Acceptable. For that amount of money I don’t know if it’s justified. It was okay.

The location, the hotel itself.

We arrived at 3:15 pm. Check in available at 2:00 pm and still had to wait for rooms to be ready. For kind of that hotel no fresh coffee at breakfast is very poor. Can buy a cappuccino which is chargeable. Nescafé instant coffee and hot water is under the standard. Good in general was ok but not overwhelming.

A worthy stay

the property is good and at good location.

The food was not that good for dinner also they dont provide toothpaste and brushs and basically charge for everything including extra water bottles.

Try to improvise much better and do the needful for the perfect stay

Rooms are not worth-able. smelly rooms staff are not responding is very very poor. Not worth for the money

Not proper response and not so convenient, room heater also not working properly totally not worth for the money Especially no dental care there in wash room and room slippers are not provided by the property as compliment

Could have been better managed!

Great location, Our room had a phenomenal view of the mountains.

Food, despite massive spread, was below average in taste and cold! Check-in, waited and waited. The staff is skinny and not appropriate to the size of the hotel if fully booked (like in our case). There is no personal attention. The bathroom, was the biggest pull-down. Was smelly and leaking!

Exceptional Stay

The staff was amazing and really friendly. Had a good stay in the hotel. All the rooms were great with heaters and cleanly and very spacious too. Breakfast and Dinner buffets had many choices while Lunch had comparatively less. Overall, it was a very good. Highly recommended for the price point.

Overall, it was a very clean property. Roms were big, clean, and had a vice nice view of mountains and the Gregory Lake. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Washrooms were clean, big and had all necessary amenities with separate shower area. Pool and Gym were also good. Reception lobby and surrounding were also quite decorated. Had a wonderful time at the hotel.

The breakfast menu was very limited. Corridors and rooms need some more decoration. The gym had no mirror inside.

One of the best hotels in Nuwara Eliya city.

One of the best hotels in Nuwara Eliya city . My family had a great stay at Araliya Red. We had a warm welcome and comfortable check in. This is a newly built hotel with all star class amenities. It has a beautiful indoor hot water pool and two viewpoints to enjoy the views of the area. Rooms are luxury spacious and have all facilities. Staff is professional and friendly. Food is delicious and have a good variety. Definitely can recommend for anyone who seeks a cozy stay at Nuwara Eliya city

Hotel can be centrally heated for more comfort. Room floors need to be carpeted as the floors were too cold. Had to struggle to get universal adapter. Room slippers not provided. Staff told its out of stock

Exceptional

Talk abiut forst impressions. We can to the Araliya red and were greeted with a smile. We were asked to sit down on the comfy couches and were immediately given a small cup and saucer with an amazing warm soup to drink to help us warm up. The food at the hotel was fantastic. It was focussed on a sri Lankan menu and the spread was more than enough. We took the half board which provided us with breakfast and dinner. I recommend this option especially with kids. The staff was so helpful to call tuk tuks etc and the hotel views are unbeatable. They have a "viewpoint" area on the rooftop with 360 views. Gorgeous. Room was massive with two huge beds. Also warm heated pool to enjoy. Well done Araliya Red.
