Paradise in Pistachio

This place is an excellent! Everything in Pistachio was in perfect condition and looked so fresh and new. We had two different pool views and sea view too. The pools are immaculate and the large pool had been retiled the day we arrived. It did seem pretty quiet which suited us. We love our beer and the poolside bar serves 6.6% local IPA on keg which was a delightful surprise. Our host Sebastiano was a legend! He knows how to run a top class apartment. He supplied a lot of relevant information to make our stay unforgettable. Would also like to say a massive thanks to Antonia who cleaned our apartment before arrival. Will definitely visit again in the future. This place is a hidden gem! 10/10 all the way!

Superb

Fabulous appartment with a great view of pool although pool empty due to maintenance work,location great and complex nice and quiet

Unfortunately appartment hadn't been cleaned but Sebastiano sorted problem out within 30 minutes and after that everything was brilliant

Great apartment overlooking pool

Lovely, clean, bright, spacious apartment with large terrace overlooking the pool. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, constant hot water, fast WiFi and a comfortable bed. It also benefits from a washing machine, a dryer and plenty of storage space, which was very useful for our month long stay. Great communication with our host Sebastiano, who provides detailed information regarding location and access to the apartment. I would not hesitate recommending a stay at the New Pistachio apartment.

Great, big and clean apartment

The apartment is really big, with a huge terrace, a big dining area/lounge, and good-sized room. Nothing to complain about, at all. 15 minutes from the center, quite close to everything and excellent location for going around lanzarote. We rented a car, but the bus stop is pretty close by. Nice swimming pool with pool bar (closes quite early though, but it has breakfast and dining options).

Nothing really. Everything was great. A bit tricky to open the door sometimes as the key struggles but nothing really important, I guess it's normal as it's an apartment close to the sea. Everything great!

Complex was very run down main pool was closed for building work which was right outside of our apartment very noisy and smelly which wasn't mentioned at time of booking

Peaceful well equipped appartment.

The apartment itself is very modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. The complex was - from what I could gather - partially residential so it was peaceful - it isn't a party place, so don't book if this is what you want. There were a few starter items for self catering; washing up liquid, toilet roll and a bottle of drinking water. There are supermarkets nearby to buy anything else required for self catering. There is a washing machine with a good clothes horse and pegs - a real bonus if you are travelling light with few clothes. The kitchen has a two ring hob, microwave, big fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, electric grill and a toastie machine. There is parking on the complex but also loads of parking in bays on the street - never an issue to get parked nearby. There are swimming pools on site too - one of them is less than a minute from the apartment door.

The complex is undergoing a renovation so wasn't looking it's best. This is a temporary thing though and it didn't bother me - the gardens and pool area are still all very well tended.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and comfy. In a great location where you feel safe but near to bars

The apartment was lovely and clean with all the amenities that you would need, lots of space and a great balcony which was out of the wind but sunny so that you could sit out there, also looks over the main pool which will be lovely when it is completed, although we did enjoy watching the workmen. The location was great, the complex is fenced with a key code to get in so it felt very safe and quiet at night. A five minute walk to the nearest Spar shop and bars/restaurants. It is about 20/25 minutes walk down into town with many bars/restaurants and there are singers in many bars to watch at night. There is a lovely boardwalk to walk along at the beach with lots of bars/restaurants on it.

The apartment was lovely but it would have been handy to have a few supplies, ie toilet roll, washing up liquid. I know it is self catering but if you arrive late at night there is nothing there, maybe just one toilet roll would be useful.

it is a pitty that the nice appartment is situated in an horrible wornout building complex

the exact location of the appartment was only communicated at the day of arrival the appartment situation is in the middle of a wornout complex with neglected maintenance in a very low low budget envirronement the appartment is ok but i was misleaded by booking or the owner of the location

Quiet location, comfortable apartment with a terrace and a nice swimming pool

The location is great, the apartment compound/complex is very nice and quiet. The apartment is on the end of the terrace next to the swimming pool which is great since there are no neighbours on one side and the pool is right by the doorstep. The swimming pool had plenty of sun-beds. Apartment had sand umbrellas, plaids, towels and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Only short 5min walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive.

Soundproofing of the building leaves a lot to be desired, luckily neighbours were in only a few days during our stay. Surprisingly we couldn't find any wine glasses in the apartment so had to buy our own ones. Bathroom supplies were lacking. Parking on-premise might be tricky as it can get rather busy towards the evening.

Like most places in costa teguise bit of a walk down and up hill. Pool shut but probably same for all flats in covid.

Exceptional

This apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday and more, very comfortable and clean, comfy bed, comfy settee. The equipment in the apartment exceeded our expectations. The owner of this apartment, certainly looks after his guest . Sebastian is a fantastic person, with excellent communication skills and we really do not know what we would have done without him in the desperate situation we were in(re coronavirus) We really cannot praise this guy highly enough. And would definately stay here again and recommend to others
