House was in good shape, very clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the pool table was a little rough but still playable. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking it would be worth it to take your own knife set as the provided ones are very dull.

Awsome Tahoe vacation home. Family and friends went up for my daughter's wedding, i stayed at this home with my 2 son's and one daughter in law and 2 grandchildren, oh and of course the family's weener dog Elvis.
Everything was as advertised but actually better, plenty of room, Awsome kitchen, modern appliances etc, nice deck with bbq grill and pine tree's all around.
And the bathrooms are really nice also especially the showers, all very nice.
Also loved having the pool table and air hockey options in the garage but ended up playing darts the majority of the time.
Only issue I'll mention is the 2 step drop off going from garage / entry way down to lower bathroom and kitchen area, keep the lights on if dark cause it's no fun missing the steps and hitting the tile floor, trust me.
Overall we were very happy with this home and will hopefully book it again soon.
Oh and lastly it's nice the location is closer to Stateline than to the Y, very nice homes all around.

The beautiful home that we rented for our family was just as pictured in the listing, but pictures sometimes don't tell the whole story. Advertised as "Dog Friendly", it should be labeled "Dog Tolerant" as when you arrive there are signs on every interior door that say "Humans Only" The dog door to the dog yard is for a small breed dog. The dog yard itself is out a door to an area that is not fenced so if your dog is larger (or won't use a double flapped dog door) you have to leash the dog and take it around the corner to the gated area. The dog room in the pictures is a small cinderblock room that has two crates and other dog supplies, but it and the adjacent downstairs "kids room" were way too cold to hang out in. Also, the 'Kids Room' has 6 foot ceilings and a baseboard heater that took forever to get the room warm. My son in law could not stand up down there and the kids (ages 4 and 5) thought it was too spooky and too far away from Mom and Dad. The main floor is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, large eating area and cozy TV space. The Murphy Bed in the the main floor bedroom needs a new mattress. Upstairs the master bedroom and open loft were very nice and the bunk bed mattresses seemed newer and were more comfortable. Beware that the bunk room is open to the downstairs with a 3 foot pony wall. No TV or games after the kids go to bed. The separation of the bedrooms is great for a group of adults though. The driveway and street in front didn't get any sun to melt the driveway ice for the duration of our stay and it was treacherous getting in and out of the car. The two steps down to the front door were iced over as well. No hand rail for the steps. There was deicing salt in the garage and, once it was made clear that it was okay for us to use it, we did. It helped a bit. The garage game room was too cold for the kids to use. Again, beautiful home. It is in a wonderful area with hiking and sledding just a few blocks up the hill.

We recently stayed at this home over Christmas. Unfortunately there wasn't any snow but we still had a really great time exploring the trails and walking around the neighborhood. We were there with our toddler in our two dogs and the house is perfect for it. The home was clean, well-maintained and comfortable - this was actually our second stay at this location and we would go back again. We felt as the beds weren't very comfortable, but it wasn't a dealbreaker..

We just finished our 8 day/7 night stay at this great home. Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this 3 bedroom with a loft home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the management company is great to deal with. The home is 5 min from Heavenly & 10 min to stateline. We would definitely book again.

We wanted to have our family Thanksgiving in Lake Tahoe this year and I was so pleased to have found this rental. It was very spacious for our family of six and our small dog. Loved that the main floor had kitchen, living room, dining room in an open floor plan. There’s also a bedroom on the main floor, and two more upstairs with nice clean bathrooms on both floors. The primary bedroom had vaulted ceilings and the full size bunk beds were great for my teen and his younger brother to share. The bottom floor wasn’t used very much by us but the dog’s room was adorable! Our dog didn’t quite know what to make of the doggy door, so we always had to walk her out to the gated yard (just outside the back door). Neighborhood was peaceful. The garage turned game room was inviting but we spent most of our time together in the living room and kitchen. It couldn’t have been better—just exactly what I was hoping for out of our Tahoe getaway.

I am a little late with this review due to medical issues, but wanted to make sure I left a great review for this amazing home. The house was so roomy, warm and beautiful. The cleanliness was immaculate. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to find and close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains and snow. The price was very reasonable and they provided everything we needed. Management was quick to respond with any questions and they even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. We hope to come back again here soon. It couldn’t have been any better.

Well stocked kitchen with lots of space for friends and family time in the living area. Great basement area with a second fridge (we used it for drinks!). The dogs loved the outdoor area (perhaps a little too much. Due to the heavy snowfall, the fences were quite easy for our little explorer to hop over)
Do be careful with the driveway in the winter. It gets real icy, and is sloped towards the garage. We had a handful of times the cars were stuck unable to drive out, or were sliding down towards the garage doors even when parked! Salting the driveway helped though!
Overall, would more than happily stay again!

