The perfect location to everything Orlando and the perfect vacation spot. Had a TV question on Easter and had immediate response from the owner. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place for family to get together during grandkids spring break. The community has a beautiful pool, kids splash pad area and water slides. Minutes from Disney and any kind of restaurant you might want. Definitely on our families list of homes to stay in again. Thanks to owner for a wonderful experience!

Laura was a great/friendly host! The house is very spacious and accommodating. However, it needs attention in many areas. Pictures show it very impressively, but in person, we were underwhelmed. It needs updates, and is very overpriced. The screens surrounding the lanai are torn, so the dogs were able to escape. That was a major inconvenience. Some of the towels were dirty upon our arrival. The stair railing was coming off the wall, rendering it useless. Tiles in the master bathroom are broken and wobbly. Blinds are broken in many places. The dryer doesn’t function properly. The couch has broken springs or something and sits uncomfortably. We couldn’t get the remote to work for the theater room so we didn’t get to use it. We were surprised by some extra fees that were a bit hidden/unclear in the listing. Also, the checkout instructions in the binder ask you to do several loads of towels. With the dryer not working properly, we spent way too much of our vacation time trying to do laundry. Only to find out that the binder information is wrong but the email communication regarding check out procedures wasn’t sent to us. We did additional loads of laundry unnecessarily. Laura did offer to send a handyman, but that is a major inconvenience when you have dogs staying there. A partial refund for the numerous inconveniences would have been more appropriate. Overall, the host was wonderful and that makes a huge difference!

Overall, it was a good experience. The only (2) issues we had were with the tv's and the heat. The second floor heat did not work at all. The AC worked and the heat & AC worked on the first floor thermostat. We had to heat the entire home using the first floor thermostat. Thank goodness heat rises. Also, could not get the garage home theater system to play anything at all and the remotes for the living room and upstairs primary were not working. I messaged Laura who dismissed my issues by stating the thermostats and tv's showed that they are working on their end and they have not had any other complaints about this. We spent an hour switching out remote batteries to get a couple of the tv's to operate. If you look back at previous reviews, you will see that at least one other person has had an issue with the home theater. My issues were minor. But to dismiss my issues by stating that nobody else has complained and things are showing to be working on their end are why I gave 3 stars for communication. Replace your battery remotes so your tv's work. If your home theater is that difficult to use, then why have one? And also, your second floor heat still does not work. Lastly, the neighbor to the right has a broken pool pump that grinds and rattles all day and night. Nothing that can be controlled by this VRBO host, but worth noting.

We had 9 staying . 5 adults 4 chuldren. Close to disney. House was very clean and comfortably. Movie theater a plus. Remotes were a little tricky. Took a while to figure out. Decor was very nice. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. And kitchen gadgets. Plenty of towels. And a ton of pool towels. House very well stocked. My granddaughter loved her fronzen bedroom. And the boys loved rhe starwars bedroom. I would without a doubt rent again.

We had a fabulous stay at Livin' the Moment and would absolutely go back again. There were so many bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms with plenty of open space. The pool in the backyard was a nice option in addition to the resort pools/water slides. The theater room was a hut with the whole family and the perfect respite from our days at the parks.

This place is great for a Disney vacation! We were there for a week. Three park days and two days we played in the pool/waterpark at Windsor Hills. Easy to get to Disney and $15 uber ride back if needed. Walmart is super close which is nice. This place is walking distance to the main pool/waterpark and Castle park is right across the street which was really nice. Property Manager was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with how clean and how well stocked the home was. It is very close to the Disney parks! We had a couple days off from the parks so the neighborhood water park area, pool, and playground were clutch! We loved that the house was perfectly stocked for littles—clean pack n play, baby gate, clean high chair, bed rails etc. So nice to not need to pack those items. Would recommend!

This was a beautiful house in a nice gated community very close to Disney. We wish that we could have spent more time enjoying the nice pool and club house pool. The house was large and clean and the bedrooms were great. They even themed one of the kids rooms with Frozen bedding for our grand daughter. Very nice. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay off Disney property.

We had a great time! The house was in a perfect location within Windsor Hills and was right across from the park/playground and within walking distance to pool which was a lot of fun. Property is very close to Disney World parks. The owners are very responsive and very organized!

We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 8 kids for 5 days 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The house was even more spacious than the pictures show! We were also happy to see that the local Walmart was less than 2 minutes away which made for easy quick trips for last minute Disney things! The water park on site stayed open late which was the perfect way to end every evening with the kiddos. The kitchen had everything you could need/want (griddles,blenders,measuring cups,etc) and even had some staple items like seasonings,sugar, ziplocks, and more! We opted to not heat the pool and to our surprise it was still absolutely perfect temperature on hot days. Laura was in communication with us our entire stay to help with any and all needs. Do not pass this properly up, we are already planning our next visit!

I stayed here from July 27-August 8.
It was an awesome location with everything near by. The house was very big and everyone had sufficient space. The pool was perfect and having a hot tub made it even better. During the day we used the resort pool and at nights we used our private pool. . It was great! The communication with Laura was amazing. Any time I had a question she was available. Just an awesome owner to deal with. The only thing I can say is that the sofas were a bit uncomfortable. I mentioned it to her and she said she will look into it. She’s just a doll. Also, I would recommended a handrail in the walk in shower upstairs. The tub is slippery and I had a fall. I’m ok, but just something that can help for future visitors. Over all, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We just stayed at this beautiful home and it was wonderful! We were 6 adults and 5 kids and the house provided us with lots of space!!! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The home is minutes away from Walmart, and super close to all the Disney parks! Laura was quick to respond to any of our questions and helped us is so many ways! The pool was clean and a perfect size for our big group! We definitely recommend this vacation home and will keep it in mind for our next Florida visit!

