Loved the location and my kids loved the pool. We had a good day except for friday

The staff were nice. The room set up was really good for our family

Only one elevator operated. That elevator closed fast on my arm and knocked my fresh coffee all over me and the elevator. The hotel had a fire drill on Friday around1pm and didn't tell any of the guests till we were evacuating. My children are autistic and get sensory overload with load noise. The drill went on for 15 minutes.

Very pleasant place to stay as you travel along your way.

It was our first stay at the Residence Inn Bakersfield, CA. Entering the room the first thing you notice is the amount of space. The sitting area is the size of a living room. The couch has pillows and is very comfortable to sit on. There's a nice sized ottoman. There are outlets throughout the room. The kitchen area has your silverware, the cabinets have cups, glasses, bowls, plates, skillet, and pots and pans. The coffee pot is a Kurig. We had a king sized bed which was very comfortable. The roll-in shower had a large and small chair to sit on. They provide medium size bottles of soap, shampoo, and rinse. There is a Dennys just down the block. We will be staying there on our return to San Francisco, CA.

They allow pets however, there is no grassy area for them to do their business. And, don't be shocked when checking out as they charge you over $100.00 dollars for pet room maintenance. I would have preferred a standard charge of $25 - 50 dollars. They could check the room at check-out and if a maintenance fee was needed they could keep the over $100 dollars but, if there is no damage they could keep the standard pet cost and return the rest of the pet maintenance.

Greatest studio room to book

I loved how the studio felt like a real home. Very spacious. I loved the walk in shower. The kitchen was fully stocked. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was quiet at night too. The breakfast was delicious.

Perfect hotel room. More like a private condo!

The breakfast was great. I only wish we had more time to stay. Best hotel! I only want to stay at Marriots from now on. I have four kids and it's hard to find hotel rooms that accommodate 6 people. This was amazing.

A great place to stay.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, spacious, and secluded. The in-room appliances were like home away from home and were new. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. I highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast might have been a tad better, but no complaints about quality or quantity.

Nice place. Not baby friendly.

Nice room, kitchenette was convenient. Bedding was soft and bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the breakfast was good.

The carpet/floor in our room was very dirty. When our baby crawled on the ground, the tops of her feet got brown with dirt. Very gross.
