It was a little hard to find from GPS but the communication from the owners was great with telling us ways to get there a few days in advance. The house was just what we wanted. You have great privacy but you’re close to town and winery’s.

Grill was dirty the jacuzzi was dirty they had rocks in it and dirt and the pictures of the kitchen was not the kitchen that we got oh yeah one fly toilet paper and the dish detergent was watered down so badly it was ridiculous they had these furry pillows on the bed oh my God disgusting they smell the kitchen was much much smaller with different appliances then the photo we saw

The property is not properly marked with signage if you travel in the dark it’s sketchy trying to find on the decent road in to the property. GPS just doesn’t bring you to it. The other driveway coming in from side that you need 4-wheel drive or definitely not a luxury vehicle is marked with (134). I’ve never rented that didn’t have the name of the property or better address numbers displayed. One of the main things was to do s’mores and they had nice fire pit and provided wood but it was left out in the open without protection from the weather and the wood was all waterlogged and we had to try and find wood to purchase. I feel as if the cleaning fee was a little much considering I had to wash the pans prior to use because they were placed in cabinet dirty from last renters. I was going to wash the towels we used from hot tub and the lines from last renters were still in dryer so I placed them on the top of the dryer. And unless they forgot Halloween was over decorations left over …cob webs on the bathroom lights and the fireplace mantel hadn’t been removed. And if they allowed for photos I would post them

Cabin was perfect. Quiet yet close to town. Beautiful fireplace and the decks gave an excellent view of the mountains. Enough privacy for the family but also enough room to be together. Would definitely recommend this cabin.

Cute mountain retreat with lovely indoor fireplace. Gorgeous views from two separate decks. Comfortably furnished with close proximity to the downtown. The hosts were very responsive…would visit again.

Quiet, Cozy & clean. Great location close to downtown Blue Ridge. Everything was great except beds weren't too comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This was a pretty decent location to stay. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. It’s an older cabin, with a few updates. The gas fireplace was a huge plus during the three days of straight rain we received.
I believe it’s a couple who owns this property, but has a property management (PM) company taking care of it after each customer leaves. Whoever that PM is, needs to do a better job leaving he home clean after they utilize parts of it prior to the new customer coming to stay.
I would say, check the kitchen utensils and pots/pans prior to using. We found more than a few that still had food and huge grease stains on them.

Super cute - Perfect location and mountain views. The cabin was just the right size for our family and checked all of the boxes - hot tub, fireplace, grill, view. Blue Ridge is just a short drive away so it was very easy to pop into town.

Cute property! It looks like there are about to be new owners -- not sure what the plans are going forward but the location is great and if you don't need a huge space, this is perfect. It checked all our boxes -- close to Blue Ridge, hot tub, enough beds for our group. Quiet with a great view. FYI -- The back porch is not screened so I can see that it might be an issue in the summer but we enjoyed our stay in April. Would definitely return!

We loved staying at this property for our getaway to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Great location less than 5 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. Cute, cozy home and secluded mountain escape, so peaceful and quiet. We loved the fireplace to warm the house on the cold nights. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Nice property. Mice poo in the silverware drawer. AC wouldn't get cooler than 67, so too hot at night. Terrible water pressure in shower.

Great location, needs a better cleaning job
Great location, cute decor, unfortunately the property upon check in was just not that clean. The floors were very dirty, stairs have not been swept or wiped clean, there was trash from previous guest under kitchen table, crumbs on the couch, there was a hairball in the hot tub. The garbage cans upon check in were packed. We did take out our trash but by the last night there was a cockroach in the kitchen. Also when we checked in there were tons of moths and several flies in the house. Sorry, but the cabin was tidy but not clean.

A nice cabin at a great price.
Pros: Great value. Nicely decorated, clean, and close proximity to downtown Blue Ridge.
Cons: It was under 30F while we were there, and the hot tub was actually TOO hot! Needs a thermometer. We had to add several buckets of water to cool it down.

Sweet apple cabin
Visited with girlfriends for a weekend of hiking and exploring. I was so impressed with how well-equipped and well-stocked the cabin was. The cabin was so tastefully decorated for Christmas!! The location is very close to Blue Ridge and ten views were spectacular. Perfect cabin for a short getaway in the mountains. Cannot wait to return. :)

Clean, cozy cabin with beautiful views
Six of us stayed comfortably in this clean cozy cabin with beautiful views. It is not as big as it appears in the pictures but was very comfortable. The water pressure is a little wonky.

