This beautiful 2,055 Sf home on Fripp Island, SC has distant ocean views from the front door And also views of the ocean, close enough that you can count waves. lagoon views from the back. It is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 13th fairway and the 16th green on the Ocean Point golf course with beautiful ocean views as the backdrop. The back of the home is situated between two beautiful lagoons, and in between the two lagoons are trees that are home to many different species of seabirds; hence the name “Seabird Sanctuary”. It is a birdwatchers dream and a photographers paradise. The birds will appear in the rookery each year from March until the beginning of August. says This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 10.
The Master bedroom features a king bed and beautiful coastal shabby chic decor. From this room you have a beautiful view of the Ocean Point golf course and a distant ocean view but close enough that you can count the waves from the plantation shutters. This room has an en-suite bath with a beautiful tiled shower and a double vanity.
The second bedroom has beautiful traditional decor and is very well-appointed with a comfy king bed, and a 42” TV with DVD player. This room also overlooks the Ocean Point golf course, with distant ocean views from the plantation shutters. Connected to this bedroom is the second full bath with a beautiful tiled shower, it is also connected to the hallway, and has two locking doors. it also has a rollaway bed
The third bedroom features a beautiful King bed that features decor pelicans throughout the room. There are two options for sleeping in this room, the daybeis a comfy king bed with pelican theme throughout the room.. This room is overlooking a beautiful lagoon and the golf course. It features a half bath, a gas fireplace, a 42” TV, and a desk.
The fourth bedroom is a large loft that features a King bed, a twin bed, two cots. There is a room divider that has a blackout curtain attached that can be opened or closed. You can
use for more privacy. This room has beautiful wicker furnishings and coastal decor, it is also overlooking the golf course with ocean views in the distance.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and more for easy preparation of all your meals. Please read the amenity list as there are too many to list in the description.

for a daily fee $75.00 per day is a four-seater.(golf-cart)this would be a separate transaction through owner directly. Most people park their car upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary mode of transportation.

There is a GAME-ROOM in the garage that includes football table , air hockey table an Xbox 360 with Kinect and an Nintendo 64, a gaming system that has over 2,600 games. you , a CD/DVD player and an AM/FM radio.

First off Tony is an excellent host/communicator. We knew exactly what to expect before arriving and all the details were just as he described them, something that doesn’t always happen with vacation rentals. The house was a perfect fit for our family. Large kitchen (we all cook together). Lots of room for the littles to play. Great screened-in porch. Beautiful lagoon views. The egrets on the lagoon were a cool bonus. Easy to get to everything we needed on the island. The house was more than adequately supplied with all we needed and very clean which was especially important with the little ones. The whole family agrees that we would love to stay here again!!

The owner and house was organized. Everything was clean and in working order. Had a nice outside screened in porch that we loved. It fit 8 adults and 4 kids fine. Game rooms are under house with a low ceiling and we had adults over 6ft that could not fit without slouching so the adults couldnt really use the game room but the kids liked playing the nitendo in the second game room. Loved watching the alligators outside the back porch. We even saw one catch and eat a deer. Nice place to stay.

We loved all of the wildlife! Being from Minnesota we don’t see alligators. The kids were fascinated watching them. The birds were lively. We were close to our son who lives on Fripp. We either walked or rode our cart.

House was beautiful, on the golf course with tremendous views. Nature was wonderful including egrets (and many other birds) alligators and deer. Host was extremely helpful and easy to deal with through the entire process.

Perfect family get away
Our family had a fabulous time staying here. There was plenty of room for our group of ten and had various sleeping options. The owner was super helpful and provided lots of tips that made the experience even better. I was a little nervous about the gators on the island but watching them turned out to be a fun experience and we felt safe the whole time. The house was a peaceful stay and a short golf cart ride to the beach. I highly recommend this place.

Great location and the house was terrific. We all enjoyed the wildlife too. We went for our Daughters graduation from USC. Having a golf cart was the ticket. Beach was wonderful. We didn't think we needed amenities but the guys wanted to play golf and because we didn't have the amenities package we couldn't golf or use the pool for the kids. Just keep in mind depending on your needs.

