About this house rental

Newly built home on 10 acre hobby farm.
Fully fenced and secure garden area suitable for dogs.
Goats Chickens Shetland pony Geese and Ducks to enjoy. There is a large vegetable garden that supplies most of our food.
We also have a selection of fruit trees and bees to do the pollinating. If you want to try your luck at catching yabbies there are some nets for you to use just ask me for a few tips. Walk to Cecil Hoskins reserve and maybe spot a pelican or platypus. Go for a bike ride to Bowral along a dedicated bike path. After dark use your torch to go possum and rabbit spotting.

We are close to Moss Vale only 4km or Bowral 7km. Plenty of great places to eat plus wineries galleries and antique shops all close by. At night enjoy the fire with a glass of red wine. When available enjoy our garden produce and fresh eggs from Henrietta and Emily.
In November we should start to see some newly born baby goats playing in the paddocks really cute.

Suitable for children they can ride their bikes around the property in complete safety.

Property sleeps 4 in beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra person.

We all had a wonderful time in this lovely little home. It was clean, comfortable, modern and warm. The location is great - very close to Bowral and on a lovely little property. The kids loved all the animals and Ziggy, our dog, adored Timmy. We'll definitely be back.

The property was outstanding , there were 4 of us staying at the accommodation and it had more than enough room for us all to enjoy it comfortably . The host were very friendly and helpful and we found it hard to leave . Tim the kelpie was great fun . We would definitely recommend this place and we would stay again without hesitation .

a long weekend getaway doing not much, but relaxing and enjoying the countryside within reach of good food. We also enjoyed Alan's fresh veggies, and our dog had the experience of his life playing with Timmy, seeing and smelling real horses, and being a country dog for a short few days!

Had a wonderful recent stay with my husband, toddler and our dog. Everything was perfect, beautiful clean guest house with lots of animals for my daughter to see - she had an absolute blast. Alan and Jeanette were great, attentive hosts. Highly recommend!

We spent a couple of days during the Xmas holiday. The house was very clean and the farm surroundings added a delightful touch to the overall experience. We were very lucky to catch some yabby. Alan was incredibly helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. We tried some fresh garden berries , really sweet. A nice stay!

Loved it especially the animals . Pretty gardens lovely warm fire . Allan was great . House is lovely . 2 bathrooms great for 4 ladies . Would tell everyone to visit this beautiful place . Was very cold but we survived shopping for 6 hours . Centennial Vineyards for lunch divine . The Royal hotel lovely fire . Bowral is one of most favourite places and Allan’s home made our wkend very memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very clean and warm, Alan and Jeanette were amazing and very helpful hosts. It is close to everything and a wonderful place for the children to get a taste of farm life. Was great to see the kids having so much fun and time outside. We will definitely be coming back !!

Thank you very much Jeannette and Alan. Our family had a lovely stay on your farm. The accommodation was pristine clean and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The highlight of our trip would have to be the friendly animals- our children absolutely loved them. The place is warm, comfortable and it is close to all you need- cafes, restaurants and more. Expect a lovely hot bath and extremely comfortable beds. The meditation garden was a perfect touch too for some extra peace. 10/10

We had a lovely break and enjoyed staying at the Burradoo property. The place was well equipped, clean and new. The kids enjoyed being around the animals and loved catching yabbie’s on the property. We were greeted by the hosts when we arrived which was a lovely welcome. We look forward to coming back again!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. The location is great - very close to Bowral and Moss Vale but feels quiet and rural. The house is spacious with a really great fireplace that kept us warm when the wind and rain picked up! The hosts - including the four legged fleeced ones - were so kind and friendly! We will definitely be back.

Alan and Jeanette provide a relaxing slice of countryside that is great for families or couples escape. The kids were completely besotted with the horses and goats which kept them occupied for hours. Quick access to Bowral & Moss Vale with walking tracks at your doorstep. Loved the fresh eggs for breakfast too!

Alan the owner snd his wife were there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The property is like a little farm stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable, would highly recommend this place. My only complaint was at night it was hard to see the property so maybe a light at the gate would help.

We absolutely loved our stay in Burradoo. The cottage was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The open plan living and kitchen area is ideal. Our dog was able to run around in the fenced off area to the rear and was also able to play safely out the front far away from any roads. It was lovely getting to meet Alan and his family, we felt very welcomed.

We had a most enjoyable weekend at the cottage with easy access to both Moss Vale and Bowral. Our 4 year old especially had a lot of fun feeding the very gentle and friendly pony right in our backyard, as well as the goats and geese that were on the farm. Alan was so kind to show us around his farm and we got to try some of his farm produce which was exceptional. It was a truly authentic experience and we’ll definitely be back again!

A lovely, comfortable and impeccably clean home close to Moss vale and Bowral. Fully fenced back yard for family fur children, secure lock up garage, patio with outdoor eating ( weather dependant) . Vegetables from the garden, a lovely touch from Alan, and fresh eggs from the chickens and ducks. Spencer the Shetland pony was a favourite !! Walking/ running/ bike path near by. We loved our stay here, and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alan & Jeannette lovely farm. Excellent location, very private but not too far away from Moss Vale and Bowral. The place was really comfortable, our toddler enjoyed interacting with the animals. Alan was gracious enough to take my parents on a tour of his garden where he's growing all sorts of vegetables and fruits which he was more than happy to share with us.

This is an amazing property with very friendly and accomodating hosts. The property is super clean and comfy and Alan even gave us some fresh veges from his garden. We were able to roam and feed the animals (goats, geese and horse) and catch yabbies from the dam. We even used the fire!! Our dog had a great enclosed area too. A great, relaxing city escape. Fantastic stay on amazing property with wonderful hosts

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids) and our dog had an absolutely wonderful farm stay over 6 nights in January. The hosts Alan and Jeannette were so lovely and generous with their time taking us through the beautiful flower and veggie garden and allowing the kids to pick fresh raspberries and blueberries. Thank you Alan for the berries and home grown veggies - so delicious. The kids had so much fun feeding the goats scraps and taking rides on ‘Spencer’ the resident Shetland pony. The property itself is 5 star, is immaculately clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and quality appliances. The lounge area was super comfortable to relax and watch TV or a movie. Even our dog had a wonderful stay exploring the property and fully fenced surroundings. We definitely hope to back sometime in winter for a different experience and make use the wonderful fireplace. Thank you Alan and Jeannette

Property owners very helpful & friendly. Weather conditions were cold on our arrival but they already had the fire lit for us.The house was very comfortable & we loved being able to feed the goats & geese.Laundry facilities a bonus travelling this time of year.Sad we didn’t have time to catch “yabbies”!,
