About this cottage rental
Beach chic meets casual elegance in this brand new ground level cottage only steps away from the best beach on Anna Maria Island. The Beach Cottage is across the street from the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. At dusk watch the most spectacular sunset over the water on the best spot on the Island, Bean Point. Pine Street is just a few blocks away where you can bike to your favorite local eateries and shops.
The first room you enter at The Beach Cottage is a large screened in porch with plenty of seating for relaxing, reading a book, drinking your morning coffee, or your glass of wine after dinner. From the screened in porch you enter the large family room complete with comfy couches for an entertaining family game or movie night. The Beach Cottage is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances. Right outside of the kitchen is a gas Weber grill to maybe enjoy your fresh catch of the day next to your private heated pool. There are two master bedrooms, both with king size beds. One of the master bedrooms has its own private bathroom while the other has a pocket door to the shared bathroom. The kids room, which sleeps four, has custom built bunk beds complete with reading lights and book shelves. Each of the bedrooms have smart TVs.

I enjoyed this home with 3 friends and it was perfect in every important way!
Clean: It was very clean and for being next to the beach no sand on the floor, was pretty amazing.
Comfort: All beds, linens, towels were good quality and comfortable
Location: North End of AMI is the best and beach access is right across the street.
Functional and Well Appointed: This home has tons of seating and the kitchen is the heart of the home. The finishes and attention to detail are well above a standard vacay home.
Stocked: beach chairs, pool towels, games, books and entertainment items.
Pool/Outdoor Shower: Pool was lovely and outdoor shower is great for not tracking sand in the house or the pool.
Communication was good and timely.
We all said we can't wait to get back.
Would be great for a big family.

Enjoyed our stay, house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. It was clean an updated and the pool was private and nice as well. Kids used the 2 bikes provided which was a perk as well.

Everything about our stay at Good Vibes Cottage was perfect. The house was steps to the beach, kid-friendly, and very clean. The pool was also a great amenity. Will book all my stays at AMI here!

We had a fantastic trip! The house is perfect! The location is great - minutes from the beach. It was an easy walk. We did bring a beach wagon with us that proved to be most helpful. Our one desire would be to have more flexibility with the air conditioner. However, we completely understand that there is a need to keep the machine running well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return. We highly recommend this beach cottage.

This property was perfect. The house was clean. The layout worked so well for our family. The pool was perfect size and we could see everyone swimming from inside the kitchen (which is helpful with kids). The walk to the beach was short and beach access was easy enough to find. The neighborhood was perfect. No noise issues. It is not busy/ overcrowded at all. We rented a golf cart and everything was a very quick ride from the house. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly when necessary. I would 100% recommend his house! We will definitely be back for another stay!

This cottage is just in a perfect location to walk easily to the beach. It is on a more quiet part of the island, and although the Mother's Day weekend was busy on the beach, we did not feel that in the neighborhood. The cottage itself is completely upgraded and so well done! You will not need for anything for the beach nor the kitchen and baths. Very nice amenities all around. Our favorite part of the cottage was the screened in porch. Started and ended our days there! We had a few housekeeping issues to report to the owner, but nothing major to impact our stay. Just overall value for the price.
Note - be careful in the outdoor shower enclosure as it was sometimes difficult to work the latch to get out! We used a seashell to prop the door. We also never got the tvs in the bedrooms to work, but that was most likely user error and/or wifi signal! Not on AMI to watch tv, so not a big problem for us again, and to be fair, we never asked for help on that as it didn't really matter to us! Just fyi. Loved the beach and island walks, getting ice cream, dinner at "Waterfront". A very relaxing get-away for us in a lovely cottage.

Perfect home and location on a beautiful island. House is clean and updated. We traveled with a three year old and the pool was a huge attraction. Our stay was lovely, and no one wanted to go home and back to reality.

Beautiful updated house that is a quick walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to lots of restaurants, shops, ice cream, donuts and the pier!
We loved the slow pace life of AMI and are looking forward to our return!

