This END UNIT townhome in the Clearbrook community is full of light and woods views, recently renovated, ready for you and your family to rent! Come enjoy the great outdoors in Lincoln, just 2 minutes to LOON mountain (on the weekend ski shuttle route), or great hiking and other outdoor activities. Enjoy our membership at the Village of Loon Pool and Fitness center (indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, and outdoor tennis and basketball).
Here's a tour: when you enter the unit, pass through an unheated mudroom to drop your gear from the day's adventures. Then you go into a heated entrance with a wonderful bench to sit down and take off your shoes or put on your gear when heading out.
If you go downstairs and to the left, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). On the right is a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed (sleeps 3). This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom.
Back upstairs, the main level has lots of light and an open concept living room (with a cathedral ceiling and woods views), a dining room that seats EVERYONE, and an updatzd kitchen. The living room features a new sectional with pop-up feet supports to make for the most comfortable lounging and tv watching, a gas fireplace, as well as some chairs and even a bean bag. The Smart TV has internet apps like Hulu/Netflix, and basic cable. The GAS FIREPLACE can be turned on after a long day outside with the touch of a button. The dining room has a brand new expansive table that SEATS 11 and opens to the kitchen area, which is large and well outfitted. New countertops and cabinet doors were installed in 2020. This level also has a small deck, and outside is a propane gas grill.
From this main level, if you go up half a flight of stairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed. (We enclosed the loft space) Outside of this room, on the landing, is a storage unit with kids toys.
If you continue up another half flight of stairs to the Primary suite, you will find a queen bed and a sleeper chair, as well as a full ensuite bathroom. The woodland views from this room are gorgeous!
In the spring, summer, and fall, this property is great for exploring Loon Mountain's gondola, mountain biking, and aerial tours, as well as downtown Lincoln's stores and outdoor adventures. Bathe in the river or in the next complex over, at the Village of Loon's outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzis. Use our membership to the fitness center or tennis courts, or play mini golf or go ziplining downtown. Take a hike at the Flume Gorge or other local spots, or spend some time exploring Woodstock's cute shops, Clark's Trading post, or the Hobo Railroad. This property has AC to keep you cool on those hot days!
In the winter, hit the slopes at Loon Mountain (2 minute weekend shuttle ride) or go snow tubing, snow shoeing, or gondola riding. Take the kids sledding or ice skating and come home to a warm gas fireplace.
There are two assigned parking spaces just outside the unit. In Addition, the complex has visitors’ spaces that are First come, First serve.
This is a family house so children are welcome and we have games and toys for them. We are also pet friendly, please don't stay here if you have allergies! If you are bringing your pet, please select the Pet Fee to cover additional cleaning.

We've stayed here a couple years ago and when we come up here again, would make this a priority stay. Extremely well appointed kitchen. Great layout with a bunch of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Some very minor issues that we weren't expecting to be looked at while we were there were taken care of immediately by the owners and their maintenance crew. Would strongly recommend for any families looking for a palce to stay.

We had a great experience! We wanted a place that could contain 4 kids ages 3,6,7 and 10 and 4 adults. What we got was a second home for a long weekend! The layout was perfect for two families and plenty of space for everyone. It felt like we were home and not in someone else’s house. We have plans on renting this place again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay over Saint Paddy's day weekend with a relatively large group. The condo was super clean, had everything we could need, and the views of the mountain through the trees was a nice surprise upon arrival! As advertised! We had a great stay and are already talking about coming back in 2024. Thanks for the hospitality!

We vacation at Loon every winter and this beautiful townhouse is one of the loveliest places we have stayed. It was very clean and spacious. There are pretty views of the woods and mountain, the easy-to-use fireplace added a cozy ambiance, it’s also very quiet which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is fantastic, close to the resort, there is even a shuttle. The pool area was more than we expected with a pool, hot tubs, sauna, game room, etc. The experience was great, I highly recommend and hope to book again next year.

Great condo! Family Christmas before Christmas getaway. The 4 kids loved the bunk room and the adults (3 couples) were happy in their rooms. We played games, baked cookies and had great family time. We'd book again!

All I can say is "wow!" What an immaculate condo! I spent the entire weekend wondering where I could find the person who does the housekeeping here after each visit. Set up was exactly as described in the description. I wish more hosts would be as specific, as it's difficult for me to plan who's going to stay in which room when traveling with extended family. Main living area with living room, dining room, kitchen was perfect for spending quality time together as a family. Loved that there were three queen beds and only 2 sets of bunk beds, unlike some rentals that are all bunks in every room. Easy to find, close to EVERYTHING! Kids enjoyed the pool area. Dog friendly neighborhood for walking the four legged family members, complete with dog bag waste cans. Lots of board games for the kids to play and lots of TV channels to choose from. Host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. I really can't say enough about this rental. Will definitely be back.

The home is clean and well kept. It is stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of parking. For 9 adults, only 2 bathrooms, one being inside a bedroom, was a little challenge - another bathroom would have been ideal, but overall our stay was great and the owner was responsive and helpful.

While staying at this great get away, reconnecting with nature, I felt the stress melt away and was content to be amongst the woods and great outdoors. I enjoyed my early morning walks down to the Pemigewasset and made some amazing memories. Thanks for the use of your beautiful mountain home.

This place was great. It was clean and had plenty of beds. The open dining / tv room with the giant coach was awesome for the family. The location is within 15 minutes of anything you would want to do in the area. It was also a great perk being able to use the Loon Village pool pass for the kids. Overall a great place I would definetely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property was clean, comfortable and the setting was absolutely beautiful. There was so much to do outdoors and our kids had a blast in the pools and hot tubs close by. We will return next year. Thank you, Nicole!

Great visit
We spent an extended weekend with the entire family (6 adults, 2 children, 1 dog) at Nicole's place and had a fantastic time. The townhouse was clean and well laid out with more than enough space for everyone in the family. The large and airy kitchen was well appointed and a welcome change to many smaller and claustrophobic to other kitchens in VRBO properties in the area.

Perfect White Mountains Getaway!
Our family of five (four adults + 1 infant) thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at this property. The location can’t be beat with Loon Mountain minutes away along with countless other outdoor activities nearby. The communal dining and living room areas provided plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day on the mountain. We will absolutely be staying again our next trip to NH. Gracious Hosts
This property is fantastic! The amenities and coziness that this house offers is great! Plenty of room for a large group to stay and roam. The location is extremely convenient to Loon Mountain that offers shuttle service during the weekends. The hosts were extremely understanding. Since on our departure date we battled a very bad snow storm so they were understanding in the delays of leaving. Would definately stay again!

Condo worked well for us. Beds were comfortable. We liked the open space of the main floor. Wish there were better window treatments and functioning curtains though. Living room furniture was very comfortable too. Condo was clean and we had a lovely week in our snow country family vacation.

The townhouse was well maintained as advertised. All community services were nearby, which is typical of the Loon area. All Covid-related policies were handled properly. The capability to bring our family dog with us was a key for selecting this site, and we're very grateful for that opportunity.
