This magnificent residence will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests, comprising of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 open plan living, and wonderful alfresco dining.
This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and it's cleverly designed to accommodate all types of families, groups of friends, golfers, and the list goes on. It offers 2 complete residences under one roof. The open plan set up of the home allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space.
The seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers an easy connection for outdoor alfresco dining which offers possibly the best views SA has to offer.
You can hire the whole residence or just one level for smaller groups.
Top-level comprises of 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 9 guests) 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining and living, a double garage, laundry facilities, and alfresco dining. This level is also wheelchair friendly.
Open living complete with all modern electric appliances, flat-screen tv, and a wonderful walk-through pantry.
The master bedroom, with a large ensuite, has direct access to the balcony and is complete with a queen-size bed, tv and ocean views.
The three other bedrooms come complete with another queen size bed, 3 singles and 2 trundles. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Downstairs comprise of 3 bedrooms (sleeping up to 7 guests) 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/living and an alfresco dining.
Open living complete with all modern electric appliances and flat-screen tv.
The master bedroom, with ensuite, has direct access to the balcony and is complete with a queen-size bed, TV, and ocean views.
The two other bedrooms come complete with another queen size bed, 2 singles, and 1 trundle. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
In the surroundings enjoy the tranquility, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos, horses, numerous native birds, foxes, hares and keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon.

Facilities: Two open-plan kitchens, dining and living on both levels, electric appliances, dishwashers, coffee machines -Nespresso compatible pod machine, multiple flat-screen tvs, free Wifi, bbq and laundry facilities. Both undercover and open space car parking.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle split system to main living rooms. Ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms.
Pets: No Pets
Fenced: Open surroundings.
Special features: Views are incredible. Large residence with ample space, alfresco dining, and multiple living areas.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
