Zeer rustig verblijf

Fijne ruime douche met ook zijwaartse sproeiers. Gevarieerd ontbijt met diverse Franse kazen en vriendelijke bediening aan tafel.

Geen persoonlijke ontvangst alhoewel de aankomsttijd was doorgegeven en binnen de gewenste tijdstippen.

ein Traumaufenthalt in den Weinbergen

eine rundum schöne Unterkunft, stilvoll eingerichtet, leckeres Frühstück, sehr aufmerksame unaufdringliche Bewirtung, eine tolle Wandergegend rundherum um´s Schloss... gern immer wieder da hin.

Traumhafte Lage, super tolles Hotel Team, rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Hotel und Residenz und Schloss sind so richtig romantisch gelegen, Check-in/out super lustig, Zimmer ein Traum, wir hatten um ein spezielles Zimmer gebeten, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, auch veganes Frühstück hergerichtet, die Dame, die uns das Frühstück bereitete, war so entzückend hilfsbereit, ein großes Lob an das Team vom Schloss Neuweier. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.

Nice stay in the wine yard

The staff was very nice and prepared also a very good breakfast for us. Comfortable room, warm and clean. They have great wines and gave us some to taste.

Fijn hotel

De kamer was heerlijk ruim, comfortabel en de badkamer ook. Ook het ontbijt was heel goed. Alles wat je nodig hebt en je kan eieren naar wens bestellen. De broodjes waren ook erg lekker.

Schöne Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück in Ordnung - hygienische Mängel müssen aber nicht sein.

+ Sektempfang (alkoholfrei möglich, später wurde uns eine Flasche zum Abschied geschenkt) + sehr freundliches Personal + kostenloses Wasser (Still/Sprudel) auf dem Zimmer, frei verfügbarer Wasserkocher für Tee + Klimaanlage vorhanden + modernes Badezimmer + ruhige Lage aber trotzdem schnelle Anbindungen + Schlosslage ist schön, Schänke am Schlossgelände bietet kleine Snacks und ein lecker Weinchen + persönliche Führung zum Zimmer plus weiterer Räumlichkeiten + kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet, Obstauswahl + kostenloser Dauerparkplatz direkt am Gebäude

-Fußboden war schmutzig -fremde einzelne Haare an der Bettwäsche/im Bett -Handseife war bei Ankunft leider leer -beim Check-in gab es Verwirrung, weil unser Zimmer bereits anderweitig vergeben wurde +/- schöner wäre mehr Kaffeeauswahl wie Latte, Espresso oÄ zum Frühstück und frische Brötchen vom lokalen Bäcker

Loved our stay. Would have liked to stay longer to explore the area more.

Beautiful setting in quiet location overlooking the vineyards. High quality refurbish. The shower was amazing. Friendly welcome. We were offered a glass of wine when we arrived but wanted to see Baden Baden so unfortunately had to decline the kind offer. Very substantial breakfast.

The castle restaurant doesn’t open everyday. We did know this before we arrived so not a problem. There were a couple of other options to eat in the village without the need to drive out. We actually ate at the cafe in the castle courtyard which is run separately to the hotel. This had a limited regional menu. Probably not good value compared to food elsewhere on our tour. It was a lovely setting but food not to our personal choice.

Nice location with pleasant and helpful staff, but we were less than impressed with the stark room.

Breakfast was fine.

The room was stark and not conducive at all to relaxing. Plus, we had no hot water the day we arrived. We were also given a handicap accessible room, which was not our preference.

They forgot to give us towels in one room while another room ran out of body wash. No view from the room but beautiful landscape.

Amazing place

The place was super beautiful, surrounded by amazing vineyards, everything was perfect and everyone was super friendly. For sure I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Baden-Baden, and I will came back one day

We came late for the check in time and it was a bit difficult to us to check in, but this totally can be avoidable

Very welcoming and friendly. Hard times for many places since Covid and we could not have had a better ( if brief) stay.

wonderful location. We arrived late for check in but the hotel called and the host stayed to welcome us and sorted a restaurant reservation for us. Very friendly and welcoming as a whole. Wonderful breakfast and a very enjoyable wine tasting before we left. Lovely room. Very comfortable. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend. Great value.