Girls weekend
This property was excellent for a girls weekend. The location was just a short drive to downtown and Bear Claw winery. Everything was clean and set up for our stay. The hot tub was clean and ready for our use. Communication between us and the property managers was excellent. They sent us information in a very timely manner. Check in and check out was easy. We are looking forward to staying here again. Our visit to Blue Ridge was so much fun we are talking about making it an annual girls trip!

Vacation with our adult children
Property is just a subscribed. Plenty of room for five adults. Short drive to everything in Blue Ridge and any of the float trips BR has to offer.
Quiet neighborhood location. Definitely recommend this cute cottage.

Cute but small
The place is nicely decorated. Very quite. It would be nice to have the front porch to have been added to make a entry way so when you walk into the house your not at the stairs or in the kitchen. The back porch could have been screened in to keep out all the bugs from getting in when using the hot tub at night. And all 3 decks could have been cleaned before guest Arive. The house was clean but very dusty and spider webs could have been taken down. It was just basic cleaning that should be done when renting out a unit to guests. We did call for an iron and baking pans she dropped off 2 backing pans about 4 hrs after I call the second time. But no iron. When was told one hour and that did not happen. I just went out and bought my own baking pans and an iron and 2 fry pans because there was only 1 12inch fry pan but lots of pots to cook with and then when we left two and a half hours after I left to go get baking pan in the iron when we came back from our adventure we saw there was 2 baking pans inside at the front door. There is NO washer or dryer. I hand washed everything the sink is very big. The plates a very nice light waited Corelle dishes. They do have Roku on all the TVs so that's a plus especially if you have children only two rooms have TVs the upstairs room with two twin beds and the living room the master bedroom didn't have a TV and the lights on the ceiling fan didn't work the upstairs spare bedroom didn't have a TV had a nice sitting chair but no curtains to keep the Sun out during the day. The lock on the upstairs slider was broken so I have a stick keeping the door closed. There are a lot of nice books to read and there's some games that are for you to play. The hot tub was nice you have to get in the hot tub so the water is over the filter in order for all the Jets to work properly otherwise the Jets don't work because they just feel the water up just above the top of the Jets so you need the extra weight in the water in order to bring the water over the filter in order for the Jets to be all running have full capacity and when turning the nozzle it doesn't really adjust the Jets very much very little I call about that but that seemed not to be fixed either. It runs but the air adjustment doesn't really change the intensity of the Jets very much as it should maybe because it's an older hot tub it doesn't work as well as my new one does. And we did find the ladies either from previous person or from the cleaning lady but her hair was and several places in the unit. All in all the place was nice and cozy most of my problems was just cleaning and has to do with the company that maintains the property they only fault of the owner would be the screening of the property and maybe doing entryway so that when you come in at night you don't have bugs coming in with you or if you're in the hot tub at night your bugs coming in the house with you other than that it was just the maintenance issue from the company that maintains the property didn't do such a great job and making sure there was adequate utensils, cooking and made sure all the lights work properly and was cleaned properly.

Cute, clean, and perfect location
The cabin's location is perfect. It's close to downtown, restaurants, and many great trails. We enjoyed being close to everything and still be surrounded by trees. W enjoyed the the hot tub

Best of both worlds.
Privacy in the woods, but close to everything. Kids loved having the upstairs to themselves with a t.v. in their bedroom.

Wonderful long weekend getaway
My husband and I were looking for a long, relaxing weekend getaway with lots of opportunities to be outdoors. Blue Ridge and this cottage did not disappoint. The views from the cottage were beautiful and the cottage was nicely decorated, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen and outdoor propane grill. We used the hot tub daily and were lucky to see the gorgeous sunsets through the trees. The house was a short drive into town which made it convenient to everything. We enjoyed hiking to see waterfalls and a swinging bridge and had a fabulous ebike tour with Pedego bike tours. The cottage was a comfortable welcoming home at the end of each day. Thanks for a great weekend.

Lovely home!
This home was lovely and the location was great for easy access to Blue Ridge. It is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but was still comfortable for our family of 5 adults. Several of the windows did not have drapes which took some getting used to and the kitchen is separate from the rest of the house but well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We loved the gas fireplace and it made it very easy to enjoy a fire every night of our stay.

Overall: The place and the location is nice and quiet. The place was good enough for 5 grown adults but I would say the layout is weird. This place works great for a small family or gathering of 5 or less.My only dislike was alot of service people visit this property during my stay which I did not like. It would be nice to have a heads up of people doing maintenance on the property or some type of email --- cause this company loves to email.

Amazing cabin!
We absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect location, close to everything but at the top of the mountain so very peaceful. It was a little hard to find but a quick call to Jennifer got us there.
