- There is no air conditioning in the suite, the suite has fans and always stays cool and comfortable with windows open and the fans on. We encourage our guests to open the screen windows and let the cool, fresh mountain air fill the suite at night during the warmer months.
- We can only offer access to one underground parking stall, however there is plenty of free street parking located directly around the building.
- There are two full bathrooms, however only one shower in the suite. The second bathroom has a 2 person, jacuzzi bathtub.
✦ Whether you just want to relax on your king bed, read a book beside the fireplace, relax in the jacuzzi bathtub, play some games, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the desk, this suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.
✦ This home comfortably sleeps 8. It includes a King, 2 Queens, and sofa bed - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our home also has 2 full sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, and lotion.

Loved the flat - very spacious with good beds. We had a group of 7 so plenty of room for everyone. There was construction going on outside so rather noisy beginning at 7:30 AM but that was unique to our stay. The flat is in a busy part of town - great for walking to restaurants or the store. We had two cars and only one parking spot comes with the flat. Once we figured out where to park the extra car it was ok. There's a lot of codes to know...building door, flat door, parking garage, swimming area...by the end of the week we had it all figured out but a little confusing at first. Owners were accessible and helpful. Overall, pleased with stay.

This condo was beautiful. It had a great view. It was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked especially with good quality pots and pans. The kids enjoyed the pool across the way in the Grand Rockies Resort. My dad uses a wheel chair and it worked out good with use of elevator.

The penthouse was a great place for our stay. Everything we needed was there. (I wish it would have had 2 showers). Canmore was a town that offered great dining options without all the traffic of Banff. We were able to easily get to all the spots we wanted to visit.

We had an amazing stay. Great location with a short 5-10 min walk into downtown Canmore. Clean and spacious with a ton of character. Couldn’t ask for more and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over February break, there were 2 separate families staying, 7 people in total. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo was beautiful with a great location. Close to convience store and restaurants and short drive to groceries stores. Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had when we were down there. Overall it was a great vacation.

Great property with attentive hosts. The locally made soaps were a nice touch and we will now go purchase some of our own. The pool was a little annoying because it is in a different building and there are no change rooms and very slippery floors. Our little kids fell more than once trying to get boots and jackets on. It was a little difficult for a large family in the winter. Obviously this isn’t the hosts fault, just something for future guests to keep in mind when heading out to the pool. The suite is very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was very clean and the water was very hot. Bubble bath was even provided! We will definitely book again when we come back.

Fantastic location! Great accommodations just perfect for our foursome! Really nicely set up and a great place to end the day, relaxing with a glass of wine by the fireplace after a long day hiking. Rocky Mountain Bagel Co is right across the street - convenient breakfast!

We enjoyed that the condo had all the amenities we needed and easy access. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathrooms. The grill was a big plus for us.

The place was great! Loved the views from the balcony off of the living room with enough seating for 4 or more if needed. Main living area and kitchen was very comfortable. The place was neat and clean and the beds were super comfy. Also liked the fact that there was soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. Close 15 minute walk to downtown Canmore and close to several restaurants, store, and bagel shop. Great directions on how to get to condo by owner too.
My only negative would be the second huge bathroom is only a bath tub (no hand held shower). The 6 of us ended up showering in the small bathroom in the master bedroom. Also the parking was not the most convenient. With that being said, I would still rent here and recommend it.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and cozy. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We were able to walk to the town center of Canmore with ease and had a wonderful meal at Blake next door. We kept the windows open and never missed a/c. The condo is about 20 minutes from Banff and 1 hour from Lake Louise.

This one of a kind condo was such a treat for my family to stay at! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is a must see in person! Great location to walk to restaurants, easy access to the pool and breathtaking views of the three sisters mountain! My family will definitely book again!

I'm not even wasting time looking at other properties in Canmore because I found the perfect place! I was there to work on the book I am writing and it was an absolutely beautiful and inspiring place to write. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. It is close enough to many restaurants and coffee shops. The owners are very great as well with excellent communication throughout my stay. Thank you again!

This has to be one of the nicest condos we have stayed in anywhere. Such comfort, such charm, plenty of space and incredible views of the Three Sisters! We are a family of 4 and were very comfortable. We knew going in that there were two tubs but only one shower and it was never a problem. My kids loved the tub with jets after a long day on the hill. We were able to walk to restaurants and easily and loved seeing elk outside the bedroom window in the morning. One thing to note for fellow laundry doers - the washer and dryer are in the second bedroom. I try to pack light and wash our ski unders after the kids go to bed. I did have to adjust the timing of when we wash, but that was no problem, really. Definitely would love to return to this place next year!

