Sunbathe and play on Lake Travis. Upstairs deck with outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table, Bluetooth speakers, propane BBQ and jacuzzi to enjoy the sun and beautiful breathtaking views of the lake in our private calm cove. Absorb all the panoramic views from the fire pit. The view is one of the best on the lake!

You will enjoy our large family room with vaulted ceilings and a built-in kitchenette. Relax in our large redecorated bedrooms.

We welcome families with kids and can accommodate up to ten people. Inquire if more guests are needed in the space. We may make exceptions if you have more in your group.

There are numerous restaurants on the lake, including Captain Pete's, which is less than a 3-minute boat drive or 5-minute car ride from the house. Other great spots on the lake include The Famous Oasis Texas Brewing Company, Emeralds Point, Shack 512.

After an exciting day of enjoying all that Lake Travis has to offer, challenge your friends to a game of 2 hole frisbee golf course onsite (discs provided), darts, yard connect four, TikiToss, cornhole or horseshoes before you relax in the above-ground jacuzzi on the deck while you take in the breathtaking views of the lake.

The lake level has dropped and our dock is no longer accessible by water. The lake is still accessible from the property, but the terrain down to the water is steep and uneven. We offer our guests a pass to enter the local private parks that have sandy lakefront access to swim, fish and relax where you can back your vehicle directly up to the waters edge. Boat ramps are also available at the parks with little to no wait time to dump in. The parks are only a short 5-minute drive away.
