La casa è molto carina e accogliente
La casa è molto semplice ma molto accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Gli spazi esterni sono vasti e permettono di godersi momenti di vero relax. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili, pronti ad aiutare e intervenire in caso di bisogno.

Sehr zu Empfehlen! Antonio und Pia GRAZIE!
Tolle, saubere Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz, Swimmingpool (gut Unterhalten) und eigenem Parkplatz. Die Meersicht ist einmalig und die Lage perfekt um Ausflüge in die schönen umliegenden Orte zu machen.
Antonio und Pia waren in jeder Lage sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Als unser Wagen ausgestiegen ist, haben wir sofort hilfe bekommen und Antonio hat einen Mechaniker vor Ort geholt!
Es hat sich eine schöne Freundschaft mit den Gastgebern entwickelt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Da es 2 Wohnungen hat, kann man auch gut mit 2 Familien anreisen. Auch die Betten sind in gutem Zustand, ohne Rückenschmerzen täglich erwacht...
Da die Wohnung nicht reserviert war konnten wir sogar noch problemlos eine halbe Woche anhängen.

War alles ok ... Netter Vermieter - selbst als vom Auto die Batterie streikte hat er sich schnell bemüht das ein Mechaniker kam und wir schnell weg konnten... Klasse Aussicht vom Haus aufs Meer - der Weg nach oben war schmal - aber das hat er ja gesagt - war aber kein Problem für uns ...

Noi siamo stati a Pasqua, eravamo i tre coppie di adulti, e siamo stati molto comodi. L'unico inconveniente è la strada, di circa 1 km, molto stretta e a doppio senso di marcia.

abbiamo vissuto per 6 giorni nell'appartamento B per un numero totale di di 7 persone, il quale era molto spazioso con ampie camere da letto bagni molto accoglienti e una vista spettacolare di tutta la città di Recco. Non siamo stati accolti dal propietario ma da un vicino ma durante tutto il corso della vacanza siamo stati in contatto con lui rendendosi molto disponibile e gentile. consiglio vivamente questo immobile a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza a Recco o dintorni.

Spaziosa, grande giardino e vista mozzafiato
Villa perfetta per famiglie e amici, è grande, ha tanti posti letto e un giardino spazioso fornito di piscina. La vista sul mare è fantastica. La distanza dal mare spaventa, ma in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro a recco.
Ho alloggiato in questa villa con un gruppo di amici e la Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una settimana di relax e divertimento allo stesso tempo.

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Meersicht
Die Wohnung ist am Hang gelegen, etwas oberhalb des Dorfes Recco. Dafür geniesst man von dort im Olivenhain ein schöne Sicht aufs Meer. Um zu Fuss ans Meer zu spazieren, dauert's etwa 30 Minuten. Der Weg ist jedoch schön. Der Zustand der Wohnung war gut, die Küchenausstattung ebenfalls. 24h nach erstem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, waren wir bereits in der Wohnung. Vor Ort war die Betreuung des Freundes des Vermieters sehr unkompliziert. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Siamo un gruppo di ragazzi che abbiamo trascorso in questa villa due notti in occasione delle festività pasquali. Il proprietario non era presente ma siamo stati accolti da un collaboratore, Giuseppe, che é stato molto disponibile verso di noi. La casa é spaziosa, ben tenuta e accogliente. Sì può godere di una magnifica vista sul mare.

Мы отдыхали на Вилле Пиа компанией в 12 человек (3 семьи с детьми от 3-х до 14 лет) и остались очень довольны нашим отдыхом! Мы занимали все 3 этажа виллы. Каждая спальня имеет отдельный санузел, так что никто никому не мешал.
В доме предусмотрены удобные террасы, на которых можно устраивать совместные завтраки-обеды-ужины, причем вид открывающееся внизу море, горы и городок Рекко просто потрясающий в любое время суток!
Хозяин Виллы, Антонио, всегда с готовностью откликался на все наши просьбы: докупить необходимой посуды, свозить нас в супермаркет или на пляж и т.д.
Мы до сих пор переписываемся с ним, т.к., уезжая, забыли на вилле сумку, и Антонио ищет пути, как лучше нам ее передать)
Единственный минус - это то, что в пешей доступности нет ни магазинов, ни ресторанов ни кафешек, так что без машины никуда не попадешь, или придется долго спускаться. Это стоит иметь ввиду.
Еще из плюсов бассейн, которым мы пользовались, когда не ездили на море.
Одним словом, я рекомендую Виллу Пиа для ценителей прекрасного вида и для больших компаний.

