Ocean Pointe Suites in Key Largo is an all-suite resort located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Our 60 acres in the Florida Keys are part of a protected mangrove forest, entered through a private road and gatehouse. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, parasailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. Everything you could want for your Florida Keys vacation is here!

We manage several units on the property. All units are uniquely decorated. Guest bedroom offers the choice of 2 twins or a queen bed.

**Resort fee is currently $16+tax/night/unit and is payable directly to The Resort

It was great, only complaint was that there was only 1 ice cube tray, not enough for 4 people.

Check in was easy. We arrived at 3:30, so we stopped in the office to let them know we were close by. Had a cocktail at a nearby bar on the water. They texted us at 4:45 that our room was ready. We had a comfortable unit with the best location in the resort. Steps from the dock, pool, and a cute little beach area. The condo was older, but updated. There were a few issues, but the management and owner were very quick to respond. The kitchen had enough dishes for 6 and was stocked to prepare a simple meal. The restaurant was not open and there were no open bathrooms close to the beach area. The pool was heated and there were loungers and tables with umbrellas. We found out we had to get there early to get a spot. The place was pretty busy. If you're looking to dock your boat, it is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

The place could have been cleaner. The futon in the living room was grungy and uncomfortable. One of the hardest mattress we have slept on in quite awhile. The kitchen cooking setup was crap from a yard sale. This unit is not setup for extend stay; more than three days. The view and location were very wonderful.

This rental did not provide adequate basics in the kitchen. For instance a cookie sheet or any type of pan to reheat a pizza in the oven. One garbage bag, only! I've stayed in many VRBO rentals, this one needs improvements. Was also advertised having a cafe on premises which was a main reason we rented. It was closed and under renovation. Someone should have told us that prior to staying.

The unit was run down and dirty. The dishwasher was broken and never fixed after we made several attempts. Cold water didn't work in the kitchen and both the bathroom sinks were leaking. Not what I would expect for the price.

Property managers were very kind and helpful, check in was easy and quick. Pool is clean and plenty of room / chairs for everyone (we stayed during the week.) The little beach is really cute. Food truck on site was a bonus! And restaurants nearby. Only mild negatives - no hot water in one of the showers (but unit had 2 showers, so it was fine,) and there are a lot of smokers on the property, people smoking in and around the pool, and one person was smoking in the elevator.

Great pool! Nice tennis court. Close to activities, restaurants. Key West is a fun 2 hour drive. Snorkeling the reef was a little more rigorous than we amateurs anticipated but we saw turtles and barracudas and we would totally do again. Morado Cafe was our favorite sunset dinner - beautiful!!!!! Ocean Pointe was a relaxing place to hang at during the day or come home to every night. Can’t wait to come back!

When checked in notified desk that sliding door would not close, ice maker would not work, unit dirty, and toaster not working. They never communicated back anything and nothing fixed. We ended up having to get a hotel for the 2nd night. Very disappointed and when we told them again at check out all they said was we owed a resort fee etc. they could have cared less about the problems with the unit. Thanks

The condo itself was sparse- walls and carpet need repair, balcony was unable to be accessed (didn’t: know until we read the sign on the balcony door itself), but it was clean and the view of the water (5 minute walk) was lovely. We didn’t spend much time in the condo,, but would stay there again.

The property is well maintained. The pool/hot tub are clean. We loved that there was music playing all the time. We would love it if there were bikes to borrow here. We came for the Lionfish Derby and my Birthday weekend. We came last year and have plans to come again next year. Thank you!

Be careful as even in the marked channel there are very exposed rocks on the pier side, and at low tide even by the green marker side. My boat has a 1 foot draft and we hit them. Boaters really should be warned when checking in about the pole sticking out of the middle of the channel and the need to stay west of it.

As 2 couples vacationing, this was a great location for our planned activities (kayaking, snorkeling, sunset dinners). Clean, comfortable and perfect size for 2 couples; plus a big pool on the grounds to relax in the afternoon heat.

We got there and the place looked beautiful. The small beach area and the pool looked really nice. We got in our room and sat out on the balcony. All was good. We went to dinner and then came home about 10:30 p.m. and when turning on the hall light and walking to the kitchen there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Running around the sink, countertops, floor, all over. I called front desk. No bug spray, No other rooms and made us sleep in there all night long. We left every light on in the whole place and did not sleep well at all. Contacted the Expedia and the contact involved chatted with me immediately. They could do nothing for us on another room so they reimbursed me but then we were left to go home. Where were we going to find a place last minute. I was glad I had the Expedia contact to help and then they charged me a resort fee and I called and told them NO WAY! they did remove that charge as well. I have never had this issue before but I was freaked out!. So I am not sure about the other condos but if they are in one they are in the building and other units. BEWARE!

The suite was better than expected, and the view of the ocean was awesome. The property was very nice and convenient to all activities. Can’t wait to come again. Only small issue is that the floors in the suite were extremely dirty. We did not say anything to the staff so that is on us. It really was a nice place to stay!

The condo was nice, but the third bed which is a sofa bed, was not comfortable enough to sleep on. The pool was warm and beautiful, but too crowded to use most of the time. Don't expect to bring 6 adults here.
