Great place for a stay in Gaios.

The property was clean and comfortable and also very private. Only a few metres from great coffee and gelato as well as all the restaurants and shops. Theonie is a welcoming host and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Υπήρχε μυρωδιά φρεσκάδας . Όλα πολύ τακτοποιημένα. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και οργανωμένη. Ο κήπος περιποιημένος. Η Θεώνη πολύ εξυπηρέτηση οικοδέσποινα.Μας υποδέχτηκε και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας και όχι ως φιλοξενούμενοι. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα ξαναβρεθούμε.

Haus wirkt etwas abgewohnt

Unterkunft sehr schwer zu finden, da nicht gut ausgeschildert Hatten das Gefühl, das die Bettwäsche nicht sauber war (Flecken)

Localização muito boa, mesmo junto ao centro de Gaios. Simpatia da Theoni, que nos deu dicas para aproveitar a ilha e esteve sempre preocupada se estava tudo bem.

I loved the house, the garden and the host. All of it was fantastic!

The location is amazing. It’s 30 meters from everything. Can not get a better location.

Nothing. I loved the host. She was amazing. Went beyond to help me as my bag was stolen and she helped to not feel so alone. Bought me some food and gave me a bit of cash so I could leave the island and eat and buy a few things until I sort it all out!

Super adresse a gaios. On recommande

Maison très agreable proche de tout tout en etant au calme..bien confortable et adaptée pour une famille de 5 ou 6 personnes avec les 2 salles de bain (Nous étions 5 adultes). Accueil très sympathique avec de très bons conseils notammen pour la location de scoot ou de bateau. On recommande

Lovely place with stunning outside eating area

Location was ideal in the middle of town. Property has a gorgeous yard with outside seating. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and clean. Value for money great given location and facilities.

we were under the impression the property had two bathrooms but one is downstairs and only a toilet so all sharing a bathroom upstairs. Kitchen also upstairs while lounge and outside area downstairs so a bit awkward.

Fantastic location, clean, lots of amenities. Host was incredibly helpful with recommendations, information on local attractions etc, and with bookings (boat tour, motorcycle hire etc).

Quiet, , central and spacious apartment

A lovely spacious apartment close to the beach and all amenities. Enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evenings. Although very central it was nice and quiet

Buyer Beware! I booked the property for €120 on the afternoon of our intended stay. Had the booking confirmed. As I then didn’t hear from the owner I rang them an hour or so later. She told me that the property wasn’t available! She then said she would speak to a friend to see if her apartment was available. She rang back to tell me that it was (it’s called Marco’s apartment) and that she would pay her friend with the money we had paid her. It turned out that the normal night rate at Marco’s is €60 so the the owner of the Garden Home offered us nothing and still pocketed €60!

The garden home is super cozy and exactly as shown on picture. It is right in the middle of the city.The garden is super nice to enjoy. Theoni was easy to reach and gave us great tips to enjoy our stay. I would definitely come back!

Relaxing stay in an amazing location

Very nice host! She was able to organize us a lot of things, such as a taxi to nice beach, a boat ride and so on. I can really recommend the location, the house itself and the amenities. We felt very welcome :)

If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be that the beds are a bit on the softer side, but that is just as well personal preference.

Exceptional

Everything at superlative - this is how I would describe my experience here. From the welcoming, helpful owner to the cleanliness, quietness and overall comfort of the house. It is located just in the back alley of the Harbour, thus giving you the privacy and quietness, you'll first notice the beautiful private terrace and garden. Then the house itself is quite spacious, more than I expected. It has a generous living room at the ground level and 2 dormitories, bathroom and kitchen at the first floor. Everything is clean, nice smelling and confortabile. All the rooms have air conditioning and anti insect net at windows which is very nice as you can sleep with windows open and without air conditioning. We felt really nice here and would warmly recommend this house to anyone. I would also like to pass my special thanks to the owner for all the help, thank you!

Perfect for a short stay.

The apartment was much nicer than the photos. It had two floors, with a big nice garden. Netflix, prime videos and wifi were all free on service. Air conditioning was comfortable. The location was perfect to walk around the lovely town. Especially the owner was very helpful for giving info about the ferry from Corfu, picking us up from the port(which I recommend to ask) and arranging a taxi to Lakka and so on. It was an easy communication. We would only like to say thank you for all the support!
