Located in the heart of the port of La Houle, this duplex flat, les Embruns de l'Aube, refurbished in 2019, offers a full sea view on its 2 levels. Comfortable and with its chic decoration, this duplex of 62 square meter, warm and welcoming, offers you every day a different show according to the tides. Its ideal location and its proximity to the sea will seduce you to establish your quarters and discover the many facets of Cancale and its surroundings. Ideal with friends or family!

DAY CORNER
Thanks to a perfectly successful blend of antique furniture and more contemporary elements, the living room with its "chic countryside" spirit is very warm. Bathed in light with its 2 large openings, this room gives you a feeling of serenity and sweetness. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into the lounge dining room area from where you will have a bird's eye view of the bay of Mont-Saint Michel.
NIGHT CORNER
Upstairs, you will find :
- Two sleekly designed bedrooms with storage space.
- A beautiful bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
The first bedroom, with a 160 x 200 bed, is navy blue and white to create a fresh stylish décor. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.
The second powdery pink room has two 90 x 190 beds and a study. Overlooking the backyard, it invites you to peaceful and gentle nights.
Another independent toilet is on the first level.
About Cancale and its surroundings :
The embruns de l'Aube apartment is located in the Houle, the heart of Cancale. An unmissable area for “Cancalian” immersion, the “Port de la Houle” is the only south-facing port on the north coast that offers a very different landscape depending on the tides. Very lively with many bars and restaurants, you will be charmed by its terraces on the waterfront, its oyster market and its peaceful little back streets lined with pretty fishermen's houses.
In the village, or upper cancale, you will also find many shops, and art galleries. A market is held there every Sunday morning. During the summer several activities, for young and old, take place there.
Hiking enthusiasts can explore the GR34, which offers breathtaking views. The Pointe du Grouin, the starting point of the Route du Rhum, located to the north of the commune, connects the two sea fronts: one facing the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other heading towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald coast, dotted with beautiful sandy beaches.
In Cancale, you will find many sandy beaches hidden between the cliffs and the flora. There's something for everyone: from beautiful, confidential coves tos XXL beaches.
Many inland trails also enable you to discover rich varied flora.
Cancale is also an ideal starting point point for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint Michel and its entire bay (Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.).

- The duplex apartment is located on the second floor, with no elevator.
- Optional linen : 18 € / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Remember to bring your own tea towels. If the option is taken, please let us know at least 15 days before arrival (if possible).
- Opposite the apartment is a "minute stop" car park allowing you to unload your luggage and groceries. Several paid parking lots are located near the apartment. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away.
- A person from our team will be there to greet you on arrival and when you leave to make sure that you had a pleasant stay.
- The apartment is managed by a travel agency specialized in seasonal rentals - Archipel Evasion - registered Atout France under the number IM972130002 and holder of an APST financial guarantee. As a Professional, a member of the APST, Archipel Evasion gives you an EXCLUSIVE and FREE benefit: the guarantee of deposited funds. Beautiful appartement located directly to the port.
We had a great time although the weather could have been better.

This apartment is a gem, and we enjoyed our stay in it very much. The view is perfect, which means you can really enjoy every moment of the vacation, even if you're lounging around. It's clean, the furniture is stylish, the appliances are modern and new (there is a washing machine for clothes too), and all the necessaries are there (iron, etc.) We particularly appreciated all the tips Jannick gave us for what to see and do in the area.
There is paid parking right in front of the apartment and free parking up the hill a little bit. Groceries and bread are a short walk away (or baguettes right downstairs in the newspaper store), and you are right in the middle of restaurants, two steps from the oyster market, etc. Cancale turned out to be the perfect base to explore this corner of Brittany, take lovely hikes by the sea, and so on. It really was just the break we needed.

Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour tellement nous avons apprécié la vue directe sur la baie depuis le salon et la chambre.

Super endroit
Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement. Cancale est très agréable entre Noel et le jour de l'an et tout correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce. L'agence est très pro.

BELLE VUE SUR L'OCEAN TOUT PROCHE TRES BEAU
Nous étions 2 adultes et l'appartement très spacieux malgré les 2 étages à monter l'ascenseur aurait été appréciable surtout avec les bagages car escaliers un peu tortueux.
Sinon appartement très bien agencé et propre. Nous restons sur un bon souvenir. Avons dégusté des huitres très bonnes au marché Donc à recommander l'appartement

Manque de torchon dans le lot linge. Le sanitaire du bas pourrait être isolé.

Super séjour aux pieds des huîtres et de la baie
Séjour ensoleillé avec vue sur la baie et la mer dans un appartement super sympa, clair, propre, bien équipé et meublé.

Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick ...
Wir haben einige Tage in dieser tollen , geschmackvollen und großzügigen Wohnung verbracht. Phantastischer Meerblick, Strand direkt vor dem Haus, das Fenster ist so groß , dass wir den Balkon nicht vermisst haben . Cathérine und Jannick, unsere Kontaktpersonen bei der Agentur sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In Cancale startet ein toller Küstenwanderweg, man kann sehr gut Meeresfrüchte essen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit immer wieder faszinierenden Blicken auf die Smaragdküste. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder . Merci de tout!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement für 2-4 Personen, direkt an der Promenade und mitten im Geschehen. Toller Ausblick auf Hafen und die Bucht. Schön und modern eingerichtet.
