Bob and Kelly’s home was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of room to accommodate our family and was super spacious and clean. Bob was an excellent host. He answered all of my many questions and gave great recommendations. We were just a quick walk from the pool, boat dock and marina. And town was a short 10 minute drive. We had a great time and will definitely reach out to stay here again! We loved it.

This house (and the owners) did not disappoint! Everything was as advertised. Owners were very responsive to all requests and regularly checked in to ensure everything was ok. They also went well above and beyond for golf and restaurant recommendations. House has everything you need with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. View of the 9th hole off the back porch is a great setting to sit outside and enjoy refreshments. I could go on and on about all the positives about renting this place. The owners truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again (for any event) or any other place they might have.

This home is the most well appointed rental homes we have stayed in. It had plenty of room for our son, wife and two young girls. There were even toys in the closet. This is not your basic rental house. The kitchen is well stocked. So many little touches! And lovely too! The location is a short walk to the lake or the pool, tennis court and beach area. Fun for everyone. The owners are most responsive and helpful.

We had a blast staying in this home for a long weekend with family. Although the house is not directly on the lake, it is a very short walk, and it was easy to push our strollers down to the lake and pool. The home is spacious and very well stocked. The owner was wonderful to work with as well!

This was a beautifully maintained, well equipped home overlooking the ninth green of Great Waters Golf course.
It had a nice view of the lake just past the fairway.
We had access to a community boat dock just a few minute walk away, as well as a community pool and tennis court.
We’d definitely return for another trip.

The Evans' took great care in providing a vacation home for our family that was incredibly well equipped and very comfortable. They paid great attention to detail and include more items ( spices, beach towels, tennis rackets, fishing poles, a quality cooler, pack n play etc. ) than those that are generally included in a VRBO home.
While we experienced a couple minor issues, Bob Evans was quick and professional in dealing with any concerns we had while staying in their home.
We enjoyed the short walk to the swimming pool and the tennis courts. The view of the golf course from the back porch was spectacular.

Wonderful family vacation
The house was beautiful. It was more than we expected. Bob and Kelly did a great job of communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The house was well stocked with essentials that you don't usually get at other rental homes. It felt like we were staying at a friend's vacation home, not just a place that we found rent. We appreciated the nice note and bottle of wine they left for us as we checked in. It was a relaxing and peaceful vacation for our family. We would love to come and stay again at their lake house. It is definitely a 5 star rental at a great price.

We stayed Friday-Sunday for a family celebration and wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Bob and Kelly are wonderful hosts and great communicators. I had several pre trip questions and they were prompt and generous in answering them. You feel welcomed and right at home as soon as you open the door. Not to mention the decor is lovely and the house is well-stocked! Literally anything and everything you need, besides your clothes and food, they provide.
The setting is quite peaceful and watching the golfers on the lovely back porch was quite entertaining! And you a short walk to the pool and tennis courts.
If you’re looking for a great getaway at the Lake, we would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful house near lake
It was my first time using VRBO and renting at the lake. The homeowners were very nice and responsive. Check in and out were super easy. The home was clean and well decorated. Even things like foil, zip locks, coffee pods were available. Short walk to docks where you can tie up rented jet skis and boats. We went with another family of four and had a great time. Loved the covered porch next to the golf course. Will come again.

Beautiful house in a fantastic neighborhood!
The house is beautiful and spacious. We rented the house for our annual girls trip. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Lake beach and pool right around the corner. We rented a pontoon boat with a captain to drive us around from Oconee Wild Watersports. He picked us up and dropped us off at the Marina just a short walk from the house. So fun!!! Was the perfect weekend getaway.

Wonderful Family Getaway!
From ages 1 to 95, a wonderful time was had by all! The house perfectly accommodated our family; including a 1 and 2 year old as well as daily visits from our 95 and 91 year old grandparents! House is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. A quick walk to the pool and beach made for lovely afternoons. The large kitchen, dining and back porch areas made dinnertime easy and memorable. Bob and Kelly were extremely gracious and welcoming, and available within minutes for a question or request. One of the BEST rentals we have experienced. Planning to go back soon! Wonderful Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend at Bob and Kelly's house. The listing is very accurate to what you will experience at the property. The pictures are current and representative of the house. The house was very clean and well stocked (kitchen, fishing gear, games, beach towels, ext.) Bob was very responsive when answering my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as expected. The neighborhood is lovely. While we didn’t spend any time at the beach or pool, they were a very short walk (across the street) from the house. We rented a boat for the entire weekend and kept it at the community docks. The closest dock is about a 3 min walk from the backdoor. There was plenty of dock space and the boat was perfectly safe. We kept two cars parked at the marina and there were no issues. We had 6 adults and 4 pre-teens in the house and it didn’t feel crowded with a large living area downstairs and plenty of outside porches.

This is a beautiful house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was really well stocked, and we ended up bringing home all the extra paper goods, soaps, etc that we packed. They had lots of everything you'll need, a rarity in the rental industry. The walk to the pool and our boat was really close, which we also loved. Owners are very responsive.
