We enjoyed our stay, however, nobody cleaned up the room although we hung the sign from lunchtime to evening.

Wir konnten leider nur eine Nacht verbringen, haben den Wellnessbereich in vollen Zügen genossen.

Wir waren nur 2 Halbtage auf Wellness. Das Spa im Dachgeschoss ist besonders schön, Sauna mit Aussicht ist aussergewöhnlich.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und generell die Innenarchitektur ist unglaublich! Wer Wellness sucht, kommt voll auf seine Kosten!

Leere Minibar, kein Holz für den Kamin im Zimmer und insgesamt recht schwierige Kommunikation.

gern wieder!

schlichte eleganz ohne Firlefanz! 2 SPA Bereiche - grosse Klasse, viel Platz zur Auswahl in den Ruhebereichen. Freundliches Personal und das ganze Hotel ist sauber und mir gefällt der minimalistische und doch ansprechende Einrichtungsstil. Die Küche (Abendessen) könnte noch einen drauf setzen, zum Teil etwas langweilig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war aber GROSSE Klasse, grosse Auswahl und alles was das Herz begehrt. Kein Wunsch ist offen geblieben.

kleiner Wermutstropfen. ich hatte während das Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und das wurde in keiner Weise beachtet. Das kenn ich aus über 10jähiger Wellnessaufenthalte anders. Aber das ist nur eine Nebennotiz. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Sehr kleine Auswahl und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war meines Erachtens nicht gegeben.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem grossen Angebot und tollem Essen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Zimmer top modern und wunderschön schlicht eingerichtet. Die Badewanne im Zimmer war richtig toll. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Leider wurden uns die Zeiten fürs Abendessen, sowie das Frühstück sehr unklar mitgeteilt. Somit sind wir am Freitag extra nicht mehr Baden gegangen... weil wir dachten, wir würden ansonsten noch das Abendessen verpassen. Jedoch muss man nur bis um 20:00 das Menü entschieden haben... uncool. Ebenfalls war das Zimmer etwas schmutzig.

Die „Wegweiser“ für die verschiedenen SPA-Bereiche könnten etwas verständlicher gestaltet sein, bzw. es würde mehr davon brauchen. Schriftliche Erklärungen zu den verschiedenen Saunen und Dampfbädern (was zu beachten ist, empfohlene Dauer, empfohlene Wiederholungen, Zweck der entsprechenden Behandlung).

Behaglichkeit und Ruhe

Ein tolles Haus mit einem magischen Ambiente. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten uns wirklich sehr gut entspannen. Vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot und gehobenes "Schlemmern" in den verschiedenen "Stuben". Der Wellnessbereich entsprach auch voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen. Das Zimmer kuschelig und gemütlich. Die ganze Philosophie wie in der Homepage beschrieben ist authentisch und passt.

Perfekt, gerne weider

Sehr gutes Frühstück, eine sehrt angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Nachtessen war immer wieder herausragend und definitiv empfehlenswert. Meine Freundin und ich hatten es sehr genossen.

Leider war im Spa Bereich einige Funktionen ausser betrieb, nehme an wegen der Nebensaison. Zusätzlich war die Wasser Qualität teilweise unter meinen Erwartungen. Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Incredible spa and culinary experience

The meals were incredible, all so different and local/seasonal. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

I only wish I could have stayed longer. I got a massage while there and was not overly impressed by the masseuse skill but it was still very relaxing.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the Spas were great and so were the rooms.

The location was excellent. Front Office Staff is very attentive and spent a good amount of time showing us around the property and to the rooms. The check-in was digital via an Ipad which was very comfortable.

The restaurants had great food quality and exquisite furnishing. The service team in the regular restaurant was very fast but in the Grill restaurant the service was rather slow, and the waiter had a not so service oriented humor.

beautiful hotel with amazing spa facilities, will be back!

beautiful modern hotel with two great spa areas as well as very friendly staff. we had dinner and breakfast included. for dinner we got a five course menu and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

there is still minir construction ongoing which did not disturb us at all. if the staircase is not completely ready with the carpet base or there is construction equipment on some parkings in the garage i don‘t care. the room was amazing and ready, that‘s what counts :)

SUPERB STAY

Outstanding spa hotel. The spa facilities are excellent. If you are looking for a place to unwind and recoup, this is the place to go. The alpine location is splendid and it is easy to reach by train. Amrai is located 5 minutes by foot from the Schruns train station. And the same distance to the romantic center and heart of Schruns.

Perfect for couples

We loved everything. Food, staff, services all above standards. The rooms are amazing, the dinner is also great. The spa is pretty seriousand big for the size of the hotel (they are now building a second complex of rooms, the spa will maybe then be a bit more crowded). Location good.

Luxury, beauty, and fun!

Amrai is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. There is so much attention to detail, from the decor, to the comfort, to the staff, to the food! It was better than I imagined and I can’t wait to go back sometime.

Just a perfect stay

It was one of the best experiences we had. Amrai suites are exceptional. Beautifully decorated. Clean. Spacious Rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Amazing kitchen and cooks. It was a perfect stay. During our time there, it was less busy. We were offered an upgrade for our room since we stayed 5 nights there. Wonderful room with sauna, chimney, living room and very practical kitchen with fridge. Very big balcony with a superb view on mountain and river just in front of the building. The construction site didnt bother us at all. The breakfast was fabulous. The dinner was extremely good with variations every day. This place has a great value and we would definitely recommend it.

The Wifi could be a bit faster. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about!
