We had a wonderful vacation. It was six of us, two in each of the three rooms. The place is beautiful. The soft mosaic floors as well as the paintings and decorations were all pretty and comfortable. Place is spotless. It has a view overlooking the water. Julia Giorgia the owner and Pietro, in charge of the house had pages and pages of instructions and suggestions for everything. Positano is beautiful with really good restaurants. The driver to get us from Naples to Positano was wonderful and recommended by Pietro. Make sure you book restaurants and activities one to two months in advance. They also gave us recommendations for many restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Our favorite was.Lo Guarracino, which had the best tasting pasta and meatballs we ever had. An amazing tomato sauce with a touch of cream And very flavorful meatballs.Da Vincenzo Was another great restaurant. Cafe Bottega had amazing breakfasts, including French toast with a tasty lemony sauce and cream. We hired a boat for a half-day cruise around the Amalfi coast. We went swimming off the boat. We tried to get the captain that Pietro recommended, but unfortunately only decided to do the trip, one day before and he was booked up. Our captain didn’t have the best command of English. The driver that was recommended was also a wonderful nice guy and was much cheaper than the taxis. In short, one of the best vacations we ever had and a reasonably priced home compared to nearby hotel

Beautiful property and great location. Far away enough from beach and noise yet close enough to walk to everything. Easy to work with Pedro. If coming from United States bring a converter for electric outlet. Outlet on porch doesn't work and issue with a few outlets in the house. Great shops near apartment with goods produced in Positono and Italy. As you get closer to the beach cheaper goods made in China. Recommend going on boat cruise, private if possible. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again.

I stayed in Giorgio‘s three bedroom apartment for five days, my wife and I, and our five adult children. The unit is centrally located, easy to walk anywhere in town. Three bedrooms and three baths made it very convenient for our family, everything in the apartment was clean and worked perfectly. Pietro, the house manager was a real asset. Besides meeting us and letting us in, he also help me book a boat, arrange transportation and book restaurant reservations. He is local, so he knows everyone and his recommendations are spot on. This property is beautiful with a great location. The owner & manager were excellent communicating with us and providing recommendations for restaurants and adventures. Every restaurant and beach we went to were encouraged by Pietro. He even made reservations for us. We were a family of 5 and the accommodations were perfect. Spacious, clean, interior with a balcony. Well worth the 128 steps!

We loved our stay here at Villa! We had a group of 6 people (one bed is full so tight squeeze for one couple but doable if petite). Bathrooms are nice but there are not any soaps. The walk to the main road and square was convenient and pretty. Pietro was awesome! He gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do during our stay, transportation options and places to eat. He was super friendly and quick to respond to our questions. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Let cation is everything and this house was perfectly situated between shopping, restaurants and beach. Pietro was available for questions and advise from months before booking until the day we checked out. The house was amazingly clean and well equipped. We are a family of 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The view from the patio table was amazing and we were able to enjoy the birds singing in the morning and watching the moon rise in the evening. I highly recommend you stay here and enjoy the sights of Positano.