Magical spot!
We really enjoyed our time here! The birds were absolutely amazing & someone was always enjoying the back porch. The house is set up very family friendly, kids did their thing & I did mine. It was a great vacation for all, I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart, it’s part of the fun!

Family Focused Amazing Getaway
My entire family was in love with every feature this trip had to offer. From the beautiful spacious home full of wonderful art and adventure, to the amazing wildlife all around the property and island including alligators, deer, birds, crabs, sand dollars, and so many more creatures. Being able to grab some local seafood 5min away on Harbor Island and cooking it outside (outside gas cooker and giant pot was provided) Cajun seafood boil style was one of our most favorite part of the trip. Having the game room for the children was excellent and provided an area for our family to spend quality time together and not worry about the hustle and bustle of a typical tourist beach town. We will definitely keep this place in our plans for next years family beach trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your spectacular home.

Gorgeous Home with amazing sunsets/views
Our host was very courteous and helpful during our stay at this property! He let us know about all the best places to see spectacular views, dine, and for beach access on Fripp Island. He communicated regularly and was very accommodating for our group.

Amazing house! Fantastic vacation destination!!
The pictures do not do this house justice! Absolutely beautiful! Fripp Island is a vacation paradise! Tony was incredible and personally called to answer all questions and give us tips and advice for first timers to the island. The house is very clean and the golf cart is perfect for trips to the beach. If you love nature this is the house for you! It’s like your own little animal sanctuary. Deer greet you at the front door every day and you can sit on the back porch and watch the birds. We highly recommend Seabird Sanctuary to anybody who is looking for a beach vacation. Fripp Island is a must see!

A true gem
This has possibly become my favorite vacation spot of all time. Fripp is an incredible island... very private with quiet beaches and amazing wildlife for nature lovers. Tony's home had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect with the beach a short distance away and easily accessible via golf cart (the best amenity offered, in my opinion). The kitchen was great for cooking every meal - we also used the king kooker and the grill with ease. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Resort amenity cards were not missed at all. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will be back!

A small group of moms needed a relaxing weekend getaway after a year of virtual school and quarantine... And thats what we received! The house was everything the description says and the owners were great. We had everything we needed!

My Gateway to Peace
I cant think of another place I would rather be with my family then right here. Every corner of this home was immaculate and enough space that each individual could have there private time without being far from a love one. The beautiful sounds of the ocean breeze from each room awakend us each day and allowed us to rest at night. We drove the golf cart around the secluded island while waving at some of the nicest people and gazing at the other beautiful beach homes. It was like taking a driving tour of HGTV. Smile. There are resturants before you cross the bridge or you can do as we did and cooked and sit down together as a family and eat at the 8 seated dining table while overlooking the waterviews that encompass the front and the rear of the home. From the first second we entered this home we were already planning our next stay. I'll end this review by just saying, Come.... Come to Pardise.

Fripp-tacular Getaway!
This home was absolutely perfect for our long getaway weekend with our two young boys. The bird watching was incredible. From the screened in porch we watched a HUGE bald eagle nesting! Also enjoyed the egrets, osprey, pelicans, gators, deer, and so much more! The screened porch was definitely our favorite part where we also enjoyed a nighttime fire in the little fire pit provided. This house is beautifully decorated and well kept. We appreciated how clean it was and how well stocked it was with everything we needed. The golf cart allowed us to get all around the island within minutes. Tony was very accessible and attentive. We will be back for sure!

Perfect serenity!!!
My husband I spent Not Enough Tine here for our 27 Anniversary!!! The pictures don’t do justice. We enjoyed the relaxing back porch, grilled out, and saw gators and a doe and big buck!! The kitchen really has everything you need for cooking and preparing ant meal!! It has a Keurig if you are coffee lovers!! The golf cart included was a big plus so no need to pay to rent one!! Tony and Karen really have thought of every amenity you could possibly need!!! Would definitely love to come back to stay at Tony and Karen’s place!!!

LOVED THE PROPERTY. THE OWNER WAS REAL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS. THE DEER CAME RIGHT UP TO THE HOUSE. IT WAS SAD NOT TO GET TO PLAY THAT VERY NICE GOLF COURSE. BUT WE WERE TOLD UP FRONT THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE. STILL HAD A GREAT TIME.