Stayed for and extended weekend getaway and was the perfect fit for our family of 8. Location was awesome, only a few minutes walk and you’re on the beach! House was well maintained and updated. The pool was perfect for our kids to enjoy! Overall great experience and would book again!

This was by far our best family vacation - we absolutely loved this gorgeous cottage. I'm always wary of online listings, worried I'll be disappointed when I get there, but this house actually exceeded my expectations and is even more amazing in person! It was the perfect size for our family. The huge kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the front porch daybed was our favorite spot for naps, and the pool is perfect. Loved that there were plenty of chairs and towels to take across the street to the beach with us, and 2 bikes to ride around the island. We're already planning another trip here - thank you, Jessica, for a fabulous stay!

I booked this house for a girls’ long weekend getaway, and it was the perfect place for us 6. Short walk to the gorgeous beach, or use the 2 cruiser bikes to include a ride through the quaint neighborhood. Huge kitchen - well stocked with every equipment you might need, including a blender! Plenty of space for us to just gather and hang out. The pool was on the small side but it was perfect for cooling off and just relaxing in it.
Check-in and check out process was very smooth, communication with the host was easy.
Not a deal breaker - just only thing is I wish there was a big coffee table in the living room! I wanted to start a jigsaw puzzle or some board games, but I didn’t want to set it up on the floor.
We are already talking about coming back with our families and renting the house next door too, also owned and managed by the same host. Don’t hesitate to rent here, you will definitely enjoy!

Such a beautiful property. It really is a luxury cottage. Super clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes). It was such peaceful and quiet spot at the end of the island. I would highly recommend staying here.

Ideal location towards the north end of Anna Maria Island. 1 - 2 minute walk to the public access point. The house layout worked very well for 2 adults and three kids. Easy communications with owners.

Literally a 3 minute walk to Bean Point beach, which is the nicest beach on the island in my opinion. Also close to shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Home was clean and nicely appointed. Quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress free get-away, this place is a home run. Only minor hiccup was communication regarding our late check out. We thought it was all set, but apparently not as we had to vacate by 10 a.m. Overall it was a great stay and we would gladly book it again and probably would stay longer.

This was our first trip with our 9month old baby and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The cottage was perfect; clean, quiet, so close to the beach! We enjoyed the pool and my favorite was the screened in front porch. The beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Two large fans, a pack and play, beach chairs and towels, beach toys! My only tip would be to bring some laundry detergent or pods with you as there was none left behind or provided. There is a convenience store down the street just incase!

The beach cottage was exactly as advertised, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out with a perfect amount of space for my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Loved the location on the north end of the island, very close to beach access with a quieter beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location steps away from the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to be in the morning, and for naps! The heated pool was a lot of fun as well, especially at night. A great experience for a family stay. :) We hope to come back soon!

Amazing doesn't even begin to summarize our stay here! The house is updated, comfortable, close to the beach, clean. I would honestly consider moving as a full time resident! The house had all the kitchen appliances you need, beds and pillows were comfy, books, toys, and games for all ages, high chair and pack and play for the kiddos. Literally all you needed were clothes and food! Definitely keeping on my list to book again!

This was an amazing cottage for our first annual girls trip! The perfect place! We literally only left once - and that was for sunset! We had everything we needed... the kitchen was the perfect gathering spot with immediate access to the pool and deck! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made lasting memories here! Thank you!

Beautiful Inside and Out
This property is stunning! Spacious, clean, and steps to the beach - we had everything we needed for a relaxing break after a whirlwind week at Disney. We will definitely be back to stay longer. You cannot beat the AMI beaches - white sugary sand and crystal clear water. Jessica was wonderful to work with! She was extremely accommodating when we had a special request and even contacted us after checkout about something important left behind. Wonderful, wonderful vacation! The only thing I would change is that I would have stayed longer!