We spent a long weekend here in an epic snow storm! The house was perfect! Extremely clean and spacious! Perfect for our party of 8. We had to end up staying an extra night because the weather made it difficult for travel and the host was very accommodating. We ended up without power for about 12 hours because of the storm, but the house was prepared with emergency lanterns and flashlights! It made for a memorable weekend. We would definitely stay here again! Also pet friendly which was a plus!

Had to play a little. Great place, highly recommended, great area and nice and quiet. We had to buckle in as we had a snow storm hit but was a great place to have to be inside for a couple days. Great rental!! Ohh and even being a dog friendly rental (we left our oldie at home this time) there was not a trace of dog hair on furniture or any dog messes.

Great location for South tahoe. Great rental for family with kids. Tons of games puzzles to keep everyone busy. A couple of issues, to cook with the stove we had to light with a lighter then the lighter also stopped working. No hockey pucks to play air hockey but that issue was resolved. Only other issue is to get to the backyard with dogs you have to go outside the door and then into the fence. Our pups would not use the doggy doors, also lights in the backyard would be nice. We had to use our phones to see.

Enjoyed our time at Sierra Trails Adventure property. The kitchen was well stocked and worked out perfectly for our family dinners. Lots of room and everthing was clean and comfortable. We weren't able to use the pool table or air hockey though, as the requirement of parking our third car in garage took up too much space. The house had many upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. Great soaking bathtub! A super cooking kitchen with a lot of pots/pans, spices, etc. for both baking and cooking (although a few skillets/wok need to be replaced as the coating is scraped off) The area was quiet and there was a nice patio w/ a BBQ we used. Large Master bedroom and very dog friendly. A needed upgrade to replace uncomfortable Murphy's bed as it's not desirable for two adults. Nice house for family with kids/teens with game table, washer/dryer & extra fridge in laundry room and a bedroom downstairs. Also, there is a pool table in the garage. Nice TVs in every bedroom, games, books and movie videos available.

Secondary bed set up was a nightmare so basically if you are traveling with another couple one gets to sleep well in a master while the other main bedroom in the main floor is a “queen “ fold out which is hard as a rock super thin and massively uncomfortable. Really sad to be massively exhausted after a vacation due to lack of sleep. So while house is advertised as luxury this is only true if you are fortunate to sleep upstairs. Otherwise you receive a one star back breaking experience. House is dog friendly In that they are allowed however it is highly restrictive on where they can go and the yard set up has no direct human access from the interior. So while the dogs can go outside, humans have to walk around. Sprinklers come on early enough that dogs will not go out at night for final potty. If you have small dogs- beware fencing set up is not secure. Air hockey and pool table are in garage. Parking requirements dictate that a car is parked in garage so you actually can’t use any of those items. So it was a very mixed experience, we would not chose to come here again.

Came to celebrate college graduations for our daughters, maybe even the last time we will all be together for a long time. Since my husband grew up in Reno, some of his friends came down to enjoy a cookout with us.
With all of this fun and good cooking, I cannot be more grateful for the garage games, grill and FABULOUS kitchens. The quality of cookware was better than home. Being from Nashville I was a bit concerned about no A/C, but it was no problem.

My family gets together once a year in Tahoe and we always look for the perfect house. This house was absolutely it. It was HUGE. Plenty of space for the 6 of us + 2 dogs. We mostly chose it because of the doggy door and outside dog run which was super convenient for the pups to let themselves out to potty. I will say though, if you have large dogs or dogs on the thicker side (mine), the doggy doors are definitely a tight squeeze. I have Australian shepherds and if they were any larger, they definitely wouldn’t have fit. There’s a door downstairs though that you could easily walk them out to the grass also if need be. The house also had everything you could ever need for your dogs. A big crate, water bowls, doggy beds.
The house was about a 5 minute drive to the closest park/dog park, 10 minutes to downtown, and 20ish minute drive to Emerald bay. I couldn’t have asked for a better space to stay.
The kitchen has 2 stoves, a microwave, and every type of kitchenware you might need. We cooked all our meals at home and had no problems. There’s also a Safeway about 8 minutes down the road.
There were lots of little portable fans in the house that we definitely had to use. I’ve never stayed in a house in Tahoe that had AC, but since the house was 3 floors, the top floor got pretty hot during the day/beginning of night, so the fans came in handy.
All in all, loved everything about the house and surrounding area. I’ve stayed with RandR before and it’s always been great. Highly recommend.
