Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, was für uns auf der ansonsten etwas überfüllten Insel wichtig ist. Tajao und Mareta sind sehr angenehme Orte. Die Landschaft außen herum ist super interessant, es gibt einen geologisch / archäologischen Lehrpfad und schöne Badeplätze, Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung hat eine große Dachterasse, das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zu Beginn gab es Ausfälle beim WLAN, sonst war alles super.

Our two week vacation.

My wife fell ill upon our arrival. Alfredo and Chiara took care of it themeselves. The owners of the place are first class hosts.

Roca Mar is a perfect place for relaxing and get quickly to the south part of the island. The view is amazing! Very clean and well equiped. The host is very kind and helpful, she even gave us beach towels because we didn't have, also a bottle of wine&water( thanks🤩)

Perfect Little Gem

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing accommodation, and we can confidently say that it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we knew we had found a true hidden gem. The apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every detail seemed to have been carefully considered, making it incredibly convenient and functional. One thing that stood out during our stay was the windbreaker on the terrace, It turned out to be an absolute godsend which shielded us from the Atlantic winds. We were able to bathe on the south-facing terrace all day. The perfect sun trap with a sea view. The location of the accommodation was another highlight. Tucked away from the usual tourist spots, it offered a peaceful and off-the-beaten-track experience. We felt like we were living like locals, immersing ourselves in the authentic charm of the area. The serenity and tranquillity added a unique dimension to our holiday. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Alberto. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Alberto went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and had everything we needed. His helpful suggestions and insider tips on exploring the area were invaluable, allowing us to make the most of our time there. It's hosts like Alberto that make a stay truly memorable and create a home away from home atmosphere. In addition to the wonderful accommodation and welcoming host, the surrounding walks were simply breathtaking. The stunning natural landscapes left us in awe, providing the perfect backdrop for long, leisurely strolls. We found ourselves completely immersed in the beauty of the area, appreciating nature at its finest. Overall, our stay at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. The thoughtfully designed apartment, the convenient amenities, and the off-the-beaten-track location created an unforgettable experience.

Peaceful and serene

Chiara was a wonderful host during our couple days at Roca Mer, communication was excellent. The studio is situated in a beautiful and quiet beach town. Pictures do not justify how gorgeous the views are from the balcony. The studio was spacious and had the basic things that we needed. A short walk along the beach will bring you to the center of the town which offers seafood restaurants which have delicious fresh produce due to their location. The perfect stay for a romantic get away or to get some peace and quiet by the relaxing sea.

It can be a little tricky to find the studio at first, however communication with Chiara was great and was there to help.

magnificent!!!

photos don’t show how incredible this place is!!! it’s our second time in this magical place. Chiara and Alberto are amazing hosts! the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything! it’s very practical.

A magical oasis for romantical time and the best seafood experiences

Absolutely magical place with the sweetest hosts. It felt so comfortable there. We experienced the most beautiful sunrises, the sound of the ocean and the smell of fresh breeze. We were observing the boats with fishermen, who brought fresh fish to the village every day and it was right away sold in local restaurants, which we counted around 8! Can't wait to come back. The car is needed btw to come and go, but it's very close to all coolest destinations on the island. It was also very warm in the apartment in January but I still wasn't brave enough to sweem because of the wind. We had a lot of sunbathing on the terrasse though.

It was just perfect! But too hard sometimes to leave our room because it was so nice and beautiful inside:)

The hosts Kiara and Alberto were amazing, super welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. They truly went above and beyond for us and we had such a peaceful stay. I recommend having a car for the area as otherwise it would be difficult to get around but access links are good and there’s a huge super market about 8 minutes drive. Kitchen facilities are fantastic for self catering which is what we did and we recommend the traditional fish restaurant in the next village, Mero Pancho. Great views and only the sound of the waves all day and night! We really recommend Roca Mar for anyone visiting Tenerife.

The bed is a little hard but for 4 nights it wasn’t really a problem.

Comfortable stay

Friendly host providing useful information, very clean and comfortable studio which has showergel, oil, vinegar, tea, salt, caffee capsule….nice seaview, big balcony, quiet location. I saw sunrise in balcony, sunset in the hill next to the studio.

WIFI is sometimes weak or no connect in the evening.

Very nice apartment, very nice hosts. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The view is beautiful, huge balcony. Nice reastaurants and a shop is a 10 min walk away. Lots of smaller but nice beaches are very close. The apartment is far away from the crowds and touristy stuff, yet the highway is very close therefore you can get to anywhere you want quickly. We loved staying there.

Prepare for a very steep hill next to the apartment. It was scary at first with car, but then we got used to it quickly so no issue, just beware.

Roca Mar Tenerife made our holiday and gave us special memories.

The apartment was amazing and it felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and was very spacious for 2 people. The large terrace is such a bonus and provides panoramic sea views. The view and sound of the ocean was wonderful and you can appreciate this even from inside the apartment. Our host Chiara was exceptional. Communication was quick, informative and helpful before we arrived, when we checked-in and throughout our stay. I must say that the apartment is very private and you will not be disturbed unless you require something. If you have a car there is a parking spot directly outside the apartment which is for guests. I would highly recommend Roca Mar Tenerife. Thanks for letting us stay.

clean, spacious, owners are very friendly and attentive to details always ready to help to any advice, fully equipped kitchen, stunning sea view from spacious terrace with a lot of privacy as studio surrounded by hill from one side just 5 min downhill there is small secluded beach village close to it is well known for best fish restaurants cannot go wrong with this accommodation

We stayed at three places this vacation, and this one was the best. We regret not staying here the whole stay! The apartment has the nicest view, you can watch the sunset from the terrace or even the bed and you can see and hear the sea! You can tell that a lot of effort was put in decorating it, everything looks very well put together. It is very well equipped, would work perfectly for a longer stay as well. I will mention these, as they are important to us: everything was sparkling clean and the area was quiet, we slept like babies. Last but not least, the hosts are amazing people, they helped us even after we left the apartment. Thanks for all!

Place to spent honeymoon!

The best is the approach of Chiara the host. Very polite, nice and caring. Great restaurants in walking distance. Sound and quite part of Tenerife.

An amazing apartment with fantastic hosts

The place is beautiful and Chiara and Alberto are fantastic hosts. They provided all the support we could expect and more than that! We loved waking up and going to bed with the sound of the waves, the atmosphere is very calm and serene. Additionally the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and 10 min away there is a fisherman village with great fish restaurants and a little supermarket. We would definitely come back again!

The view is just the best view possible! The flat is design in the way to have 100% privacy so you feel like there is only sea and you! The owners are really friendly and helpful! Definitely one of the best places to stay at!

Romantic piece of paradise

This place is a miracle! The location is perfect for the exploration of the whole island, very central and close to the highway, the airport and the stunning El Medano beach, and very quiet and peaceful at the same time, being located in an authentic fishing village. Amazing terrace with stunning views of the sea. Tiny romantic beach in just 3 min walking distance. Many good fish restaurants in the village, easily accessible by foot. Very nice interiors, kitchen equipped with anything you might need from coffee to chilled water and wine. Spacious bathroom and very comfy bed. Make sure you take the excellent advice from the hosts for exploring Tenerife - their tips are the best.

Very quite location, amazing ocean view

Very quiet location, ocean view on the terrace, enough space for 2 persons. Kitchen has everything you need, anyway we used only the fridge to keep cold our beverages. The owners were very friendly with us.

It is not a minus, but to visit the island you'll need a car since the location is between airport and Santa Cruz, on the ocean shore. The location and surroundings are very windy sometimes.
