‘The Lookout' is a stunning architect-designed beach house which enjoys fantastic views of the sea and the Deben estuary. The contemporary style will take your breath away the moment you step foot inside this truly outstanding beachfront holiday home. Its large, open-plan living area is up on the top floor and has panoramic coastal views that are everything you could dream of and more. Flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout, this amazing property will provide you with the most wonderful and ever changing views of the coast and beyond.
On the second floor you will find two double bedrooms with fantastic coastal views and also access to a glass-fronted balcony with uninterrupted views of the coast. The ground floor also boasts two bedrooms with views out to the coastal path and access to a shower room.
This gorgeous house is situated in the little fishing hamlet of Felixstowe Ferry, an area of outstanding natural beauty on the heritage Suffolk coast. Keen golfers would love this place as Suffolk's only links golf course is just across the road.
A vibrant village pub – the Ferryboat Inn and a lively café are just down the road. The property is also in an ideal location for the local area's attractions – bird watching, fabulous walking, sea fishing and much more besides.
