Las humedades que tenía en armarios y algunos sitios de la casa La poca comunicación con el responsable Les pedimos una cuna (que no pusieron) Les hablamos por la cuna y no recibimos respuesta

La atención al cliente espe

La puntuación tan baja que otorgo a este establecimiento responde a la falta de interés que mostraron con mi check in y estancia en general. Reservé el mismo día que me alojaba por Booking a las 19 horas, del mismo día, me enviaron un mensaje automático por la plataforma para decirme que tenía que indicarles con una antelación mínima de 24 horas la hora de llegada. Ya era materialmente imposible. Les escribo a las 19.40 en la misma plataforma, porque ya habíamos salido del aeropuerto de Sevilla nunca recibí respuesta. Este establecimiento tiene un horario de checkin, que termina a las 21.00 llegamos a las 21.17 porque además me mareé por el camino y tuvimos que parar. Entiendo que puede estar fuera del horario, pero como puedes dejar a unos clientes sin una respuesta a los mensajes, sin ponerse en contacto telefónica, ni dar una alternativa de algún tipo. Por supuesto nadie contestó a las llamadas ni whatsap, tuve que alojarme en otro establecimiento, muy encantadores por cierto. Y al día siguiente, ya dentro de su famoso horario, ni contestaron a las llamadas a las llamadas ni a los whatsapp, sino que tuve que volver a escribirles. Y por supuesto, se negaron en rotundo a hacer una devolución de la reserva, porque eso sí, el cobro fue inmediato, pero contestar al mensaje de booking, eso va mucho más despacio. Mi experiencia con el trato al cliente, ha sido nefasta. No lo recomiendo

Céntrica pero incomoda.

La casa palacio y la ubicación.

Las sabanas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas de óxido y algo que parecía pintura. No te ponen jabón para las manos el el lavabo. No hay donde colgar la toalla del lavabo.

Disappointing

Locating was good near restaurants and very cliff close to "el casco antiguo"

Apartment 1, in the ground floor, was to noisy until 2 in the night because the bedroom window is just beside a pub that closes at that time. Impossible to sleep if it is open. The facilities are just OK, nothing to highlight.. This place is really overrated, but I recon other rooms might be different

Sanlucar brilliant and interesting place for a short visit. Very friendly people.

Very good central location

No drawers or shelves to put our clothes in. Only some hanging space. Meant we had to keep things in suitcases, which was uncomfortable. Also no tea towels in kitchen.

Nice apartment with balcony and street view

Nice one bedroom apartment, spacious with the small balcony. Location was great, at the city center, to the beach was about 15 min walk. Nice kitchen corner at the leaving room but no proper knife for cooking. For windows and the balcony a nice view to the street wit a few bars but it is not loud.

Location and aircon

The bed was not a double bed but two singles together. The issue was that they were not fixed tight enough and they will separate on the middle of the night as we moved. The apartment was mainly clean but areas had been missed like under the bed and the windows. Location was great but is is too close to a bar with party atmosphere beyond 3 am. With the doors and windows closed the noise was bearable. Sofa bed a bit worn out. The terrace is a shared one. The Web probably say that but we assumed that it came with the price. Next time I will be more careful. Shower stand was broken wo we had to hold the shower head but we managed ok.
