Great location, superb property with all you need.

Location was great, overlooking the beach with lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The property was very well equipped and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Quieter part of Phuket, very relaxing and would definitely recommend.

Localização!

Me senti enganado ! Eu conheço metade do mundo,eu nunca vi em lugar nenhum colocarem fotos de áreas que você não tem acesso quando você faz a reserva! Mas fotos mostram dias piscina ,uma sala ,vários ambientes,porém quando cheguei lá não vi nada disso ,pois disseram que era privado para quem estava no quarto da piscina ! E pior ,que eu não poderia usar nada nem mesmo a piscina ! Fui enganado.

great location but would not stay again

great location - right on beach

no storage for clothes, mush mash of rooms DEFINITELY WRONGLY DESCRIBED AS ‘LUXURY’! I have stayed in thailand for the last 24 years at approx. 100 location and this property is THAI BASIC.

Wonderful place!

Замечательное расположение. Очень красивый вид на море. Удобный заход в воду и приятный песчаный пляж. Отдельное спасибо Рамону за помощь в выборе кафе/ресторанов с морской едой. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще! // Wonderful location and amazingl sea view. Convenient entry into the water and a pleasant sandy beach. Special thanks to Ramon for his help in choosing cafes /restaurants with seafood. We will definitely come back here again!

Обязательно брать с собой аквашузы. Иногда появляются морские ежи. По отелю замечаний нет. // Be sure to wear aquashouses when you go swimming because sometimes sea urchins appear. There are no comments on the hotel.

Ein perfekter Urlaub, eine perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren begeistert, es war perfekt die Austattung, es war sauber und gepflegt, die Lage war unglaublich das Apartment liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand. Außerdem wurden auch noch zudem Kajak und Standup Paddelboards angeboten welche jedem Anwohner zu Verfügung gestellt werden. Aber das wohl beste war der Host welcher zuvorkommend und hilfreich war, egal zur welcher Frage er hat die Antwort, er hat uns Gute Restaurants empfohlen und hat uns dabei geholfen eine wunderschöne Reise zu den Phi Phi Islands zu organisieren ( welche ich nur empfehlen kann, es war atemberaubend ( etwas teurer aber jeden Cent wert ). Auch der Ort in dem sich das Apartment befindet ist sehr schön, ruhig und nicht voll mit Touristen, trotzdem fehlt es dort an nichts alles was man braucht lässt sich dort finden gute Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. Nur empfehlenswert, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.

Великолепно! Потрясающе! Мы не ожидали такого удобного расположения комнат и такого уюта! Море в двух шагах, территория огорожена от посторонних взглядов. Каждая комната с отдельным входом, удобные кровати, чистое белье, интерьер прекрасный, кондиционеры, уютная гостиная, где есть все, включая кухню с разными приспособлениями на любое желание, для отдыха всей семьей. Бассейн за 10 дней чистили два раза, хлоркой почти не пахнет, вода прозрачная. Хозяин Рамон всегда во всем поможет, очень радушный молодой человек. Для желающих поплавать на досках с веслом при отеле-бесплатно. Шезлонгов не видели, но нам они и не были нужны. Море чистое, местами есть морские ежи. Лучше уточнить заранее, прежде чем идти купаться или дождаться отлива, тогда видно, где они расположены. Вокруг несколько ресторанов. Фламинго -прямо на море, но там дороговато и после 21,00 только напитки. Лучший ресторан при выходе на дорогу от отеля слева в двух шагах: вкусно, оптимально по стоимости. Магазины рядом, но если отдыхать с детьми и готовить традиционную диетическую еду , то могут быть проблемы, тк нет ни курицы, ни мяса, только готовая еда со специями.

A fun , relaxing and easy place to stay

Host was great and super accomodating , we chose the lowest priced room because we rate other things above 5 star fittings etc , we look for location , easy going ,comfortable, lack for nothing , well equiped kitchen, character and likeable host , it fitted all of these and we enjoyed staying here , it was a 5 day break on our way back to Australia after a 2 month holiday in the Uk . The hotel is 200 m from good restaurants and the lucky seven etc , beach and swimming in warm , clean sea .

TV drops in and out a lot ( I think the internet needs boosting .

We loved everything about the Villa. Location, price, facilities… everything. We had pool access, literally right outside the door. We wanted for nothing. Loved every second of our stay.

the property was right on the beach and right next to a good restaurant. could walk out of room to the sand no need for shoes

The kitchen is outside on the terrace and has a great view. It is fully stocked with all you need for your own meals. The views from the room are very nice. Ramon is very helpful and gave a lot of links to the local places and what to do. Would recommend.

Fantastic location, welcoming host, quiet area and a great beach. What else is there to ask? Ask the host about shuttle to / from the airport as well as some other activities. He can generally offer you great prices on all of the above.

Nothing, everything was perfect! Our AC started leaking one day but the host had someone fix it the very same day.

Amazing comfortable apartment on the paradise beach

Best location ever, directly on the amazing beach. Very calm and idyllic. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also booked a trip by Quoc to Coral island and it was also very nice enjoyable adventure. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again 👍 Thank you for everything 😊

Beautiful, airy apartment with amazing views

The location is amazing! The view is wonderful, the outdoor shared kitchen/terrace was a great surprise as I didn’t know I would have access to it when I was booking. The owner is so charming and helpful.
