This was a convenient place to stay for my visit to Welcome to Rockville in Daytona. It was a better value than a hotel, and there were several 24/7 places on the way back from the concert to get beverages and snacks.

Property was just as described. It was clean, quiet, and well-stocked. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Sunrises are spectacular. Only small issue is the door lock being finicky but was a great stay! Definitely would stay again.

Condo was very nice and loved the beach themed decor! Perfect for the 2 of us right across the street from the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and drinking my morning tea looking at the beach and watching the dolphins !!

My husband and I visited this property to meet up with family in the area and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean, bright and nicely decorated with a beachy feel. Sunrises from the balcony were incredible! Even though it was chilly with a Northern breeze, the wind was blocked by the building and we had full sun for a large part of the day. There are steps to the 2nd level to access this property so be aware of that. We did not have an issue and loved the walk across the street for direct beach access. We even had the opportunity to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach! It was quiet and a great place to spend a long weekend. I wish the check out time was 11 am instead of 10 am but we made it work. Would certainly visit again and recommend to friends & family.

We spent two weeks here for our first taste of snow-birding since we both just retired. Yes, we're hooked. It was great hearing about all the snow back home as we sat in the comfortable chairs on the porch overlooking the beach across the street. The unit is well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and even had a nice selection of spices. There was a good assortment of towels and linens and even shampoo and body wash and extra toilet paper. We had an issue with the wi-fi but our host provided us with a quick alternative and that worked out fine. I like that they had separate collections for garbage and recyclables. This unit is on the second floor with no elevator which makes for a nicer view but something to consider if you have problems with stairs. There are coin-operated laundry machines in the basement. There is cable TV in the living room and bedroom with plenty of channels to watch. Water pressure is on the low side. All-in-all it was a great stay and would definitely consider staying again.

We had a great time. Michelle was very nice and explained all our questions. Condo was clean and well stocked. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. We loved it here as it was quiet but only a short drive to Daytona. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future ref. FYI only down side was the tv was limited as to what you could watch other than that spot on !

Beautiful little condo … perfect size for a week at the beach! Everything you need to cook, plenty of towels and all linens provided. Beach chairs, toys and towels are even provided. Loved the bright, beachy decor. Pool was super clean! Loved our stay … we will be back for sure.

We had a womderful stay at this beautiful and perfect condo. Very clean place. Very comfortable and beachy vibe, we loved it a lot. The best of all is the amazing view from the balcony. The condo was stalked with all the essentials, towels, beach towels, chairs and even an umbrella. I even found toys that i used for my son in the beach. Amazing stay, thank you Michelle.

The lock was not user friendly or intuitive, no instructions on how to use it. We had NO access to the television as one of the remote controls was missing. There were only 3 coffee cups in the whole condo, the single bed mattress was HORRIBLE, I truly thought I was sleeping on a box spring, the springs in the mattress were sticking me in the back. We had no way to access additional towels, paper towels, etc. The coffee maker was so disgusting we didn't use it. Unfortunately not the best experience.

Location was very nice and sun on balcony most of the day with relaxing ocean view. Downside for me was carrying laundry down to machines and making sure you had enough quarters. My age made this a hardship. Also, walk from car around building and up many stairs with groceries was a little difficult. Having a bureau in bedroom would be nice for long term renters. Enjoyed our stay and communication with owners was excellent.

Short getaway for Biketoberfest. Fully stocked kitchen, awesome ac, beautiful ocean views. Driving distance to Daytona 's Main Street, Speedway. and Granada. Much fun was had by all.

We just stayed for 2 days coming in from Baltimore for the Daytona race. We were delayed in our travels due to work constraints and our host Michele was very gracious about letting us shift our days which worked out perfectly as the race was delayed by weather and they ended up running a day later . The condo itself was immaculate and well stocked with towels , utensils and cooking supplies. The bedroom set ups were perfect for my fiancé and I and his adult daughter . We had comfort and privacy and not cramped like we would have been in a hotel room . The location couldn’t have been more perfect with the beach being right across the way and not crowded at all . There is a pool which we didn’t have time to use but it did look very clean and refreshing . When we come back to Florida we are definitely staying here again . 😊

This property located in Ormond beach is 13 min from Daytona. Love the water? Ocean water as far as you can see and you can hear the rush of the waves @ night. The host was very responsive and replied always. The place is small but perfect for a couple or 4 persons. They provide beach stuff and everything truly didn't want to go.

