Size of room and location of appartment.
Pictures of parking are deceiving since guests can use only parking outside the fence. On Booking is advertised big parking inside fence, which was said is only for their family.
Outer parking (actually outside area which supposed to be “parking”) is not concrete but sand, which is extremely unfriendly for motorbikes.
Spider nets allover the room, broken lamps in bathroom and electrical cables sticking out of wall in bedroom. Aircondition worked only fan, so we couldnt cool the room.

Absolutely nothing
Nothing we liked, it was awful starting from the owner to the rooms. The rooms are old, the plugs were taken out, the fridge was rusty from the inside and as soon as we opened it the whole room stank, we were on the third floor there was no elevator and it was very difficult to get up with all our belongings of the sea. From the stench we got skin all over our bodies and had to leave earlier than expected. We were not happy at all.

Location is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful.
There was no toilet paper and the light in the bathroom and kitchen were not working.

- The room was very clean
- Nice hostess
- Comfortable beds
- poorly soundproofed: the vila is located on a busy street with a few stray dogs... Very vocal at night
- rusted amenities

Great location, authentic Greek holiday town with lovely beach and good restaurants within minutes of the apartment. Secure parking for motorcycles. Evi is charming and a helpful, friendly host.
Very hard to find the location as it's not accurate on Google maps. It was stressful and very hot roaming the town asking for directions.

Sad to say but absolutely nothing. A place like this gives a very bad reputation to what normally is a high standard of hotel and service in Greece.
I'll make this an honest review in the hope that others would avoid booking this place.
First of all, there is no reception at the "hotel" and the phone number listed in the app did not work. Neither did the phone number which was printed on a piece of paper and hung on the door. So you have to text the place in the app when you arrive.
The room is low end budget and would be passable for half the price. There is no pots in the kitchen and neither a lighter to turn on the gas stove. There is cuttlery and plates. No hot water tap in the kitchen and no sponge or brush to clean your dirty dishes.
The toilet would not flush and the towels smelled dirty so I skipped the shower.
The bed blankets are scratchy and only covered by a loose linen which made me sleep with my clothes on.
The land lady is a teacher by profession so you have to follow her schedule on check in and check out.
I could live with all the above and give the place a below average score but the land lady is to say the least not very pleasant. She may seem nice at first but she should not be allowed to run a hotel of any kind. Upon arrival she forced me to give an exact check out time the following morning - this was before I even did the check in. I said I would need to look at the schedule the following morning and then I would advise her by sending a text in the app that same evening an hour later. This was apparently not good enough and she insisted on me telling her "right now". So I said I'll check out at the latest possible time which was what I could promise at the moment.
30 mins after check in I opened the cupboard and some cuttlery fell to the floor and made some noise. Shortly after the land lady knocked on my door but I must have missed it. I must have been in the bathroom figuring out to solve the non-flushing toilet. Since I didn't open the door she sent a noise complaint to booking.com and I had to deal with a service representative.

The room was a good deal for its cost. It has all the basics (fridge, tv, own bathroom, good aircon, balcony etc.) without any frills. This is what you would expect for this budget in Greece. There is easy on street parking. The sea is 1 min drive or 4-5 min walk away. It is a nice small beach (a few hundred meters long) which consistently earns a blue flag. So, overall, for our budget overnight stop from the south of Greece to the north, the place did the trick.
Please note that there are some stairs to the rooms (1 floor). Also, the room amenities are a bit a blast from the past and in need of some TLC. We were ok with that though.

This place really met our needs as a stop on our road to Athens. The host, lady Evi is very kind and helpful. Really liked the old look of this place, especially the old teraco flor, one of a kind.
Internet signal was very poor in the room

Nothing
In the bathroom there were only one soup for both of us, and this soup was used by someone else. No small bottles of shampoo, no personal small unused soup. There were dust in the bathroom.
