Thank you Hotel Jazuli for making me feel safe!

The staff was so helpful and friendly! Although I didn’t speak much English they were still able to assist! Not far from the airport and their food was amazing! Thank you Ladies!

A lot of noise from cars driving outside, but it wasn’t unbearable!

Superb

Clean, spacious, and everything worked. At $41 cnd and with the 15 minute drive to the airport, it is the best valued hotel for airport access. I was very surprised.

Morning coffee would have made 11 out of 10!

Comfy. Lovely staff. Just noisy and busy and the WiFi was frustrating. Kept cutting out. (My only means of communication while here.)

Clean room with no window (so no natural light), bad wifi, noisy neighborhood

As I will say all things that went wrong, I have to be honest with the good things : - room was modern and clean - bed was big and comfortable - hot shower with good pressure and

- The wifi is not stable at all and mainly inexistent especially the morning and the night when everyone LIVING here are connected. - The receptionist gave us a room at 2nd floor, at the end of a corridor. No windows in the room so no natural light. No desk to work either. - You have to know the neighbors are noisy, (not really intentional I think but they speak loud until 1 or 2 AM and the isolation is not great). Oh, and there are 2 dogs outside barking each time a car or someone come near their house... - Last thing, which was the worst, some teenager did a wild party in the street just in front of the hotel until 2 AM. I asked them to reduce the volume, they did not care cause I m a foreigner but the receptionnist did not try to ask them to leave nether to contact police to make them leave. The drunker they were, the louder the music was, and with so much bass amplification, you could feel it in the walls. By chance, a street patrol came after some other neighbours keep arguing with teenagers and made them move.

Comfortable and clean. great value for money!

Spacious with a very hot shower. very luxurious. Close to the airport. the staff were very friendly and helpful and organised a taxi for my flight. Although there were me western restaurants nearby I enjoyed eating local at the Chinese restaurant down the street. fantastic value for money for both Jazuli and the Chinese Restaurant!

no kettle but only a coffee maker. I mentioned that as I am Australian and like a cup of tea.

Pleasant Surprise

We were a bit concerned regarding the price, but on inspection we found it totally delightful. I really think it's one of the best budget hotels in San Jose.

Off the beat and path

The staff was extremely helpful. The place seemed new and clean.

It was in a remote neighborhood and no where near a beach or any activities.

Big, comfortable rooms and friendly staff

The staff were absolutely lovely, and despite our very broken Spanish they were willing to translate things for us and make sure we understood everything. The first room we were allocated was very back, and on the back of a bad experience in Cabo San Lucas, we asked to move. They were very accommodating and ended up upgrading us to a condo-style room for no extra charge, which was unexpected but lovely. The rooms (both we saw) were very large and spacious, they had TVs with Netflix, nice hot showers and a fridge. Internet was a bit patchy but once connected it worked well. The area is much more local than Cabo San Lucas or the centre of San Jose Del Cabo, but felt very safe. Check out the San Jose Food Truck Park for dinner!

convenient, affordable place to spend a night after a late flight

not much to do around, but that was also not our purpose, we were looking for a cheap place to stay after arriving late

Close to airport

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - The room was very spacious. - It is close to the airport: 10 min drive. - The area is quiet and doesn't show a lot of traffic

The door lock didn't serm very secure and the location is between smaller and unpaved streets.

Clean?

Sand gravel and hair in supposedly clean sheets.and no one to change them at 9pm. Plus dirty towels left in bathroom.

Dirty towel left on shelf in a bundle in bathroom and used shampoo bottle not removed.

Frustrating Check-In Process

Comfortable bed-- nice morning staff

Extremely frustrating and unprofessional check in process. I arrived at 11pm exhausted expecting to quickly get to my room--turned into a 40 minute check in where the front desk was very disorganized and gave me a key to a room that had guests in it already. When I did get a room, I was put next to a noisy parking lot. I did not receive an apology or any sort of compensation for the unprofessional service.

Exceptional

Amazing service!! The place is ao clean, they provided room service daily. Me and my husband loved the place ! There was a misumderstanding with the booking and the hotel owner was able to accomodate us. I highly recommend this place. Also they have the best prices in the market.
