This cozy studio cabin is truly lakefront perfection! Situated on the sunny side of the lake this property boasts both a lakefront deck and large dock with patio furniture. Enjoy incredible views, lakefront amenities and all the comforts of home. There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cookware, etc... There is an outside BBQ on the deck as well. The cabin is outfitted with an ultra violet water purification system, Air Conditioning, Heating and an instant hot water heater. The lovely full bath has a shower, sink and toilet. The comfortable sleeping options are as follows: two full size memory foam beds in the bunk, one twin size memory foam trundle bed and one queen size memory foam pull out from the couch. There is a blue tooth sound system with speakers built into the inside of the cabin, outside of cabin and on the deck. The speakers can be turned on and off by zone. There is a TV with DVD player and WIFI available. There are two SUP paddle boards and a two person kayak available for adult guest use. (Jet Skis are not available).
*The cabin is cleaned following enhanced cleaning procedures such as sanitizing all touch surfaces and all linens(towels, sheets, pillow cases, blankets and comforters) being professionally laundered by a commercial laundry service after every stay.
*The cabin is a delightful and well thought out studio(including the sleeping arrangements) with a private bath. Please ensure that you and your guests are comfortable with that arrangement (especially with more then four guests staying in your group).

Our family stayed here for three nights. There were five of us, kids (13, 11, 7). It was tight, but we made it work. What sold us was the outside area, which made the difference. Plenty of space outside, with several activities and spots to hang out. Without that space, it wouldn't have worked for us. It is a tight area around the property, so getting in and out is not ideal, but it is not an overly busy area, so we didn't have any probelms.

Positives: beautiful view, lakefront, safe neighborhood, close to town and stores, quick response time from hosts, peaceful, nice deck area for sitting
Negatives: bathroom was super tiny with no place to put your things, everything could have been cleaned more thoroughly in my opinion, water completely shut off after the first persons shower 2 days in a row, however, I wish I would have contacted the owner sooner, because she was quick to respond and had the problem fixed immediately. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at the cabin. The weather was not so great, but that didn't take away from the beauty of the mountains and the lake. It is a peaceful and relaxing spot with plenty of hiking options. There are no close restaurants/grocery stores so be prepared! The cabin itself was warm, cozy and comfortable.

This little house was so perfect. The exterior space - the decks and the lake, itself - meant we never felt crowded. We used everything the house had to offer: the SUP paddle boards, the kayak, the BBQ. Everything worked perfectly. More than anything, though, the setting was utterly breathtaking. The sparkling lake and Olympic NP right next door. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was the perfect lakeside oasis for me and two friends! The place was really well stocked including spices and condiments which I usually don’t see in rentals. I will note there’s only a Keurig so for those picky about their coffee methods remember that. It was just right for me and two close friends but it would definitely feel cramped with any more ppl (you’d have to be very close as a group haha).
The dock on the lake was amazing and it was so fun jumping in for a swim or paddle boarding.
It was a dream staying here and I’d recommend it to anyone.

My two friends and I stayed here for a few nights, and it was truly amazing! The location just can’t be beat. We hiked at the national park a few days, but mostly just sat on the patio or in the living room and read our books or listened to music (we visited in the spring when it was still too cold to swim). The water was so clear and clean. We stopped in Port Angeles on our way to the house and cooked all of our meals - however, there were a few tiny places nearby if you need to order food. The house was perfect for 2 or 3 people, had everything we needed, and we loved the speakers and lights around the house - can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Bonnie for the lovely stay!

This property was perfect! The view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking. So relaxing to come and relax after spending the days exploring olympic park. The owner had everything we needed to make our stay more pleasant. Fun board games, pots, pans, and other equipment to cook, and so many comfy blankets. And the beds! Sleeping was so comfortable, the pillows were so fluffy. I can go on how great the stay was, but I'll just leave it that I'll book my stay here again if ever i visit Washington again in the future.

The reservation, check-in and out process were very easy. There was an extensive binder with stuff to know about the house and surrounding activities. The available entertainment (games, smart TV, paddle boards, kayak) were awesome. Bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable but they fit a lot of sleeping options in a small space which makes sense so it was fine.

Three of us guys, in our late 60's, had a great stay for a week. It had everything we needed. There was no rain the whole week so when we weren't exploring the park we spent our time on the deck. Didn't SUP but we did kayak. Highly recommend staying here.

Great little place to hang for a few days. Plenty to keep you busy. Hosts provided water toys and great seating options on the dock. The cabin was very clean and the host was reachable. Would definitely stay again. Lake is not too busy and great for kayaking and SUP. Definitely need life jackets for kids when swimming as they won’t be able to touch. Great experience!

Super close to Crescent Lake if you are looking for day hikes, but really do not need to look any further the out the back door of this beautiful cottage. We had such a fun time at this VRBO! The stand up paddle boards and kayak made our trip so fun! Bonnie has thought of pretty much everything someone could need on vacation and has stocked this cute cabin in a very organized manner. When I realized I forgot to pack my toothbrush I found a guest toothbrush provided. It’s these little touches that really make the difference and saved me a trip to town. She is also a wealth of information. When we ran up against a lot of crowds at key attractions, Bonnie recommended exploring Salt Creek’s tide pools. It was one of our favorite locations we visited as it was peaceful and low key. Thank you for opening up your cabin to us and for your hospitality!!!

What an incredible home! I stayed here with my wife and another couple on our trip to Olympic NP and this was the highlight of our trip. The lake is beautiful and very refreshing to swim in on a hot day. Kayak and SUP’s provided were a great touch and I highly recommend taking of advantage of all that Lake Sutherland has to offer.

We totally enjoyed the lake view of this cabin! And will come back, maybe in a warmer weather. The cabin is small but nicely decorated. Wish it had more shelf space to put toiletries and hooks too in the bathroom.
