Une belle découverte

Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins. L'hôtel propose des excursions, tès bien. Situation géographique parfaite pour visites.

Wonderful

Great location very close to most of the museums. There is a metro station nearby for easy access to places a bit further away. The hotel is clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is great.

Suerte por encontrar el último cuarto

La gran inauguración de la terraza así como las cosas que nos ofrecieron tanto en la terraza como en el lobby, dulces y platillos mexicanos; todo estuvo delicioso y bien coordinado. Cuando vamos a la Ciudad de México siempre nos hospedamos en el hotel Catedral; pero esta vez rebasó nuestras expectativas aunque se duplicó el precio que hemos pagado por la habitación.

Como yo no había disponibilidad tomamos el último cuarto disponible a un precio algo elevado pero valió la pena

Excelente!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente! El desayuno es bueno y todo el personal es muy muy amable . En la recepción te reciben con fruta, galletas, dulces ,café, agua es muy buena la recepción .

El baño en el área de la regadera se podría mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento.

Excelente opción en la ciudad de México para la zona centro esta muy bien ubicado a unos pasos del zócalo de verdad lo s recomiendo , todos son muy amables me permitieron hacer check in un poco antes por que llegue demasiado temprano. las camas super cómodas y literalmente escoges de un menú que almohada quieres o necesitas para que puedas descansar. Muy buen restaurante se come muy bien y a buen precio. En verdad excelente relación calidad precio

Buen hotel y muy bien ubicado

Excelente ubicación a dos cuadras del Zócalo. Personal muy amable. Habitación limpia y cómoda. Es un plus el restaurante, en el cual se come de forma aceptable y a precios razonables. También ayudan con las excursiones. Se puede obtener agua potable para beber en la planta baja, además de la que dejan en la habitación todos los días. También hay café tanto en la habitación como en planta baja.

Quizá el hotel necesite alguna que otra refacción, aunque esto no influye en la comodidad o el servicio al huésped. Recomendaría poner una pequeña heladera en cada habitación, así los huéspedes pueden comprar, guardar y beber algo fresco cuando lo deseen.

Estancia tranquila y con todas las comodidades al alcance.

Su ubicación es excepcional, cerca de todo en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas, además de silenciosas, lo cual hizo de la experiencia algo excepcional. Tienen agua disponible para los huéspedes con lo cual dan la milla extra.

Todo fue excelente.

The location is excellent 200m from the beach and close to everything.

The only complaint I have is the LED lights in the room. Thankfully there was plenty of sunshine that I rarely had to turn them on. Please switch to incandescent as it represents all of the light spectrum and not just blue light that is damaging to the eyes and health.

I would recommend Hotel Catedral for first time visitors and families.

The location of this hotel is perfect for first time visitors. It is in a safe area. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We booked a trip to Teotihuacan through the hotel. The tour was very informative and enjoyable. We had a very good experience in Mexico City. The pillow service was a very nice touch.

This hotel is an established old hotel which means the room is a little dated. However the bathroom seemed to be renovated.

Incómodo en todo momento

No el cuarto era estrecho y sin ventana

El trato que me dieron en el restaurante café frío una sopa de tortilla muy fría y un chocolate caliente frío me da más pena a mi decir que estaba frío por qué aparte de que se tardaron bastante tiempo en llevarme la comida y fría y la actitud no ayuda mucho la única persona amable fue la cocinera del desayuno buffet no recuerdo el nombre de ella pero era una persona muy bella nos hacía sentir como en casa 🙌🏾

Excelente ubicación y calidad en general

La ubicación es excelente y las instalaciones son limpias y de calidad. La comida del restaurante es buena y tiene un buen precio por noche.

Se escucha mucho ruido de otras habitaciones, las camaristas aunque pongas el letrero de no molestar te marcan a la habitación para saber si vas a requerir servicio y dejan durante el día las toallas y artículos de limpieza en los pasillos durante casi todo el día, creo que nos detalles q pueden mejorarse para q todo sea excelente

Se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones tanto de las habitaciones cercanas, como del piso de arriba, no se podía dormir. No volvería a ese hotel, imposible dormir

Perfect hotel!!

The best hotel we had in Mexico: hot shower, large beds, coffee and cookies in the lobby, spacious rooms, shampoo & shower gel provided each day. Overall high standard vs other hotels. Located right behind the main square & close to sightseeing points. Many thanks!

La cena en el restorán y el desayuno buffet DE LO MEJOR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Todo el personal muy, muy amable. Regresaré pronto.

Would not recommend, even if you have experience with local neighbourhoods

Free water, coffee and tea

Location wasn’t very comfortable for tourists, especially at night. Staff very expressive about wanting tips. Front office not very kind for helping with problems on my trip. Breakfast not explained or no signs with the food so felt very lost every morning. Only knew about free water from reviews, not staff.