I have done a payment to rent the called Villa Pia in Recco.
I have planned this special trip for my father for his 75 birthday accompanied by my mother who is 72 years old, two sisters and 2 children 5 and 2 years old.
For our surprise on the arrival the called Villa was more a less an abandon house , very old broken furniture, you can feel the metal bars when sitting in the sofa or the beds. The swimming pool was surrounded by dirty soil , no grass involved in the surrounding.
The advert states accommodate 12 but it is absurd since they have only two rooms, the rest have to sleep in folding beds around the house where ever you can fit one.
without mentioning the state of the folding beds , all broken and very old and dusty mattresses.
Adding to this we have been asked to pay additional fees per week for that unpresentable house and we booked for 2 weeks.
Having vulnerable adults and children involved we could not stay over even for one night.
Not able to speak to the owner directly only to a neighbour who seems to know nothing about the property.
Our dream family holiday end up in a Hotel instead of a "Villa" that we had pay in advance.
I requested kindly the reimburse of my money, the owner refused to pay it back to date.

La casa è molto grande e spaziosa ed è tenuta in buono stato. Collocata in un posto eccezionale con vista sul mare. È curata bene e in un bueno stato. I gestori della casa sono molto disponibli e attenti.
Da Recco è possibile spostarsi per visitare molti posti della bella Liguria.

Nice house, excellent location, hospitable hosts
We, a family with five children in the age 9-15, have had an excellent stay at VillaPia in July 2013. The house is simple, but meets all the requirements. The view is breathtaking, there is wonderful places to sit under the olive trees. The pool is lovely and much needed in the Italian summer. We have really appreciated Recco, which is perhaps not the most picturesque of Ligurian coastal cities, but it is full of life, it is honest and really friendly. There are not so many tourists, the beach is fine, the swimming pool by the beach is excellent. We made a dolphin boat tour from Recco harbour, and the village of Camogli at just 2km is an undiscovered pearl. Restaurant Del Ponte and the Gelateria by the beach are wonderful and affordable.
Last but not least, Antonio and his wife have been fantastic, helpful and hospitable.
The road towards the house is not for the fainthearted, but otherwise VillaPia is Highly recommendable !

The accommodation was basic but clean and spacious . There is a bus that goes along the mountain road behind the villa but we never used it and chose to walk into town quite a walk and not for the un fit but we were on holiday so wants a nice walk in the Italian country side. We hired a small car which was great to bring the cases from the airport and get the essential shopping in. Great pool and we had it to ourselves. Lots to see in the region and spent most nights eating and looking over Recco bay. Some drinking as well. Only thing we would have welcomed was more information as to when the buses did run where they ran to and other local attractions we should look out for. A holiday is what you make it and with the help of Antonio we had a great time.

From the house one has a wonderful view to the sea and as we are 13 youths at the age of 19 years we really liked the fact that we could listen to our music as loud as we wanted until late in the night because the house is situated at the hill of Recco surrounded by wonderful green nature and only few neigbours. The owner of the house was very kind and all the time concerned about our well-being! And in Recco there are many nice restaurants which were really cheap and besides we cooked a lot in the kitchen of the house, which also worked well! We can recommend the house to everybody!!

Words of caution through: the walk to the town is great going down, but very steep coming up. So 15 mins down, 30 mins up, and good exercise. Also get a small car, because the roads are tiny. Also no welcome pack, so you have to get everything.
We would definitely stay here again. The villa is great, the pool good, the walk good exercise, and the town is a great small town, with a simple set of beaches. Highly recommended.
