About this house rental

Bright and open beach house where almost everything is new again! Renovated in Spring of 2016. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and and outdoor shower, sleeps up to 11, in premium bedding with 2 king-sized beds, 2 twin xl’s that can be combined into a king, and full- sized over full-sized bunk bed with a twin trundle. All bedding is high-quality and comfortable. New flooring throughout the house, 32” flat screen TVs in each bedroom, a 55” tv in great room with cable TV, high-speed internet with WiFi. Smart DVD player to play your DVD’s or stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Reverse floor plan with bedrooms on 2nd level, kitchen/great room on 3rd level. New full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer on 2nd level near bedrooms for convenience. 2 new sun decks spanning the back of the house facing the ocean on both levels, providing plenty of room for catching the sun or shade depending on which you prefer! Fully stocked kitchen, with newer countertops and a new Whirlpool electric range with plenty of cooking equipment and storage containers. Keurig coffee maker provided. Sectional sofa and dining room chairs are updated on the 3rd floor. Great room has beautiful vaulted ceiling with views through the 2 new sliding glass doors. Charcoal grill available for your convenience too. New ceiling fans everywhere. New HVAC system, and 2 newer vanities. Enjoy the new spacious outdoor hot/cold shower, porch swing, large yard for outdoor activities. Beach chairs are provided. We are pet friendly— we allow for a small, well- behaved dog to join you for their own vacation ( non- refundable pet fee applies, please indicate your desire to bring a dog). Covered parking under house. Plenty of books, games and puzzles. Just minutes from the bridge at Mile Post 2. Close to restaurants (Duck Donuts is 6/10 mile away!), grocery stores, shopping, dunes, Wright Brithers Memorial. The house was as advertised, not too far from the beach. Lots of beach equipment available. Nice three level porch. The furniture was a little beat up and the kitchen didn’t have a lot of equipment. The cabinets were sticky and the knives dull. Washer and dryer work great, dishwasher is great, outdoor shower was really nice. One small problem with the lines was easily solved by a single phone call. Good location, nice grill available. Easy instructions.

This house is in the perfect location! Super close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. The water park nearby was great as well as the Nags Head Nature preserve and the Roanoke experience. Great value for the price for this area. We had 8 people ranging in age from 10 to 60 and all had a wonderful time!

Our family had a great time in your lovely home on Kitty Hawk. This four bedroom home accommodated our family of nine very nicely. There were many beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take all of our stuff to the beach. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower! It was a nice quiet neighborhood and many good restaurants nearby. Would like to visit again in the future.

Premier hosts. House was perfect for the week. Clean bathrooms and kitchen but could use some updates. Anything you need for the beach provided. The views beautiful and tge sunrises were breathtaking. Will go back.

Enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Short walk to the beach, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and convenient to everything. Make note that the house was updated in 2016 so some items are starting to show wear but everything worked, which is what was important. Loved the decks and spent a lot of time there in early morning and late evening. Couldn't really enjoy the large yard because of the burrs, which we were told about but wasn't expecting them to be that bad; as some even got into the house. Kitchen was nicely equipped but could have used some storage containers and maybe a few common spices (salt/pepper/etc). I brought all my own paper supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, sandwich/storage bags, trash bags, etc) and my own cleaning supplies (dishwasher, dish washing, hand, laundry soaps) as I saw several reviews saying these were lacking. Make note that the shower in the master bedroom is very small so the outside shower came in handy with the hot and cold water; we could use that for a shower and your arms didn't hit the walls. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach! The house was as described. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies to cook with. The space and decor was very comfortable. We were 3 blocks from the beach, which was not crowded. The owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had another great stay at B Relaxed! After missing our 2023 trip due to work changes, we were all anxious to get back again. Everything went as smoothly this time as it did the last time. Hosts are very easy to get in touch with if you need them and always very pleasant. House was very clean on check in. My grandkids love this house and don't want to stay anywhere else. The adults all love it, too. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has anything you might need as far as cooking while on vacation. We loved sitting out on the double decks. Saw dolphins a couple of mornings from the upper deck. We'll definitely be back to stay in B Relaxed again!

Perfect place to watch the sunrise and super close to beach access and restaurants but…make sure you bring your own toilet paper and dishwashing liquid and sponge. The burrs were pretty bad too, especially in the backyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay though and would go back again.

Very nice house. Within walking distance of the beach. A few blocks away from a place to eat and get a drink. About a mile or so from Walmart, Food Lion, Walgreens and Starbucks.

Overall everything was nice. However, there were a few things that would have made it better. In the two kids rooms the televisions did not work. When you take a group of 9 to the beach and 5 are children that are excited to have their own room and settle down with.v at night it's aggravating but didn't spoil our fun. Also, we did not have enough toilet paper or any extra in the house nor did we have extra paper towels or trash bags. So, we really had to ration everything between 9 people. We only had 3 toilet paper rolls and 1 paper towel roll and 2 trash bags. Thank goodness we ate out because the two meals we did have used all the supplies. Had we have known we would have brought some. Loved that the linens and towels were package so that we new they were clean! Overall good trip just some things could have been better.

House was the perfect location and set up for hanging - cooking - eating and enjoying the view With our grown kids. Beach was a short walk and the beach buggy provided made it super easy to carry our stuff. Each is gorgeous and quiet - will definitely come back !

Great place to stay. Very close to the clean beaches, and short drives from all sorts of food and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed the decks and swinging in the swing at night with the cool ocean breeze. Lots of beach gear provided, and house was in great shape. Would stay here again!

Went north to see wild horses, south to the aquarium and dolphin watch and right at the house for daily trips to the beach! Beds were comfy, grocery stores were close and there are many restaurants and attractions nearby. My grandkids especially loved the water park. Oldsters loved the kayaking in Alligator river refuge. House has a wonderful double deck with views of the ocean.

Our family loved our week in this comfortable and clean home! We had plenty of space for the 10 of us, and the owners were so quick responding to me regarding a couple of questions I had the first day. We had everything we needed and more. It was only a several minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful and uncrowded. We hope to go back again someday!

Kids enjoyed the selection of board games. Paperback books were a nice bonus. The beach chairs and bikes were enjoyed by all. Nice, easy walk to the beach.The only downside was that the mattress covers had not been laundered and had some stains.

This house was perfect! It is only one block from the beach and there’s a beach access right there. The house is cute and very comfortable wonderful porches you can see the ocean you can hear the ocean at night from your bedrooms everything you need K cups creamer sugar salt pepper dishwashing liquid sponges was already provided. Would highly recommend will definitely book again

The home fit our needs very nicely . Weather for the week only about a 5 of 10. It was still nice enough be outside on the decks and some walks on the beach. Close to many nice restaurants and attractions. The pups had as much fun as the humans.

The location was amazing! We really loved the community that it was in. It's close to everything. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It's not fancy, but was perfect for the purpose and price! I would rather pay for a property and not have it upgraded as much than to have a luxury house and pay a luxury price! We would definitely rent this property out again

Our week was perfect. Communication with hosts was great from the time reservation was made. The house was great. Very clean! We had everything we could have asked for. Comfortable beds, all kitchen equipment we could have needed, beautiful ocean views from the decks. Lots of beach equipment for renters to use and a very quick walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay here for our future family beach weeks.

My family enjoyed a fun week at the beach! The outdoor shower was wonderful and so convenient, and we used the decks every evening. We didn't have issues with the walk to the beach, and it was still a convenient distance to come back to the house for lunch or a break from the sun! The kitchen and livingroom provided the perfect space for all of us to relax and enjoy our meals together.