Location perfect - can’t get any closer to the beach! Designated parking space, umbrella and chairs. This place had everything we needed for our brief stay. The only minor challenge was the door lock pad, it was a bit finicky but all in all a great rental!

All correspondence with the property owner was addressed immediately. When we arrived at the location we were very excited to be there! The condo was immaculately clean. The air conditioning was on when we got there. We had been told the pool was not available as it was going to be serviced, but we did get to enjoy 2 days before the maintenance. The beach was a stone’s throw away and we enjoy that as well. Overall I say that we would do this again without hesitation!

This place was beautiful! It had an ocean view from the balcony that got morning sun. By 12 o’clock the balcony was in full shade for the rest of the day which was really nice with the breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with baking dishes and utensils I was able to make an entire lasagna and lots of breakfasts. Plenty of pots and pans. I also really appreciated the fact that people left behind seasonings and dry goods that take a while to expire. Was nice having to pick up a few less things at the store. As far as the bathroom goes the shower pressure was really nice I need a decent amount of pressure and it was more than enough. Bathroom was stocked with more than enough bath towels and washcloths. The host already had shampoo and conditioner as well. Beds were super comfortable and the sheets were all clean. Walk to the beach was less than two minutes there is a crosswalk right in front of the property that takes you right out onto the sand. The hosts Have beach chairs and umbrellas and tons of toys to play in the sand with in one of the closets in the bedroom. There’s also an air mattress in the closet. Pool is open from dawn to dusk. Overall This place was great and we absolutely will come back! I did my best to touch base on all of the things that really get overlooked but are still an awesome addition to this property. Thanks so much for having us!

I felt right at home the entire time! We had an issue with accessing the condo initially, but Michelle answered the phone and was quick to resolve the issue. We had no other problems during the remainder of the trip. We didn't want to come home! This isn't the first condo we've stayed in on Ormond Beach, but I would definitely consider re-booking this specific one! The pool was perfect. The beach was private. Also, the low tide left tide pools for the kids to splash in that were super warm. We are so pleased with the whole experience!

Michelle and her husband were great, fast response time we had a issue with not getting the passcode to the house and she sent it within 10 min of us messaging her (maybe less wasn’t a big deal to us since we were eating lunch at the time), I also left my phone in the condo so we didn’t have the passcode luckily the old lady had hers and we messaged Michelle once again and she unlocked the door for us and sent the old lady the passcode… will definitely be coming back

The property was easy to locate and parking was not a problem. The balcony was very nice with a good view of the ocean. The ocean was just across the street so no issue getting lawn chairs etc there and being so close, it was great to come back to the unit for washroom/lunch etc.

The location could not be better! The beach is WONDERFUL! Everything you need is close by. The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very clean. We had some issues with the door combination at check in and had to call to get the correct code to open the door. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. After talking with some of the long time residents we found out that the being closed is more the norm then an exception. We have three kids and that would have been nice to know in advance. Overall, it was a great stay and we would book again.

Came for the Daytona Turkey Rod Run spring show. And wanted something far away from the issues of Daytona Beach and this delivered. Ample room for parking, host was there for any and every question, the neighbors who live there (full/part) time we’re friendly. Beach access is great and the beach across the street is just as quiet as we wanted it. Ormond by the Sea is a gem and this condo delivered. Stay here. You won’t be mad you made the decision!

The condo is right across the street from the ocean. You can sit on the deck and look at the ocean. Everything you would need is in the condo. Michelle was always very quick to respond to us. We would go there again!!

A quiet, sunny spot for the cooler months

I was in town to help out a relative who lives nearby. This location was perfect for me, but staying there I had a few really pleasant surprises. The south facing unit has a balcony with table and chairs. I had coffee with the sunrise over the ocean on that balcony every day I was there, and the wall of the building itself blocked the wind that comes from the north this time of year, making it about 20 degrees warmer all day. I had the beautiful beach all to myself and all logistics of the rental itself went off perfectly.
