The comfortable living area is the perfect place for gathering with friends or family after a long day of exploring the Rocky Mountains. Comfortable couches surround the gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV so you can relax and watch the game or your favorite show. The dining room is just off the living area and provides the perfect place for a family meal or a card game with friends while the game plays in the background. There’s room for five at the dining room table and three more at the counter behind the couch. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances and has all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary masterpiece or a round of hors d'oeuvres and drinks before you hit the town.

Such a beautiful place right off Main St! Close to everything in Breck. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was SO close to everything that there was some traffic noise at night (resolved mostly by earplugs). Will definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Although the location was great at the end of the main strip of downtown Breckenridge we had several challenges. First and foremost was the inability to keep any windows open on the main floor. I had to push management to send someone to evaluate them. These windows were extremely heavy and the “fix” while we were there was to place a piece of ply wood in the window frame to keep it open. Thankfully we weren’t traveling with small children as I could see this posing a safety risk. In addition the windows on the bottom floor did not have screens so these could not be opened. Although tower fans were provided the house was quite warm at night and everyone in our party complained of the temperature when trying to sleep. The beds were ok. The bunks seemed firm but comfortable. The master bedroom’s bed was supportive on one side and dipped severely on the other. Might I add the people sleeping there were both less than 150lbs. The door that goes to the patio didn’t lock for part of our stay and we ended up fixing it ourselves and the bottom rack on the dishwasher doesn’t have working wheels. Although the location was great it felt somewhat run down and the management never actually fixed the windows. This is probably fine if you are there in the winter but I wouldn’t recommend in the summer especially in the warmer months.

This was a great place for our summer extended weekend in Breck! 3 adults and 4 teens/20 something’s and everyone had enough room and a place to sleep. Is also right off Main St so we walked everywhere and everything was close. Close enough that the kids could go out and get coffees and donuts across the street. Everything in the house was very clean. Would stay here again!

Pros: Location, 2 parking spots, hot tub, comfortable couch, good size for 2 families, stocked well with towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and paper towelsNecessary fix: One ladder to the bunks was cracked very badly. It is going to snap in half anytime. Good thing our kids are little so when they first went up it and we noticed it we put the ladder away. Easy Updates: Better pillows as they are all super thin, add a dresser in the bunk area under the TV instead of a tv stand, working vacuum (the one in the house didn't work), blind on the half circle in the master bedroom (the moonshining in will keep you up, ended up sleeping upside down on the bed)

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating with our requests. The house is beautiful and clean with the exception of one missing dining chair and mismatched beverage glasses 🍷. These were minor issues that got addressed very quickly. Communication with staff is quick, easy and most importantly professional. The location is great! Very close to downtown Breck and the gondola.

The home was very clean and well stocked. We can't wait to go back there in the Winter. One of our party left a blanket behind and the team at Summit Mountain Rentals were very proactive in finding this and offering to ship it back to us.Overall a great experience.

This place was in the perfect spot right at the north end of Main St in Breck. The grocery store was right across the street and the gondola was a very easy short walk as well! Being right on Main Street made it so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The covered parking spot was great for keeping the car snow free! We loved staying here and would absolutely stay again!

We loved staying here! 2 cozy fires, great master suite, extra bunks we’re perfect for little kids. The beds had such comfortable bedding. Location was ideal- quiet, but right in main a few blocks from all the shops. Easy walk to the grocery store and gondola. I’d rent this again with family or friends for a ski trip!

The house was beautiful with the exception of black mold in the spare bathroom, limited pans for cooking (we wound up purchasing a large fry pan in order to be able ti make tacos and Jeff it at the place for next guest). Several of the windows were difficult to lock and splinted due to what I assume is previous guests attempts to lock.
Managements company was very responsive and accommodating - would recommend this property and woukd stay here again.

This is a very comfortable stay. Great master on upper floor. Living quarters include the outside hot tub. Lower level bedrooms roomy. Around the corner to downtown and walking/biking paths. Great views.

Our first time to stay in town & loved being able to walk everywhere including City Market which was a 3 minute walk.
The house was very comfortable, especially the master upstairs, but the basement bedrooms are small. The bunk beds are nice though to have! The instant hot water was great to have too. There were a few items not in perfect working condition but we reported them to the management company & were told they would be repaired. All in all it was a nice place for our end of summer stay.

This multi level home offered more than we expected. The check in/out process was simple and the staff communicated very well. Each room is very clean and comfortable. We had room for two cars. It is also situated perfectly in the town. A cozy breakfast spot is close by and just across the street. It is within a short walk to all the best restaurants and nightlife yet far away from any noise or traffic. The hot ton was the biggest and best surprises. We will definitely recommend this home!
