerator/freezer, grill and large table. You should plan to cook out at the dock during your stay. Two slips are provided for your use, and we had local friends who came by on their boat to hang out with us. You can walk or drive to the dock, depending on your preference and ability.
The owner is on the property, and you will likely run into them or their employees during your stay. However, they are super nice and great to have around if you need something.

The house and boat dock was clean and comfortable. this end of the lake was new to us and we liked the privacy and minimal boat traffic on the lake. We had great weather, so were able to eat both inside and outside on the deck. However, if the weather had been bad where we had to eat inside only, there would not have been adequate seating for 16 people. the step down near the end of each hallway caused several of us to stumble. I suggest highlighting this area someway so the change in elevation is easily noticeable during both day and night. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed this facility.

We will be back this house fit our family vacation better than any other vacation house we rented.
Easy to communicate with owner, house was every thing that they said it was plenty of room for every one (19). Even on a rain day we had plenty to do.Great dock for your boat, great people to also rent a boat from.

This house has amazing access to the boat dock on the lake. It's in a small cove with no traffic. The ability to drive from the house to the dock was a huge benefit. The full refrigerator and grill on the dock was very nice.
The house had ample room for our group of 13. One full bath is connected to a bedroom, and one half bath is connected to a bedroom. All the others are in the hallways. The dual refrigerators in the kitchen, along with 1 downstairs made meal planning easy. This house also has 3 washer/dryer units, for all your laundry needs.
The owner was quick to respond and very helpful.

Pictures don’t do it justice!!! This house, dock, property, view is PERFECT. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about it. We ranged in age from 72-2 and everyone was fully entertained from the very first minute. Plenty for the teenagers to do! We rented the pontoon boat as well, and that was great too! Highly recommend this home for your family vacation at Norris! Owners very responsive, even let us store our boat offsite during our first week of vacation in Panama.

The property was great for our large group of multiple families. Having the second hot tub was a great addition. Amazing views, would recommend coming at a time of year when the boat may be rented.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family. My sister is in a wheelchair and the house was easily accessible. Lake access was great and house boat rental was easy! Our buddy diesel the dog was so sweet and played with the kids. We almost took him home with us 😉

This is simply paradise! Amenities are awesome. We rented a pontoon from the owners, blast! House was amazing, so much room! Entire family was there, 3 children and spouses , 7 grandchildren (1 to 17 years). Brother and wife 8 year old grandson part of week. Family came to visit us, first time home in 6 years. So much room to visit without interruption. But last but not least the property management was awesome! House was ready and he responded to any request immediately. When I was searching for a house I had to take in consideration my husbands disability. He is in a wheelchair part of the time, walker in doors. Even though this property is not ADA it is accessible for those with limitations. He was able to easily get in and out of the home and even on the pontoon with assistance of our boys. Fishing trip with grandsons, not successful with the catch but memories made ! I give this property an A And hope to return again! Worth every penny and then some!

What an amazing place this is! Beautiful house with wonderful amenities. We loved being able to drive to the dock and not have to worry about the steps for the older and younger in our group.
The swim spa and game room in the basement are a nice extra touch! Comfy beds and everything we needed to cook meals. The dock area is fantastic for fishing and hanging out, and it was awesome that they brought the pontoon to us for the weekend! The fire place was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

We didn't mind but it is best to drive down to the doc since the incline of the property is hard to tell from the pictures. Town and grocery store is close for runs for any forgotten goods. We enjoyed morning runs in the surrounding hills and watching deer come out in the evening. The owners house was next door but they were not around and it made us feel like we were totally off the grid...which we loved. Norris Lake and Swan Seymour were a great combination in East Tennessee.

The property is amazing as well as the house. Everything about the property is great and gunner made everything seamless from checking in, to any issue we had come up. The owners of the property itself were fantastic and we enjoyed meeting them. The dock area if you have kids is the best on the lake. We spent a majority of our time at the lake. If you need a boat they offer them as well. Thank you for such a great place to enjoy our family vacation and we plan on being back in the near future

Spectacular home overlooking beautiful Norris Lake. Lots of room in the house and on the dock. Boat house slip was perfect to park my ski boat, and it stayed in the water all week! Amazing setting on the dock, feels like you are out in the middle of the lake!!! Perfect place for our family reunion/vacation!

This house is gorgeous and perfect for some time to disconnect. There is an amazing view of the lake and easy access to go swimming and boating. The house has a great setup for socializing, but also lots a places to go for some time alone. Renting a boat was super easy as well! The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes making it easy to prepare all of our meals. I highly recommend this property if you want to get away and relax.

This house is gorgeous and perfect for some time to disconnect. There is an amazing view of the lake and easy access to go swimming and boating. The house has a great setup for socializing, but also lots a places to go for some time alone. Renting a boat was super easy as well! The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes making it easy to prepare all of our meals. I highly recommend this property if you want to get away and relax.
