Look no further for your relaxing vacation dream home! This home is just minutes away from all the action at Pier Park or 30A, all the perks of less crowded beach areas! Complimenting this home location, you can walk to the nearest public beach access just .2 miles from the front door. In this area, golf carts are welcome, so hopping on a golf cart and driving down to the beach is just another perk of this coastal living home.
The first floor of the beautiful home features an open-concept living and kitchen. The kitchen offers the ultimate eat-at-bar with four seats and enough room for the cook to work on the opposite side. It boasts modern appliances and a colorful tile backsplash, complimenting the extra storage spaces of the white cabinetry. The same level features three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom with a beautiful king bed sits just off the living space. The en suite is separated from the bedroom by a beautiful barn door. The modern décor of the house, observable in the master bedroom's neutral tones, creates the ultimate relaxing atmosphere after a fun day at the beach. The second guest bedroom also provides a king bed for comfortable sleeping. The color palate brings just enough beach in neutral tones to remind you why you chose the beach in the first place. The last bedroom on the first floor offers a queen bed with relaxing neutral tones and, again, just the subtle colors of the beach brought in.
The loft is home to the fourth bedroom and the third king bed. It has a bathroom, making it a perfect space for couples traveling together or families who need just a little more room to spread out. The outdoor living space includes a fully fenced back yard with a patio and gas grill, a fish cleaning station, and a front porch perfect for evening drinks.
Located in the West end of Panama City Beach, this home puts you within driving distance of Pier Park and the entrance to 30A. Its location is perfect for enjoying the shopping at Pier Park during the day and grabbing a bite to eat in the evening at one of the lovely local eateries along the entrance of Scenic 30A. Take a short stroll or golf cart ride to the many public beach accesses along this tranquil stretch of front beach road nestled among a very golf cart-friendly neighborhood.