Proceed with caution
The home and community are beautiful. The pictures did it no justice. The water park was nice too. Community felt very safe snd secure.
When we arrived we had not planned on using the grill. I asked about it after we arrived, realizing it was cheaper to cook for 9 kids. Responsiveness to requests were quick. When we arrived, the grill mat was covered in grease drippings (the dog kept licking it) and the tank. We were asked to refill the tank due to the late request but it had 3 inches of grease on it. The grease catch had long ago overflowed. The problem was resolved but that shouldn't be an issue. The AC upstairs was off when we arrived (mechanical issues). We were told to open windows bc it was after hours. The front bedroom doesn't have a screen so that room was hot. I understand mechanical issues happen and it was addressed but he was at the house at least 5 times for multiple hours. We had 3 nights with no AC. Water leaked from the ceiling in the kitchen from the AC issue the whole week. The plaster/paint were flaking off with last leak and a 2nd light started dripping in the kitchen. I had a bowl on the counter and floor. Had to put bowls up when we left so dogs wouldn't drink the brown ceiling water. A pipe was replaced and stopped the leak 2 days before we came home. The baby gate at the house is broken. I gated the dogs into the kitchen per their request for mainteance, but had to support the gate with chairs. We gated off the upstairs, but it was just leaning against a step. I got an "I'm sorry" for all the issues. The dish washer arm was off (broken) and
melted from the heat element on arrival. It was addressed but we couldn't use it all week and again I got I'm sorry. After days and hours of being interrupted and inconvienced, I got acknowledgement and "I'm sorry". I brought our dogs. I kept everything clean and in check. I was told they "ruined " bedding and a spot in the carpet. I didn't see it before we left. The linen was washable and not ruined. The pet "cleaning" fee apparently doesn't cover extra cleaning after you leave. There was a hole in the lanai screen (on arrival). The last 4 mornings a squirrel was inside the screen. 2 more holes. I was told "it happens" and it gets fixed later. I was told I'd get a bad review for posting this. Beware.

Great home and host!
We had 3 families stay at this home for 2 weeks this March 2022. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and fit us all perfectly. There were 3 king rooms upstairsfor the parents and then 2 rooms upstairs that 6 children stayed in. We had a teenager as well so the Queen room on the main floor was perfect. Laura was amazing to deal with right from the start when I inquired, to after check out. Any questions she answered promptly (within half hour) and a minor issue we had, she had dealt with that day. The home was in an excellent location within Windsor Hills, directly across from the park, and a short walk to the main pool. The home was clean and decorated tastefully. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you Laura😊

Great layou and budget friendly
This home was perfect for 11 people ranging from 2-55! We found the home to be really close to everything, and set up great! Big bedrooms, great layout. Everyone loved the theater. Pool and hot tub were great, albeit cold, cuz it was really cold when we were there! We had everything we needed, and Laura was fantastic whenever we needed anything or had a quick question.
Location within resort is great too. Right across from the park, and close enough to walk to the pool.
My only note: The beds are firm, if that isn’t something that you can sleep on. It isn’t my preference, but were fine for me. I know some can’t sleep on firm beds so it is something to be aware of.
You won’t be disappointed in this rental! A lot of great things for the price. It wasn’t extra fancy, but we weren’t looking for that. We wanted nice, great layout and price!

Nice Holiday Getaway
The property was exactly the way it was described. Manager was very responsive to any questions and the resort pool was a daily treat. We were not here for the Disney experience but if you are going to Disney this place is in an excellent location. The only thing I would change is the requirement to pay extra to use the gas grill. In the grand scheme of things you would think that would come with the rental as included. Excellent Stay!

Fabulous property
This house was just as it described on the VRBO site. This is a lovely home. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked properly. We were able to access the property with not problems at all. Communication with the owner was easy. Laura was very responsive to any questions during the whole process. We found that staying in this home during our week long trip to Disney World allowed to get to and from the parks conveniently as it was very close. We will definately choose to stay here in the future.

Wonderful Disney Vacation
This is a great house with nice pool and hot tub!! It was everything it says online nd more. The location could not have been better! There was a little traffic on the way back from the parks but we found that if you stayed in right lane and passed the normal left turn lanes you could go up a street or two and then turn left and beat the crowd. It was GREAT being so close to Disney! Lots of nice restaurants nearby and so close to the Walmart for a quick grocery run. We had Instacart deliver easily the first night so that was great too.
The kitchen was well stocked with a nice size kitchen table that would seat at least 6 and a pantry to put food and bags so things were neat and tidy as they could be with 9 adults, 2 kids and the dog. :) The bedrooms and baths were well appointed and beds very comfortable. The decorations were so nice. The pool outside was perfect for swims after park time. The neighborhood water park was enjoyed by the young kids and young adult kids as well. Only downside was that parking was limited to two cars at the house and one in overflow parking. It Made it hard with our group because so many came from different locations but I feel that is pretty standard in all the neighborhoods around Disney. Just wanted to mention to make sure you have time to make plans for autos if necessary. Laura (owner) was awesome to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. She got back to us right away if we had questions before we arrived. We had no issues during our stay that required us to contact her but I'm sure she would have gotten back in touch with us quickly as she did prior to our stay.
