This Modern Split Level Vacation Home gives the true New England experience, with Mystic Seaport Museum just steps away! The Mystic Aquarium is also a very short 5 minute drive away, located in Olde Mistic Village. The home is a split level design w/ two car garage. Our fully furnished 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house even allows 8 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! The home has 4 queen beds and 1 queen pullout sofa-bed. SLEEPS 8 ADULTS IN BEDS and 2 ADULTS in queen pullout sofa-bed! Maximum 10 occupancy!

Guests have access to the entire vacation home. Only a 5 minute drive into downtown Mystic. We are steps away from Mystic Seaport Museum and Mystic Aquarium: open all seasons. No need for parking; you are a light stroll or bike ride from Mystic Seaport Museum and a short drive to the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mistic Village. Ocean Beach Park is less than a 15 minute drive, open Memorial Day to Labor Day!

These items are all essential and standard provisions required of hosts by VRBO.
There are 5 CARS MAXIMUM allowed on this property rental. Guests will be able to park 3 vehicles in driveway and/or 2 in the garage. Please do not park the vehicles on the street. If you are you ticketed, we will not be held responsible for any street parking violations.
Campers, RV's, cargo trailers, box trucks are PROHIBITED as there is not adequate parking.
Guests can utilize the hard wired garage door opener, located inside garage, mounted on wall, near door into home. We DO NOT provide guests with outdoor garage door code.
All Bookings: standard checkin 2pm and standard checkout 10am. Unfortunately, there are no extended checkins or checkouts. We do not have the ability to extend checkin or checkout times. Also, we do not accept trip alteration (dates) once booking is confirmed.
You will be notified through the message board, the day/morning of your stay (fifteen minutes prior to your selected check in time) with the keyless entry instructions and code.
We are flexible with allowing pet(s) upon request, at $150 extra flat rate fee, per pet. This additional "pet fee" will be applied as an additional cost to the booking. This fee covers a separate cleaning service to remove pet hair/dander from the home and also utilization of specialized disinfectant & cleaning agents. Great location with its close proximity to Mystic aquarium, Mystic Seaport Museum, Old Mystic Village shops, downtown Mystic (drawbridge/shops), restaurants, etc… Also close enough for some great day trips to places like Newport, RI (shopping, trolley-Breakers Mansion tour, etc)
The lower level bedroom is NOT private from the lower level living room/kitchenette- wish we had understood that before coming. LOTS of steps/stairs- so be aware of that if mobility is a concern. A/C in bedrooms are just bad… although fairly ‘new’ looking they are very noisy and don’t cool the rooms properly. Communication with property managers was tense at times. Don’t contact them unless it’s between 10am-5pm. Period. Bathrooms upstairs are teeny/squeezy… could be issues for those needing more room. No hand towels- but plenty of towels, washcloths, blankets. No kitchen dish towels.
Despite some things we didn’t ‘like’ - we made it all work- and especially loved the location.

The listing was as presented and there was plenty of space to gather and relax. The beds are VERY soft which may or may not make sleeping comfortable. If not for cooler temps the deck area was very nice. Front steps and entry to upstairs would be difficult for anyone with ambulatory issues. I would also ask in advance if the owners could remove all of the air fresheners/diffusers if you have allergy concerns. Sinuses were flared before we realized this. Easy on/off freeway to CGA or general area. Would be too convenient to the ice cream shop during regular season (it was closed during our stay in October). Be sure to pay attention to the availability times for contacting owners (10am-5pm). We would recommend this property.

Great property for family enjoying mystic
Our family of 5 (2 adults 3 children 3-9 yo) stayed here for a week and the place is great , plenty of rooms and beds with large deck on quite street , the place has a whole inlaw apartment in basement with its own full kitchen , and bathroom , great space for grandparents or a small , family to vacation together and have, private space when needed. The house is a 3 minute drive from aquarium, mistic village, and mystic seaport , as a family I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy mystic area, very convient for everything and there is a ice cream shop at bottom of street that is about a 2 minute walk , great place and easy to keep kids busy during the vacation

The owner was so accommodating of some unique circumstances. The home was well equipped and perfect for our needs. Mystic is a great area with so much to do and see. There are even walking trails right nearby. I would absolutely rent this house again.