My family of 6 stayed here for our Christmas vacation and my husband’s 50th birthday. It easily accommodated all of us. The rooms were spacious and the views are beautiful. It’s location made it easy to get to places in town and was a short trip to get to Banff and Lake Louise. We had a great time!

Great communication with owner. Property was spacious and unique..We overlooked that there was no AC so that was a negative for us. Also with 5 women in residence, one shower was not adequate.

Overall our family loved the space. Lots of room for all of us, and it was very clean. Location was great as well as you are close to all amenities and 4 great local coffee shops. We would recommend and hope to stay again. Thank-you for sharing your home with us.

A very relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
We thoroughly enjoyed this space. It is quiet and very private, spacious, unique, and well equipped with all that you will need for a great relaxing stay. We walked everywhere from here, it is in a great location. We made good use of the gas grill, the fireplaces, the full kitchen, and the jacuzzi tub. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this space. We will most definitely be back here in the future.

Me and my fiancé went there for two nights to get away. This place is just beautiful. One of the nicest places we have stayed at. The hosts answered any questions we had very quickly, everything we needed was there. The views of the mountains are gorgeous. We will definitely be going back.

Every part was seamless! Great communication, clear expectations and the condo is gorgeous!!! We are a family of 7, kids ranging in ages from 8 to 25 and this place was perfect to accommodate all of us easily. We can't wait to make this an annual family getaway.

VERY PLEASED with our stay
We had a very nice and relaxing stay (as relaxing as it gets with little kids) at Rayan and Kathy's place. Quick communication and easy check in, very straight forward. We ended up parking on road side right in front of the building, facing our balcony, however they have underground parking. Despite the smoke the views were there. The place itself is huge with plenty of storage and large bedrooms, state of the art kitchen (with everything one might need). Very characteristic and unique, yet still have that cozy homey feeling :)

Canmore Family Trip
We are a family of 5, Plus I had my parents with me, and we went to Kenmore for a nice vacation to show my parents around they had never been there before. The location of accommodations was amazing, from the balcony you get a beautiful view of the three sisters mountains. The actual accommodations, It was very clean a great layout and everything that you could possibly need. We had tons of room for the seven of us. The communication between the renter and me myself, was amazing. They made sure to keep open, conversation and it was their highest priority to make sure that we wereTaken care of. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub, and there’s a great restaurant a block away. Thanks again for the beautiful accommodations we will definitely be in touch next time we come.

Great interior with lots of room
The property could be overlooked because it is located above a retail space, but is in walking distance to many great spots. It is very spacious, well decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen and good bedding. Very clean. It probably lists on the website that there is no Air conditioning and I overlooked that. It was very hot and maybe more so for us because we had 8 people. I would like to add that the hosts had fans there and that it was unseasonably hot.

Canmore getaway
We were extremely happy with the property as due to weather we had to spend a lot of time indoors. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers to have their own space and all the comforts of home. We would look to book it again next year and hopefully the weather is more cooperative as we wanted to Ski Lousie. We were really happy with the property though.

What a gem! We were two families of three staying for 5 nights in October. We had reached out to Ryan and Kathy a few times prior to our stay with a few questions, each time they were very prompt with responding. The two bedroom unit is very large, much larger than expected. It is located in the building beside Grand Rockies Resort. GR is where the pool is located, just off the entrance so very easy to get to. Due to COVID the pool has restrictions, a booking must be made for families at 1 hour slots. Ok back to the condo...very well stocked throughout, loads of linens, towels, pods for the both the washing machine and dish washer. Our group took advantage of the BBQ and well stocked kitchen to cook our own meals. During our stay there was only one small pan & a wok for the cooktop, worked for us but if you plan to cook a lot this might be a concern. The view from the condo was great. Easy to walk to downtown Canmore with is a plus. And most importantly the Kathy and Ryan were great hosts.
A few side notes that other reviews did mentions, it can be warm in the condo but there are lots of fans and keeping the windows open cooled it of quickly. There are two bathrooms, only one shower...again not a concern for us, we made it work.
