About this house rental

1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette and open living room. Beautiful views from the front porch. Walking distance to the Square and downtown amenities and only a few miles from the great Arkansas White River! Very well decorated and plenty of room on the porch to sit and see the beautiful surroundings and hear music coming from the square. Walk to the court square have some ice cream and head back for a relaxing night

The cabin was so cute and cozy for us to get away. It was super quiet but close to the square to listen to music in the park or on the courthouse lawn. Definitely want to come back.

We had a very good time. The tv could have been bigger and easier to understand how to change it back to cable. We had a great time. We stayed gone most of the days but at night, it would have been good to watch our regular shows that we usually watch.

This cabin is a great place, especially for couples. The listing is accurate, and it is certainly worth the money. The only strike I would give is there isn’t enough hot water for the jacuzzi in one setting. You have to empty the hot water heater in the tub, then wait for 30-40 min for the tank to refill and reheat, then run that new batch into the tub. Once you learn that the rest of your stay is pleasant. I would have no problems staying here again.

It was great. Will stay there again. Only issues were 1. Cold water valve on hot tub was broken but we were able to still use it. 2. Hot water valve would not close off.

Everything was awesome. The only thing that needs correction is the address given from reservation will not get you to the cabins. This needs to be fixed. Other than that, 1st rate all the way.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was close to the active downtown area. We walked to meals, shopping, and music. Sitting on the porch was great with the birds singing, and otherwise quiet. The bed wears good and the kitchen had all we needed.

Checkin was super easy. Per Real Estate company, this was only recently set up as one of their rentals. First night we couldnt get the heat to work, and there wasnt an extra blanket. But an early morning call brought someone over right away to reset the heater and deliver a warm quilt. There is a hot tub but it is open to the room so you would have to be very good friends - I suggested they put up a curtain that could create some privacy. But the cabin was clean, and in a great location close to all the festival activities.

Our cabin was in a shady location. Temperature was perfect! Close to the Picking Park an easy walk up. We will come again next summer! Loved our time there and enjoyed the music in town!

Accommodations were very nice. I would stay there again. We never received the code to the door lock and had to call once we arrived. That was not as promised. TV is very small but clear. I would spring for a larger flat screen. My computer monitor is larger than the TV screen. The price you pay is not what is listed. It has several additional charges that will be added in addition to taxes. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to freinds and family.

The cabin was extremely clean . All of the instructions we received were exactly correct. It was quite and we loved time in the front porch swing. It was very relaxing once we found the location.The one thing I do want to say is the address that we were given is not found on any GPS systems. The road the cabin is on is just a long driveway for the cabin complex. It would be a lot easier to find if we were just told to look for Peabody and then to find L Grand Loop. Also, the 301 was starting to peel off so we circled a couple times before we figured out what cabin was ours.But like I said...once we found the place we had a great time.

Great cabin and very clean

Loved the cabin and it was very clean but when our lockbox would not open, the property manager was not able to be reached with the number she gave us and it was the middle of the day on a Friday. After driving through the town waiting on her call, we saw a sign with the Remax office number. We were then able to get someone to come open the lockbox. Other than that, the stay was great.
