Calme, confort, excellentes prestations avec une grande disponibilité et gentillesse de nos hôtes .

Si vous êtes à Miami Beach pour gouter au repos plus qu'à la fête et que vous désirez être au calme , alors aucune hésitation cet endroit est fait pour vous . Et disposer d'une place de parking privative (gratuite qui plus est) est le summum du voyageur motorisé en ce qui concerne Miami . Quant au petit déjeuner , servi dans un petit jardin ombragé et composé exclusivement de produits cuisinés au moment d'être servis et très copieux , il ravira les plus exigeants . Selon moi , c'est une perle dans le sud de Miami Beach .... aucune hésitation , c'est ici que vous pouvez déposer vos valises

Es war für uns , durch Halloween, eine sehr kurze aber angenehme Nacht!

Die Lage der Unterkunft. Sehr zentral und trotzdem extrem ruhig! Der Vermieter hat sich mangels Parkplätzen direkt um Ersatz gekümmert. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch! Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer ist sehr gut um bei längeren Haaren eine vernünftige Haarwäsche durchführen zu können. Die Matratzen, einfach himmlisch! Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter.

Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut, sie bläst sehr stark und trotz höherer Einstellung durch den Vermieter, immer noch etwas zu kalt. Die Fliesen im Bad gegenüber der Toilette waren nicht richtig sauber! Die Ausstattung der Küchenmaterialien, wie scharfe Messer, Schere etc. ist gar nicht vorhanden! Die steile Treppe um schweres Gepäck, als Frau, wieder hinunter zu befördern. Etwas überteuert, jedoch für Miami Verhältnisse wahrscheinlich normal!

Great stay at this small B&B

Roomy .lounge outside your haven bedroom . Enjoyable Italian Continental breakfast outside alfresco . Our room was ready when we arrived early from our cruise ..Thank You

TV didn't work to well . not many channels and seemed to be streaming poorly. WiFi also giving issues during our stay. Reception staff friendly and accommodating but English wasn't there first language.

Excellent place!

Excellent service. Thank you to Alba and Alejandra for making our stay very enjoyable. Nice room w/private bathroom, great breakfast and if you like to walk is around 8 minutes walking distance to the beach.

We only stayed one night, but it did everything we needed. Good location for South Beach - a few blocks walk.

Nothing caused any issues in our brief stay. We did have to ring a bell at the gate and simply wait on the street to be let on to the property - that might have been an issue had the tropical storm arrived earlier...

Family stay in Miami

Great communication. Very welcoming. Room was clean with two double beds. There were communal kitchen and outside areas. Breakfast was perfect.

The room with the two double beds was a squeeze but not an issue for a short stay.

Welcoming stay in the heart of Miami

We arrived late in the evening and the hosts were ready to receive us and give us a tour. The villa has a large central garden where we enjoyed a hearty and delicious breakfast in the morning. The room we had was clean and well put together with two comfortable beds. We fell asleep without any distractions despite being in the heart of miami beach. The next morning the hosts allowed us to keep our bags with them while we went out to the beach after breakfast. Overall a welcome and comfortable stay in well appointed accommodations.

the room fluctuated between cold and hot during the night which made it a bit challenging to fall asleep.

Charming B&B with very comfortable rooms.

Charming B&B, just 10 minutes from the ocean. Lovely room with outside patio. The bed is amazing. Great outside breakfast on a large shared table. Premises very nice kept and great landscaping. Big communal area with sofa's, tables and large kitchen with coffee/tea and plates, glasses etc. Very convenient.

The airco is centrally arranged, so you have to ask every time you like cooler/warmer. But host was very attentive. The only downside is the noise from other rooms, there is no insulation at all so you hear everything from other rooms.

Attractive comfortable

Breakfast in the garden was great. Room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will use again if occasion arises.

The room should have luggage stands available. We had three suitcases and had to put them on the floor to open them up, which made it difficult to navigate around! I would also suggest that you provide a brief written description of how to get in. We arrived late, due to fligh delays, with a dead cell phone battery and I had watched the video but forgot that we were to use the sliding gate, not the one on the side--one disadvantage of the digital age. Dead batteries are a problem!! But, lovely place. Appreciated the hospitality!

It was horrible.

Nothing! Do NOT recommend this property to anyone. I read previous reviews and was shocked at the reality!

Black mold in the shower; toilet did not flush the morning we left; no amenities whatsoever: No tissues, no bottled water in the refrigeration. I felt very uncomfortable lying on the bed; velvet cover has not been cleaned for a long time; TV (even the one local channel) & CNN were all in Spanish; had to pay to see even the most basic channels. I will not book through Booking.COM again. I trusted your site & do not any more. Sharon Valenti

What a great breakfast!

Amazing hospitality. Unbelievably great breakfast. Owner is a great cook!

When we arrived some other guests were playing loud Latin music, but later they left so it was okay. We got back late on a Saturday evening and the water heater wasn't working. We messaged the host and he arranged a repair for early the next morning but it was not fixed by the time we needed to leave. Timing for that repair was not the best.

I did think it was overpriced for what it was. As my room was next to the dining room I was woken up to staff cooking at 630am which wasn’t my favorite.
