You will find Villa Jewel on the River in the quiet, upscale southeastern riverside area of Cape Coral, directly at the shore of the Caloosahatchee River. The large waterfront property offers all-day sun and a spectacular view of Florida's largest river. Most of your day will likely be spent at the pool which features a beach entry, pool bar, spa and waterfall. From the sundeck to the pool bar you will watch luxury yachts and fishing boats gliding along on their way to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The boat lift is available for use, as well as the dock. There is also 220 volt power available at the dock for those that need electricity for their boat.

As soon as you enter the foyer, you will immediately recognize that Villa Jewel on the River is truly extraordinary. This amazing Spanish-style villa has been built with only the finest materials, which include mahogany wood and marble floors, custom made cabinetry, and granite countertops. The first master suite is spacious with a king-size bed and has access to the tropical garden. It features a wet bar, a walk in closet with mahogany built ins and a bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and two separate vanities. It also includes a twin-sized day bed with a pull-out twin trundle. The second master suite also features a king-size bed with private bath. The additional 3 guest bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a queen-size murphy bed. There is also a twin-size day bed with a pull-out twin-size trundle and a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa available in the loft area. Everyone's favorite place will be the living room with large sofas, fireplace, 80" flat screen TV, DVD player. Villa Jewel on the River is equipped with a multi-room audio system which reproduces a movie theater experience or provides you with the feeling of ultimate relaxation. One universal Bluetooth remote controls sound throughout the entire house and out to the tiki bar. There is an additional entertainment room in the loft with a flat screen TV and a gaming console. The kitchen is fully loaded with ss appliances, including a dual gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, sub zero refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, along with many more items. It virtually leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a convenient breakfast bar. Close by the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 persons. You will likely want to rent a boat for your stay as this home is at an ideal location to enjoy the nearby beaches. It is approx a 5-10 minute ride to the Okeechobee River which leads to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You DO NOT have any bridges or locks to pass which makes it a very easy and enjoyable experience. Cape Coral is a boaters paradise and there are many beautiful beaches that can be accessed by boat such as Sanibel, Captiva of Fort Myers beach. While you are boating it is common to see dolphins swimming as you watch the beautiful sunset. It is truly breathtaking.

Some guests will choose to stay at the pool for much of their stay but if you do venture out there is a lot to do. The home is located less than 10 minutes from the yacht club (Cape Coral beach) and downtown Cape Coral. You will probably want to spend a couple days of your vacation going to Fort Myers beach or Sanibel lighthouse. Both are about a 40 minute drive and well worth it. There are also many golf courses in the area, tennis facilities, and numerous restaurants (the boathouse and rumrunners are right on the water and are my favorite spots).
