Never Again

presthaven is a lovely place, shame about the caravan

The caravan was dirty the day we arrived we went to cook and the grill pan was full of fat, crockery and bedding stained and I was made to pay full price, no heating we where freezing and inside was damp our clothes were damp

Clean comfortable caravan. Ursala was very responsive to any enquiries we made before and during our stay. Would recommend 👌.

The main caravan door needs to be slammed to be shut which disturbed others come an evening when nipping out to smoke

We had a nice weekend’s stay. You have to accept that November will be chilly.

The site is easily accessible and there was parking close to the caravan. The space was well appointed and roomy. It had two toilets and a very clean shower room .

It would be a great stay in summer/spring but we found it a bit chilly in Nov as heating was supplied by fan heaters that are integrated into the wardrobes, no heating in the lounge area/kitchen was available. If bedding were supplied it would’ve been great, just less to bring in the car as with 2 young kids with us we were pretty packed out.

Lovely weekend

The caravan was very clean and had everything you needed easy access and in a quiet area but still in easy reach of amenities car park right next to caravan

A comfortable stay although couldn't use the fire first thing in the morning remote control wouldn't work with the visual keys ?? Nothing else every thing was great a little picnic table outside would be nice

Comfy and good value for money

Good value for money. Very clean, well-maintained. They've got everything we need, and much more. Comfortable beds. We had a lovely time and kids loved it. Will definitely recommend xx

Lovely caravan with all the facilities we needed, host was really helpful, answered all my questions, great location, beds very comfy, kitchen fully equipped with cleaning products etc, we had a lovely stay

Exceptional

The homely feel of the place with nice touches to make you feel at home. Everything was spotless with no sign of wear. There was nothing missing in terms of the kitchen and basic cleaning materials were there e.g washing up liquid and dishcloths, spray cleaner loo rolls etc. Enjoyed our time and would certainly book again without hesitation.

This caravan was lovely. There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable and security staff where really helpful checking us in late

When I booked it said 11 miles from where I wanted to be but when I fini#hed work an put postcode in sat nav it was nearly 30 miles which took an hour

*Caravan was spotless and a great size *communication with owner was great *All the equipment needed for our stay was provided *All cleaning products etc were also provided. *Beaches were very close and easy to get too. *Site itself had a good play area for kids

The site was too busy for us but we knew that when we booked so not an issue!
