Beautiful stay in Chania

The location is wonderful, and the owner was extremely kind. All amenities are there, and you will truly enjoy this stay. Tip for future guests: The parking situation is tricky. You can pay for parking very nearby or circle around the streets looking for an empty spot. We parked outside the city in a supermarket parking because it is much easier but it was 2.5km from the apartment. Not a fault of the owner of course

The bathroom doors are not closing completely, so you can hear every movement of the person inside. No terrace in the apartment where we stayed, but we used the outside one that is joined for all upstairs guests and it was great. The bedsheets were changed daily, but the towels not once in 4 days.

An elegant suite in an excellent spot in Chania

The location was perfect. The hostess was exceptional, she welcomed us bethought we arrived late in the evening and provided us with great tips about the city and the surroundings. She was also available for anything else we wanted. The decoration was very good giving a very elegant feeling.

Overall the stay was really great, property is clear and it’s close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay, in the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly and clean the room each day. They even provide toiletries which you don’t see much nowadays in some hotels.

It’s not the property but I think it’s the guests from other room as our room is just next to the street where people walking, the front has tables and chair where guests can sit outside but I think one of guests are smoker so they sat outside smoking and it’s not good when it’s early morning and you’ll be waken up by the smell of cigarettes and not good if you have a child, so for me smoking should have not been allowed in front of rooms, even if it’s outdoor and in the street maybe should have a sign where they can smoke, just a bit of respect to other guests.

Exceptional

We spent a week in this accomodation and every was perfect: really clean, beautiful design, nice environment and really in the center of chania center. The host is really kind and available to help you in any way she can. It happens that I forgot my tablet in the room and she helps me to get it back, being available and very very kind. SUPER!

very disappointing and costly

Beautifully furnished and presented.

I was very unhappy about the mouldy and damp smell in no 2 apartment. On investigation, I found a poorly sealed glass / Perspex panel under the bed , covering an archeological artefact of a well and stone pipe . Despite aircon , open windows and a face mask , I could only stay one night of the 4 that I had paid for , due to the strong odour . Even though I provided photographic evidence , there was no resolution of the issue, by the manager or Booking.com and no refund of 3 nights when I couldn’t stay due to breathing difficulties.

Good location, clean. A little loud.

The location in the old city of Chania was lovely, with close access to restaurants, the water and historical sites. The apartment was very clean.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was very poorly designed, so every time you turn on the shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded. Additionally, with the windows open to let in air, the noise from outside was very loud in the early morning.

The appartement is very clean and beautiful. Completlely in the city center, 3min walk to the sea view.

Ground -1 so only 1 window but no much more opening on the outside. But just to stay in the appartment the night it is ok

The appartement was clean and beautiful and in a modern condition. The room itself was small, more a hotelroom than an appartement but ok for two people. The bathroom was very clean! The person who gave us the key was also very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect! You are in the middle of the beautiful old town of chania and just one minute away from the port. Overall i would recommend booking the appartement for a short stay in chania!

The kitchen was ok, but a little bit to small and not well equiped (no dishtowels or paper for example). The bathroom was modern and clean but just to small! The room had no window which made the room very dark and kind of depressing... No parking is included and the parking situation is difficult in chania, which is however not the fault of the owner...

Scammy owner, unimpressive room

The owner was rude and tried to charge us for a late fee to which she wasn’t entitled. The room was basic and windowless. Unless it’s the cheapest room in the area, I’d stay somewhere else. It’s also terrible if you’re driving a car. It’s in a walking-only area, so you will have a tough time parking anywhere near the property.

Very good

Otherwise everything was alright. The lady was very kind and helpful. Suggested a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room is very nice indeed with shampoo and toothkit. The location is perfect. In the middle of the old town, 2 minutes walk from the port. Cars can be parked nearby for free.

The room opened immediately from the street and there was no window only the one on the door but if you open it everybody will be able to watch in and it's not suggested to open it during the night. No balcony to sit out.

Luxurious suite with exquisite services

We had a wonderful stay at the Konmari Boutique Suites. It was conveniently located in old town Chania in a quiet part and was minutes away from the harbor - the highlight being the jacuzzi in the basement. The hostess was very warm and helped us settle in and explain all the amenities and tips for good Restaurants in the area. The taxi service to and from the airport was also very well organized including a day trip to Elafonisi beach. Really recommended for a family stay !

Exceptional

The room was luxurious, with the lovely finishing touches that were so thoughtful. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Kitchen are well equipped with cooking facilities, electric kettle etc. The location was perfect for the old town.

Great place !

Great place, clean, tidy and roomy. Everything was perfect, from the living room-kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom. Our host was really helpful !

amazing!!!

an amazing suite in the heart of the Old Town, car park on the street right next to it. the property sparkling clean. they upgraded us to a bigger suite as we were three people and there was availability due to the off season booking which was very very kind of them. bars and restaurants very close with a big variety to choose from. thank you very much for your hospitality! we will definitely visit again!

Save your money, go elsewhere.

Pros - Good location Clean Comfy bed Nice bathroom

Cons - The property is semi basement with one small window in the door. You need the lights on during the day. Two huge A/C units right outside the front door. Kitchen utensils are very poor.

Perfect location for our 2 nights in Chania.

Very warm welcome of the host, amazing location near to the center with free parking spots around & cozy, cute and stylish apartment where we felt very comfortable!

Bigger bathroom, but it is understandable that in historic building the space is limited.
